The worst Customer service
We had waited in line for 20 minutes. No one reviewed our order to make sure it was correct.
Pay window was irritated but I can over look that, why I dont know. When we got to the 2nd window we realized we were missing 3 fries, 3 drinks and also two cheeseburgers . Turns out they only rung is up for single cheeseburger meals instead of the double meals. No biggie as we are trying to correct the fries and drinks we ask if we can PAY for two more cheeseburgers since they took our order wrong.
Was told by the cashier with such distain no that we would have to go all the way around even though we had just waited 20 minutes for this order that they took incorrectly. Ask to speak to the manager to get told by said manage he understands the frustrations but we would have to go around and reorder as rudely and with such attitude as possible.We ask for their names because at this point the attitude is ridiculous and they werent wanting to make it right and we told them we were going to call corporate. Was told by both the cashier and manager they didnt have to give us their names. They also said to go ahead and call corporate and they will tell them we cussed them out, excuse me I had two of my children in the car with me so thats a no go right there.
Then we were called *** crackers by the cashier. Well, I can now see as to why you hate your job as your attitude reflects where you will go in life.
I should have looked at the reviews for this location as they have poor reviews. Next time we will stick to our normal location at Milgen Road as they are fantastic.

I order from the mcdonalds app and went to the restaurant location to pick up my food. When I got there they told me that they didn't have what I ordered and offered me other food and drink instead.
I refused the replacement and requested a refund, but was told that the restaurant could not give me a refund and that I had to request it through the app. This is incorrect because I have received a refund directly from a mcdonalds restaurant for an order placed on the app before and it is stated on their website and app that you are super to reques refunds from the location of pickup. Regardless, I didn't argue with them I just sent a message requesting a refund from mcdonalds customer service through the app within 5 minutes of not receiving the order on 8/8/23 at 12:52am. It is now 8/14/23 and I haven't recieved a refund or even acknowledgment of my request.
This is not the first time I have had a customer service issue overlooked/ignored by mcdonalds. In order to get points and earn free food they want you to place a mobile order, but if there is a problem it can be ridiculously difficult to get it fixed.

Sick of losing money from Mcdonald's
I ordered two apple pies yesterday and when I got all the way to where I was going I opened the bag and they were not in there... I took that as a loss.
Then I, for the first time because my daughter was sick and I was extremely busy, did the delivery. Well half my order was not there and they charged me for the delivery fee and my daughter wouldn't even eat her food because there were no dipps. I called, even though I was busy and that was part of the reason I did it this way, and they basically told me "oh well".
The only reason I called is because this type of thing happens too often and I let it go, and I finally decided I needed my money back, or something, and Mcdonald's would not cooperate. I literally go there and give so much business and I will no longer if this is not resolved in some way.

You needed to back and return the food you had if you wanted a full refund. All of you people complain you want a full refund but you call on the phone instead of going back.
