Unproffesionalism

Got turned away 3 times . 2 times they wasnt expecting cash , cards only and the last time I went they said they were closed due to no staff . I work overnight at Walmart so I take lunch around 2 and it just really upsets me that I wasted my time and gas going there to hopefully get lunch just to be turned away and no lunch . Thats very unprofessional and disrespectful for playing with peoples time that they cant get back !

I got the wrong number I got Canada. I need the United States.

I need the United States McDonalds my granddaughter, and I went to go get ice cream cones because we have been out of electricity for about five hours and they told us I cant hear you so I spoke loudly into the machine and then she said something about you dont have to yell around to the window and so I told him I said Im sorry I didnt mean to yell to the girl who is taking my money then when we got the ice creams, they were about 2 inches tall all melted and the lady said you are *** rude And I just honked my horn and I tried to engage with them, but they would not listen to me if that is the kind of employees that you have working for you I will not go to McDonalds anymore my name is kamlea KAMLEAA my telephone number is 918-791-****. I will get to the bottom of this. No one talks to me or my granddaughter like this.

Refund needed

McDonalds - Refund needed

On Sunday July 23, 2023 I arrived at McDonald's in liberty, ny and placed a mobile app order. I could not finish placing the order cause the wifi was terrible and my phone kept circling.

I couldn't do anything other than back out and try and cancel the order. I then proceeded to the other side of mcdonalds and placed a new order and removed one of the items previously placed. The 1st order was order# 1966 and that was the order I did not receive. The 2nd order # 1972 was the order I did receive.

I am still waiting for a refund and wad told by my bank if I have to dispute it they are going to cancel my card I placed the order on and will have to wait 2 weeks for a new one if you don't refund the $. Please take care of this and refund my $ back

They were out of the pie we wanted and Lisa was rude and disrespectful not only to me but to the boy working. She gave me $5 for a $5.97 refund should have been. She yelled at the boy because I didnt want a replacement, and called me stupid for not wanting to wait another 10 minutes, when I had already wanted 20 minutes to get my order. When I called back to get the manager information and she started yelling and screaming about me and giving me the $5 and I was in grateful and so on

Outstanding service for your general manager today to my grandson

I took my grandson (who is high functioning autistic 14 years old), for lunch at the McDonalds location in Gilbert, Arizona, Higley & Chandler Heights. We go there all the time.

My grandson noticed the Grimaces tee shirt an employee was wearing & wanted to have one. They were the shirts only the employees received. So of course my grandson now wants to work at McDonalds. Told him he has to wait until he is 16.

I asked your general manager, Maria where we can buy a Grimaces shirt. She gave me the web site to shop & showed me a catalog. The catalog did not have the same shirt your employee was wearing. Maria told me she had a new shirt at home & would give it to my grandson.

I offered to pay for the shirt but she said no, he could have it. Maria had her husband bring it to the store. That was such a kindness to my grandson & Outstanding Customer service. Your company should be very proud to have Maria as your general manager.

The entire staff at that location are always nice & give excellent service. The store & bathrooms are always very clean.

Please give Maria the recognition she deserves. She made my grandson very happy & made his day.

Waited in the drive thru for 15 mins on sweet tea, I pulled over to wait they had to brew it. They never came out, I went Inside it wasn't even started. I had to get something else.

I was picking up a door dash order and they had to put in New orange juice bag. The nozzle broke and a piece fell on the floor and the Mgr picked it up and put it on the nozzle. I immediately called him out and I sent text to customer about what just happened! Then he tried to wipe it down with a rag. I informed him that the entire bag is contaminated and that is microbiology 101!! The customer and I both called corporate. New Port Richey,FL

I already sent in a survey explaining in a very detailed history of what happened , and I don't like repeating myself , so if you really wanted to do something about it you would have already but obviously you didn't , I just won't return there ever again , you lost a customer and anyone I know who could possibly be treated this way too , and I never could get through on a phone call and no one ever called me either , but thanks anyway.

app says breakfast is until 10:59 but apparently the store is until 10:30 so i got no breakfast and wasted a birthday coupon. manager yelled and said IT WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY REFUND, BREAKFAST IS OVER.

The cashier wasn't very friendly. I asked for a ice cream sundae. She just put ice cream into the cup. Never asked it I wanted toppings. When I I inquired she sad that would cost extra. She was not knowledgeable at all. Excuse my spelling. Just upset about this evening visit. I hadn't eaten all day and just wanted some food. I'll go to another location next time
