Price for an item was a less price on menu board than what I was being charged and they refused to honor it. Drive thru associate closed the window on me while I was talking to her. Shift lead didn't fix the situation, made me look stupid for questioning the menu board. Fine print cannot be seen by anyone sitting in their car on drive thru when ordering

Manager on duty at McDonalds on 200 N. in Cedar city was very helpful to resolve problem with not being able to use an app with our points and offered us some free food. I found the manager to be very nice and obliging and would highly recommend that he be Rewarded for his honesty and helpfulness to resolve problem

Preferred solution: Have been a McDonald’s customer since early 60s at Torrance location in Crenshaw Blvd., California when it was only 1 million burgers served and hamburgers were $.19 each

I refuse to eat food from a place that allows their employees to have 10-in nails with old food and dirt under the nails... I took a picture, I complained about it and I want a full refund... I have my receipt and it is available upon your request

Im not sure. The person listened and apologized. I was calling because i was dont feel like i was treated right.i worked at McDs when i was 16 now 67. We treated customers with respect we didnt try to argue with the customer about what they ordered. If they say that the order was wrong we simply foxed the order. No argument..very unprofessional..poor customer service. The last time i complained i was told by the owner not to call the 800 number to call his cell. Ridiculous...

Every time I come to Mt sterling Donald's they tell me I can't order frappe wither I go in and order it or drive thru because something to do with frappe machine BUT IF I ORDER IT THRU THE APP ... I can get one !!! Is the app fixing the frappes ???

Lack of employees

The McDonalds located on 7100 GB Alford Highway in Holly Springs, NC has some serious employment issues. For several weeks, the lobby is not open at dinner time at this location.

There seems to be maybe 2 employees there at these hours and the only way to order food is through the drive-through. The website states the lobby is open from 6am-11pm daily. Is there a problem with keeping employees at this location? I literally drove 5 miles down the road to a very busy, employee engaged McDonalds in Fuquay Varina, NC where the lobby; drive through etc.

were all open. Holly Springs is a new and very desired area to live in in North Carolina, I've never seen a McDonalds so poorly run as I did witness this one.

Please explain. Thank you.

Complain about customer service

Customer service was poor. I just wanted one item that was missing put back on the sandwich. I was not direct told (I don't have time for this *** but I gave the employee my food to fix and they stated that statement. When you have an employee not being the face of the company but is the first person that the customers great with disrespect, it is not good for the company. I love this company and I will return, but not to that location.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

The McDonald that I visited and received the worst customer service ever was on Rosemont Ave, Frederick, MD, to be exact, the address is 2020 Yellow Springs Rd, Frederick, MD 21702. First of, I bought 3 large fries, 20 piece chicken nuggets and 3 large drink, probably spent about $27+.

It is not about the money for me, it's just the fact that the manager at the restaurant could not go a little extra mile to satisfied their customer. I was given 3 sauces for a large order for six kids, I asked for 2-3 more sauces, the manager told me she could only give me the 3 sauces she already gave, nothing extra. And she wouldn't tell why I can only get 3 sauces. She proceeded by saying if I don't move from the drive-thru, that she will call the police on me.

So I waited there for the police to come and called their corporate office in the meantime to report the situation. My kids ended up having to share 3 sauces among themselves.

Whole experience was terrible enter built no greeting! Asked to have all meals placed in separate bag African American female stated I can put in separate bags myself she dont have time at which time I stated I dont work for McDonalds its not my job. Asked to speak to manager she then came out and stated were to busy do it yourself and then continued to tell me when I asked for cooperate number Bobbi the manager stated your complaint is gonna come right back to me so your wasting your time just let me deal with it now and laughed

Have not received refund due

Error with mobil order so store told me to contact mobil app online to receive refund. Spoke with representative of mobil app and they said they would send email to store and the store would contact me. I have not heard anything from store concerning this refund.

We gave this store several opportunities to do it right! The convenience of the location was the reason we kept trying. We placed our orders in the drive-thru, but would end up going in because they would consistently leave something out! They were totally indifferent and rude. The manager told my husband to call corporate and rolled her eyes and shrugged shoulders. That was it, no more!
