He makes this whiny letter for Mcdonalds. Let me tell you a bit about him. He is a disgrunted ex Mcdonalds employee. So he made this whinny letter. I would advice you not to reply to his letters. If you do want to reply to his letters tell him that he is great, if you reply negative to him he may need to see a shrink. Infact I would not be surprised if his shrink told him to write a letter about me to make himself feel better.
