Hey i came thru your drive around 9:18 on tuesday night on october 10 and i juss want to inform yall that the lady in drive thru window had the most awful attitude and i only recieve half my order. Yall need new hires cause this is the 5th time n its ridiculous. I advice if anyone go there to make sure your food is right n people are being respectful.

No they never resolved issue but that doesn't matter they can care less about customers just give me one more is all they care about I don't eat at there restaurants any way gross food any way

Rude employees I won't eat at McDonald's gross food and over priced They don't care about customers in the lobby only the drive thru because they on a timer at drive thru don't eat there unless you want to get sick

I placed an order online, got Authorization: VWQJNDLN5PQVMM42, order number #RC-86, got receipt for transaction,, Sequence Number: VWQJNDLNSPQVMM42, and my card was charged for the amount of $28.57 and when I arrived to location: BARSTOW/LENWD 15 2571 COMMERCE PKY BARSTOW, CA 92311-**** US #176-***-***** to pick up my order I waited for about an hour and 15 minutes I was told it was not in their system, and they couldn't do anything that I needed to call my bank and cancel the transaction. I asked for the store manager whose name is Martha, she didn't want to help at all, so I asked for the corporation number and her response was: "why do you want it if I am the one that is going to call you back" I felt so humiliated and disrespected that I had to leave the location with no food and no reimbursement and 3 kids mad and hungry.

Complaint about service at local McDonald's and lose of earned points

The drive thru attendant ask me to repeat the drive thru code 8128 six times then says I dont need to yell when I wasnt yelling. I asked her what then she repeated you dont need to yell again which upset me so I drove off and now I checked my rewards points and she took 4500 points out for something I never got.

Poor service

McDonalds - Poor service
I ordered a pickup order and when I got there they said it wasn't in the system. I had a order code and they were just really rude and didn't want to give me my order. So I assumed that I would get some help with this problem. I was then ignored by management and treated as if I was a *** I'm a frequent customer who has spent a lot of money with this company. The whole situation was very unpleasant and it makes me feel like I'm not appreciated as a returning customer.

Ordered a fresh order. Got cold food

I asked if they could make a special order. And make my order fresh to cook When I received my food, it was cold And I Purposely feel as though they made it cold, because I requested that it be fresh. It wasnt even look warm And when I took a bite of the fish fillet, it felt like cottage cheese. The textures separated, because the fish was cold.

I have gone to several McDonald's in Tucson Arizona Benson Arizona and Sierra Vista Arizona and several times I went to each one of these their ice cream machine was down for a multi-million dollar company to have that much trouble there's something wrong.

I'm just so freaking disgusted with McDonald's and what they turned into the only thing I go there and buy now was ice cream and now since you don't ever have that on a regular basis I'll go someplace else.

I have a company in the neighborhood and my employees go to that McDonalds on break at night Im consistently having to pay overtime because the time delays at McDonalds at 32nd St. and Indian school phoenix Arizona the apps never seem to work we do not get our discounts the employees are rude and it should not take 25 minutes to get a hamburger thats cold in a drive-through

On August 6th,2023 at approximately 12:20,I arrived at the drive thru window,my wait was about 25 minutes,upon placing order,I was advised to wait another 25 minutes in the number 3 parking spot.I became hot,sweaty,and irritable and decided to go inside.I observed a long waiting line in which I had to ask for my order which was sitting in hot box waiting to be placed in bag,I had to wait on fries, after receiving my order I ask if I could be compensated with an apple pie for my wait,the response from the male manager was no, everyone had to wait ,and it takes 10 minutes for pies,it was rude , inconsiderate,and selfish.I saw people receiving orders as they moved thru drive thru window, therefore everyone was not waiting.

I called about an ongoing problem at the McDonald's at I-45 in North Main. For the last 3 weeks they say they're out of expresso's but obviously they're no longer will have them. They used to make the best prepaid mocha in town but now it's disgusting. The drive-throughs are long because of construction inside. So, you have to decide if you want to wait in long lines to get a refund. When I called the customer service line, they did not listen to the problem. Nor did they do anything to resolve it. They referred me back to the store and now I'm waiting on a store manager to call me back.
