I need McDonald's Headquarters made aware of one McDonald's store in Calgary, Alberta, Canada that is ruining McDonald's reputation ALL BY ITSELF.
The best way to convey the problem to you is to have you read the Google reviews for Carrington Plaza McDonald's, Calgary, Alberta, Canada. There are not just one or two bad review, but HUNDREDS of bad reviews!
McDonald's main headquarter need to examine this McDonald's store and see for themselves, how they are driving McDonald's reputation into the ground.
Do not just take my word for it. Read the hundred of bad reviews. Go there and put an order in at the drive through or the counter. Guaranteed they will get your order wrong.
The food is consistently badly prepared, usually cold, the service is slow, the staff are unfriendly. I repeat read the Google reviews.
This McDonald's has to be made over or shut down. It is an embarrassment in the community for it's bad service.

This store lies about my order not showing up in the system so if it doesnt show up you take my order then all of a sudden theyre out of everything! Its only when the manger at the McDonalds 200 Jonesboro Rd.
McDonough, GA 30253. I have kids to feed and now this store all does this because they dont wanna work! I wish I knew the DM of this store the whole company needs to go in the trash including the employees! Now I have to wait for a refund that the app NEVER GIVES!
Throw away all the employees who work there as well! Youre being sued cause the employees are so lazy they dont want to give ice cream! These workers are mad at the consumer instead of corporate! U work the job and this damn company needs to take the Chick-fil-A studies!
A multi billion company shouldnt be able to get away with such bad service & business! Yall know the consumers are who pays your check & u treat us like if everyone stopped coming yall would not get paid especially corporate! This manger needs be thrown in the garbage where he belongs what kind of manager says *** take my order then let his employees run the show saying they out of everything! I got there at 10:45 and the employees know breakfast not over until 10:59 on tbe weekends and my order was a mobile order so now Im not being nice about it anymore!
I know fast food is the worst and I respect my service workers but I kno when Im being lied to & one of my friends work there and said the manager that is black girl thats light skin fat sloppy big back miserable lady and the gay one thats brown skin & new he alllllstops breakfast way before its over. I ordered & came way before breakfast was over! Stop making excuses to steal my food & money! It needs to be investigated for scamming.
They be doing *** in the bathrooms & crack.. one day my friend said they been doing cocaine on the line where food is made

I came in about 06/082023 @ 330pm to your s el monte location 1185 durfee ave and ordered two large cokes and two choclate shakes along with a big mac family pack which includes two big macs two med fries two ten piece chicken nuggets and a happy meal the one with chicken nuggets and apple slices with a chocolate milk when we drove away from the window i thought the order was light not thinking things through to in depth i did not yet realize that i received in error we got home i looked into yhe one bag i got and the order was not mine at all in fact it was a big mac meal but not the family pack and the above mentioned amenities i got ready for church came back snd attended to my graveyard shift after work i decided to csll on the location and was greeted apprehensivly by the restraunt and made to feel like i was joking or even lien about my experience and was actually asked to bring back the order that was given to me i advised that it had been many hours that had lapsed and was not gona be able to do tgat because i wasnt gona lug around a order of fast food with me all day and not to mention what was the reason for wanting it back anyhow he denied me my order and hung up nut before he did that he refused to offer his name told me he was the shift manager and to go about this in what ever manner suited me and that in his words he had nothing to loose it was not his problem and i could do whatever i wanted just getting my order refunded was not gonna happen and this he guarenteef me then proceeded to say have a great day and hung up the phone on me mid sentence so id like to see your standpoint and if your gona follow suite or do what is right and fulfill ny order since your in the business as well as the leader in your industry as a consumer friendly environment and you owe a service to us as customers who keep you growing so i expect who ever was on duty at this location at 0200 on this day 06/18/2023 to be reminded of the reason he has a job in an idustry that serves poeple like me in order to stay in business thank you im upset this is disrespectful and mean not to mention rude he makes a bad name for your management team and all thay work along side him or under his guidance and coukd very well have an impact on the end result as far as sales are concerned is that who you want on your team i hope not cause if you know and you do in business one bad rating is gona affect you in a worse way than 100 excellent rating will so please do whats right with your team and my family thank you angry customer
