McDonalds review in Port Monmouth, New Jersey: Worst experience ever.

my husband and i often stop at macdonald's on our many road trips. Today was the worst !!! We were on the NJ Parkway...stopped at the Brookdale Mac's...i tried your new buttermilk chicken sandwich...never again (at least, not there) It was awful...instead of patty, t appeared to be one of the usual chicken pieces...on approx half the roll...had a sour, peppery taste...topping it of was the worst wilted lettuce.......never, never again! my husband's quarter pounder meal was cold...even after he took it back to be heated.. no napkins in boxes...on and on we love macdonalds for its many good points...but not this one. we hope you will look into the situation.

I was at macdonalds on e livingston in cols oh a fewxweeks bk when a lady putying it nicelyvopenly ranted abd gave fourcemployees holy *** abtchercorderctakingcseven minutes.she twice yelled shecwanted her money back.they did not respond but kept making her order.no one offered to discuss her concerns or givechercwhat she demanded.after axminute ot two i a customer sitting fortyvplus feet away yelled i agree with you lady.i was tryingvto writecsomething and she hadxmessedcitvup.i walkefcto theccounter explaining i heardxeverything andxtold the staff to refund her money.no way jose they made herxorder finally and she left.fifteen or twentyvcusyomers waited all that time.i asked if there were cameras there andcwad told many.i expressed amazement they let that go on it was subject to review by everybody.i was also told the owner had a no refund policy on the wall but it was covered up.that policy is ludicrouscborders on illegal and contributrd to this.also mgt personnel notcecactly problem solvers themselves saidcthey hsd no power.payvmeca little money andci could have solvedcthat messcin no time.refund managers coupon issued person asked politely to exit the premises.that *** sign that ownercconjured up wld be in the dumpster right away.btw aword to the wise hiring mgrs involves having them show they can take care of business bto song and also visit the bat rack before you step up to thecplate.two more thoughts the owners an *** also there are some people you dont want as customers i saw that one from where i was sitting why didnt anybody stopnthat at thexpass before it got out of hanf. I work on a graveyard shift. Almost every night I drive through the McDonald's on Harding Hwy in Lima, Ohio between 10:00-10:30pm to get a McCafe coffee. Inevitably I am always told that the machine is down for the night. This place is open 24 hours. I want to know why...

I ordered in the drive thru and when I got home the couple of yogurts I ordered isn't in the bag so I called them and they either I can get a refund or get same with the yogurt..it took exactly two before I get back and I showed the receipt and they said they will not accept because it's almost a month but they said I can get anytime..God I loved Mc donalds but I'm pissed that way they managed customers.

Mcdonalds Food Review from Cape Canaveral, Florida

My father goes to McDonald's at least 4 times a week. He is a senior citizen, 76 yrs.old. He always goes to the Cape Canaveral location (#17816) He always spends about $10.00.Since he eats his meal in the car he grabs a nice handful of napkins. This evening, September 3, 2015 at 4:30 my father ordered and paid for his meal, then went to get his napkins. There was a tall, dark-haired employee at the drink bar age appx.30-40. He told my father to "put those napkins back" that he had taken too many! My father told the employee he was a regular customer and spent alot of money at this restaurant. He appeared to be a manager, at least he acted like it. He made my father put back the napkins and said "you can leave now, and don't come back". Many customers saw this and were shocked as they watched the rude employee steer my father toward the door. Not just RUDE, it was totally unacceptable behavior on the part of an employee! My father is a heart patient and was very upset to be so disrespected by this very inappropriate treatment. He came home with his meal and could not enjoy it. All because he took a handful of napkins! There is something very wrong about this employee. My father is owed an apology and I would add that the employee should be reprimanded. Personally I would terminate such a rude employee!

23 s clark is the worst place to go in the morning because the store manager is mean and not friendly at all. I feel like he is not fair with his employees because his employees seem like they hate him. Please someone has to get that 2face person out of that store.

Breakfast ends at 10:30 on weekdays and 11 on weekends. After that the all day breakfast menu is available.
