The McDonalds located on 7100 GB Alford Highway in Holly Springs, NC has some serious employment issues. For several weeks, the lobby is not open at dinner time at this location.
There seems to be maybe 2 employees there at these hours and the only way to order food is through the drive-through. The website states the lobby is open from 6am-11pm daily. Is there a problem with keeping employees at this location? I literally drove 5 miles down the road to a very busy, employee engaged McDonalds in Fuquay Varina, NC where the lobby; drive through etc.
were all open. Holly Springs is a new and very desired area to live in in North Carolina, I've never seen a McDonalds so poorly run as I did witness this one.
Please explain. Thank you.

The McDonald that I visited and received the worst customer service ever was on Rosemont Ave, Frederick, MD, to be exact, the address is 2020 Yellow Springs Rd, Frederick, MD 21702. First of, I bought 3 large fries, 20 piece chicken nuggets and 3 large drink, probably spent about $27+.
It is not about the money for me, it's just the fact that the manager at the restaurant could not go a little extra mile to satisfied their customer. I was given 3 sauces for a large order for six kids, I asked for 2-3 more sauces, the manager told me she could only give me the 3 sauces she already gave, nothing extra. And she wouldn't tell why I can only get 3 sauces. She proceeded by saying if I don't move from the drive-thru, that she will call the police on me.
So I waited there for the police to come and called their corporate office in the meantime to report the situation. My kids ended up having to share 3 sauces among themselves.
