No one from the store has called like I was told they would! Never received a refund or an offer to fix the problem either!

Order 20 piece nuggets and soda and got over charged and when I asked for the manager she said thats the price when the signs show thats not the price!!! Then the owner came and said either pay the price or dont get your food! Unprofessional and over charged

Have a receipt showing I ordered from app. Driving up there the app glitched out and I had to reopen app. There was no order code as I tried to explain to your employee and showed him my receipt. Said I needed a code and was a *** head. Got the manager who was more of a *** Showed him my emailed receipt said I need code and to call corporate. I'm complaining to you. Your employees at the burian Washington McDonald's are pieces of *** and and rude and deserve every bad thing that happens to them. *** you a pissed off customer

The app is a joke. Theres no recourse if something goes wrong.

I was 3 miles from my local mcdonalds. I stopped in a parking lot and got the two grandkids orders. Entered them on the app and paid $17. I went to my mcdonalds and apparently the app sent the order to a store 6 miles by road but 2.8 miles as the crow flies. I couldn't change location, had to go through drive threw and order again. Made several attempts to call store order went too. Busy every time with no response from corporate or the store I felt betrayed.

Supervisor called and left a message. I called back and left a message, but never got a call back. More proof that McDonald's doesn't care about their guests. Too busy making money and bowing to corporate and counting money like Scrooge Mcduck, than to bother with acknowledging their customer base. Zero customer service, even though I know they train the staff.

They didn't use my coupon app

This is at least the 10th time I gave a coupon code prior to ordering at drive thru that didn't get taken off my payment. I was charged full price.

I've had this issue often so I'm finally reporting it . I'm not sure if staff isn't properly trained or what. If I could just get points for my last incident that would be great. Thanks.

It was for only $2.00 off my purchase using 20% off order this last time. Like I said this has happened multiple times. They've had to fix at window a few times and the lines been held up for up to 5 minutes. I don't understand why this happens so often.

I give code and usually have to repeat up to 3 times before I place order. This issue needs to be fixed.

It defeats the purpose of even having an app for deals if they aren't even taken off!!!She said she couldn't print receipt no ink. This also happens often.

Illegals working in all your stores

We Americans are aware that youre hiring illegal immigrants to work. I will call authorities in two days if theyre not let go. Im not standing for this bs bc our president dont secure our boarders. Let them wait in their country and go thru the red tape to get in before you hire them. Im not messing around. Im tired of this!!
