McDonalds review in Maryland Heights, Missouri: Staff out of Control

St. Charles, MO. old hwy 94 McDonalds has the biggest bunch of spoiled rotten teenaged employees ever. I stood in line and witnessed an employee who appeared to be about 15 with long dark hair and braces, spit in 2 coffees!!!!!! Not one but 2!! I tried to find a manager to report it and after a minute of observing realized that the manager may of been in on it. I stood there in shock for another minutes and left. Will never go there again, ever. Please, do a better job with employees and managment. St. Charles is better than the worst examples of human beings running our public establishments and eateries. Signed, Completely grossed out at the standards and lack of them.

I went to the Mcdonald's to order large combo meals. The manager gave me one drink in large, and the other in medium. I argued with her that I said large at the window for both combos. If I wanted my meal in medium, I would have expected fries and a drink in medium. I had to pay an additional 30 cents for a mistake that they made in charging me. That is a problem at most locations. I do like mcdonald' s though. Do I really have to say large fries and drink when I order? To me, a large meal means large fries and drink automatically.

The McDonald located in between watt avenue and elk horn blvd. They have the worse employees. they alway hire new one and those employees have no idea what they are doing I have problem with them so many time and this will be the last time..they either forget what I order or give me the wrong Items..today will be the last time I stop by there because I order a happy meal and a Big Mac total $8.30 and cashier tell me my total is $11.00. All I ask was can u tell me why it cost $11. The two cashier Can't even explain it all they told me was because tax went up. and they call the manager over.. What he did, surprise me... He told me in a loud voice i quote "DO U WANT IT OR NOT!!!" I was like forget it, just give me the receipt and it show exactly $8.30. Until now I'm still mad I will never go over their agin....

It is because the breakfast meals come with a small coffee. You can get any drink you want but you will pay the difference in price between it and a small coffee. The manager should have been able to explain this to you had they been trained adequately.

Find charges for past customers and what extra revenue has been made by McD's by overcharging other customers on the #11 value meal, let alone all other meals.
The new McDonald's coffee cup lids do not stay put. Every time the server at the window gives me my order the new coffee lid is loose. I even retighten the lid and it loosens right back up when you pick up coffee several times. This has happen to several of these...

ONE OF THESE DAYS I'M GOING TO ROUND UP ALL OF THE LOCAL HOMELESS AND TAKE THEM DOWN TO McDONALDS AND TREAT THEM ALL TO A CUP OF COFFEE. HEY, FOR TWENTY BUCKS, I CAN BRIGHTEN UP THE DAY FOR TWENTY HOMELESS PEOPLE!

AND THE LOOK ON THE EMPLOYEES FACES WHEN THEY SEE ME COMING INTO THEIR "RESTAURANT" WITH ALL OF THOSE DERELICTS WILL BE A PRICELESS JOY! I'LL MAKE SURE TO BRING THEM ON A REALLY NASTY DAY SO THAT THEY WILL HAVE TO BE IN THERE FOR A LONG TIME WHILE WAITING FOR THE RAIN TO STOP.

McDonalds review in Brighton, Michigan: Cold coffee, unfair treatment of manager toward employee!

I have frequented Pinckney McDonalds early morning and later am en route to work, and I always leave with a smile on my face from the exceptionally sweet counter girl Susan and Lori, and manager Sharon(early am.) They greet you like family and work well as a team! I am in and out in 5 minutes if I have no time to stay.They are fun and seem to enjoy their jobs! However, I have on occasion witnessed a upset in routine and a manager that really should not be in that position. Today was one such day! I came in for my coffee and was in line for a longer than normal amount of time, along with many other customers as the line formed. The manager walked by and disappeared not acknowledging or caring. Susan came in from her break and quickly began rocking out orders quickly as she does, turning around in between to make coffees for new orders and assisting the "older folks" with refills. She (Susan) turned around to 'get that coffee' only to find there was NONE and NO ONE would answer her as to assisting her with brewing coffee since there was none. Susan then began to prep the pot and Heidi materialized raising her voice" Susan what are you doing take their orders now!" You should not be making coffee right now! Susan replied, "All of their orders consist of coffees included, why did I walk in from my break to no coffee at 10:00 am? Heidi belittled Susan and angrily ordered her to take their orders now and don't stop! I was appalled and embarrassed for Susan. She is a very hard worker and capable of multi tasking and seems to have a very good grasp on all the positions from my view and brushed off what was just done and politely and expediantly took every order repeating it back and apologizing all the while that there was a hold on fresh hot coffee. None was made while she was on break, because the manager pulled it early and my opinion "set Susan up!"Heidi then placed a pot of coffee on the top burner and said "here you have coffee now what are you talking about?" Susan said that is not enough for all of these orders, we will definitely need more.Susan poured the remaining amount into my medium cup and presented it again apologizing for the wait. I thanked her, and went on my way. I didn't get far before taking a drink and having to return because it was cold! I almost did not, because I did not want to see any more blame directed at Susan for what was clearly not hers. Susan asked me promptly what was wrong and I told her my coffee is cold. She dropped everything, and said ok I will get another cup for you. Susan said that isn't right for you to get a cold cup of coffee only to see how all burners were "OFF" and mentioning it. After giving me a new cup, she turned to brew more coffee, while a coworker snapped at her stating that coffee came from your burner and it was off! Susan said " no Tara Susan did not turn off burners, place a cold partial pot there because there was none at all when I returned from break! Therefore Heidi must have pulled coffees early again, turned off burners also knowing I would have this busyness at this time of morning! Tara told her to quit talking about it in front of customers! Heidi then shouted " enough about the coffee! Susan stated that if no one wants me to mention it then it should not happen, and why did no one make coffee after using it up? Heidi shouted again" Stop arguing, enough about the coffee! It was clear Susan was valid in asking the question but was being set up to be without product needed to complete her job timely and satisfactory! I would just like to know who the owner is to first compliment " the regular morning staff", (first above mentioned), and to inform and ask why he/she would keep an incompetent, mean-spirited, manager such as Heidi? She in my opinion is a horrible manager and creates conflict with and among employees, does not assist where needed but puts front counter last and has the need to show up reluctantly when there is a conflict, to announce that "she is the manager let me see what is so hard to fix that I needed to be here to do so!" but today that was Heidi's pre planned problem, and older folks were discussing how she is pulling coffee early again! She is a not a leader and has no concept of what it means to be a manager!

I went to McDonald's on 11/16/2015 at 10:30 in plaquemine la. I waited 30 minutes in line before ordering my food. than when I did order the young lady talk to me any kind of way she was playing in the window. when I got my food the workers put pepper and salt on my burger.I order a number four double quarter pounder with lettuce tomatoes and heavy mayo with a sweet tie that was the worst I have ever had in my life I will never go back there again my pressure went up my head was hurting the only reason I didn't go back was because I didn't want to take my kids back out but they need to be stop before they kill someone
