The customer service from the manager and the employees was crazy they took my reciept after i keep asking for it back was crazy . Both store and i guess assistant manager claim they didn't know corporate office number.
Gave me the wrong number i had to google the number. Asked me what u want me to do remake the food or u want ur money . I passed the McDonald's in my neighborhood to come there . Not the first time they messed up the food .
*** both have bad service but imma post my experience and let friends and family know . Need better employees to care about ur business. We want be back and we use to eat breakfast 3 times a week and dinner 3 times a week . Horrible service .
Then u ask for the reciept at the bottom I said they took it and wouldn't give it back .
They said they threw it away . I said why I kept asking for my receipt!!!

The McDonald's in Hillsdale Michigan I bought a sprite on Sept 12 and it was carbonated and I had to be to work I tried to call all day that day and the line was busy and when I finally got through they said the sprite was broke and that the line for it was broke so they was aware of the issue and would replace my drink they said they would write my name down to replace my drink and when I went to go get my replacement to no surprise they didnt write my name down and refused to replace it and this has happened before when they said they would write my name down and did not the manager is very rude and yells at me I want something done I don't go to McDonald's for this very reason but I was headed into work for 10 hr day as everyday
Preferred solution: I want my drink replaced and the management to be talked to about the rudeness and not doing what they are supposed too

On 6.15.2023 I entered the store (#14244) on Falls Rd in Hamden Md. , I was the only customer present at this time.
I was at the register and a tall thin man with a reflective safety vest asked me Do you want to order? abruptly as if I were bothering him. I replied Yes, he stepped around the counter slowly to the register and asked What do you want? Again, with no sense of customer service involved.
I placed my order and handed him the money. He handed me the change without any Thank you or anything. He had a very unhappy, bored look on his face as he walked back to the kitchen pickup counter. I was then greeted by what appeared to be the store manager, whom was very nice.
She asked if I was waited on, and I relied yes. She smiled and went back to work. All of the other employees were very busy at work doing their assigned duties.
Aside from this one individual, the store was very clean and appeared to be ran very well. The man brought me my order and handed it to me without any type of customer service reflected.
I have to say as my ending remark, from my past visits to this location, this is the best operating condition Ive seen it in, aside from this one person.

Manager Being Very Rude
I'm traveling, so I stopped at the Leesburg, Florida McDonald's across the Lake Square Mall location. Pulled into drive I noticed a blue collar shirt employees hanging outside as the silver SUV.
Pulled to drive thru order gazebo I patiently waited knowing that the manager was outside at there personal vehicle with doors open. So I sit at tre order food location in drive thru and I asked if anyone can hear me. No Nothing Answer Night. So I drive around the building to see what it if the manager was still outside.
I didn't see anyone at the vehicle on my second drive around. So I parked called the McDonald's location in the parking lot I was sitting in. NO ANSWER, NOTHING. So after the 6th call aan anwsered.
I mentioned that I seen him outside of building inside of his personal vehicle, I said that I have been calling also been thru the drive thru twice and on the arrival to order originanally, I asked how come he's not answering the drive thru and land line he was nasty and said McDonald's is closed. In which this location is three blocks from my house. This location is open 24 hours. Well McDonald's is advertising 24 hours at this location.
If you do financial report possibly might reflect revenue for this location. It's had nothing but terrible customer negative reviews. I have been near this location almost 6 years and sad to say it's like baseball. It's a hit of miss with the reviews.
My experience after this morning will change my perception of McDonald's. Companies is realizing that enough people stick together will have repercussions in a negative way with terrible service, no management that is accountable to run a store, as well rude management matter of time. Remember people sticking together as the issue of the beer advertisement has hurt the manufacturer.
I really hope the person reading this forwards or wat it takes to get this restaurant and if any others to be a win,win situation. The customer gets food and franchise owner makes money.

I was accused of a incident and the manager Teresa Ford was acting supervisor. She said she saw me on camera give away a fre large sweet tea.
She did not see me do this. She took the word of a employee Sandy Evans who kept following , harassing, me as I she was my boss and is a employee just as I was.Teresa asked.me to clock out . I did and went outside to call ft a ride . She showed inappropriate behavior inside and also charged outside at me an my fiance .
Which cameras will show her doing this proof. I was terminated . Another employee threatened m and said she would f.me up in front of Jerry the Gm. Sh wasn't ases to leave or neither was terminated.
So I have spoken to a lawyer to review my case because of lack o respect , unfair treatment, discrimination on behalf of McDonald's. They never gave me a raise. The cameras will show I was falsely accused and there was no evidence of me giving my fiance a tea. Proof .
Teresa Ford Tok the word of a employee and sited with her which is very unethically and not professionally behavior.. She falsely accused me and didn't even ask the other employee to clock out only me .
So here I my unwritten complaint and my lawyer will be contacting your offices . Thank you lakisha lane 142******** I WILL NOT BE DEPRIVED OF MY CIVIL RIGHTS .
