No lid on hot to-go oatmeal in bag.

Went through drive through at 6:30am. Saw the girl putting on the lid. Look back at mme. Adjust the lid. Then place it in the bag. To my understanding it looked like a hassle for her; but hey if it gets in the bag than im on my way and outa her hair. When i got to work across the street i grabbed my bag to have the hot oatmeal spill all over my lap through the bag. I was livid.... at least it wasnt as bag as the cigarette wrapper i found in my food last month. Like that shouldve been the final straw. Crooks. I will never give anothet penny to this company. Of coarse you cant expect quality food from here... but this *** is just wrong.

Ordered the Steakhouse classic combo for 7Euro, it was utter trash and the manager refused to refund my money

Do not spend your hard earned money on this garbage. The Steakhouse Classic shouldn't even qualify as a hamburger. McDonalds should be ashamed of this overpriced product. Never again will I eat at McDonalds. They continue to charge more money while giving you less and less. On top of that, they will not admit to the low quality of their product and provide a refund when asked. Here's the deal: It was late and I needed something to eat before I took care of some work I had to do. I hadn't eaten dinner, so I needed something satisfying. I ordered the Steakhouse Classic through the drive through, but realized the eating area was still open. Instead of eating in my car I decided to pull around park and go eat inside. I sat down ate some fries, and realized they were pretty bland and not fresh. I switched to the burger so it would still be warm when I ate it. I looked at the burger and noticed the "burger" patties were extremely thin. I was hungry and decided to give it a chance. One bit...hmm, can't really taste the burger. Second ***, I can see bacon, but haven't gotten to it yet. Third ***, I realize that I can barely taste the actual meat. The "burger" tastes like sauce, warm vegetables and bread. Disgusting. Also, I knew it wouldn't fill me up and would probably make me feel gassy and gross. I stopped right there and decided that this trash was not worth the 7 Euro I had just paid. I immediately bagged up what was left and stood in line to ask for a refund. The manager looked at the receipt and said it had been 20 minutes since I purchased the burger. So, it's not her fault that it's cold. Which was not my complaint. My complaint was that the burger was simply not enough to eat. I told her, the patties are paper thin - it doesn't even qualify as a burger. I asked for her district manager or regional manager's number, because I would be getting my refund one way or another. She seemed unconcerned. I was pissed. I was hungry and had just lost 7 Euros that I could have used to buy real food. No, she is not holding my money for this garbage. As I walked out upset, I realized I had another option. I decided to go through the drive through and ask again. When I pulled through she still refused to provide a refund. She wanted to give me another one of these sad excuses for a burger. The other agent working the line asked me to pull forward. I said no, because I knew they would just refuse my refund again. I sat in my car holding up the line until the customer behind me complained. Sorry whoever you are. But it worked. It took 15 minutes of my time, but they finally gave me my money back so I could go by something that would actually fill me up. I can't believe how bad McDonalds has gotten. I understand that fastfood isn't expected to be a gourmet meal. But what they are selling should be classified as thievery. There couldn't have been any more than 5oz. of meat, which probably cost them less than $.25. And they expect 7Euro of my hard earned money for this garbage, then want to give me a hard time when I ask for a refund. Never again McDonalds. You have lost a customer for life because of shoddy service and a terrible product.

Bad customer service

I went to order thru drive thru.and ths woman took forever to take my order. I was like "hello" and she rudely answered. Wait a minute. So I drove up to the window.and just in general had a bad attitude. Personally work in customer service. And trust for a fact, that is not the way to treat custumers!!! Such a shame to see a great name fail because of non suited employees. I asked her the name if get mangers she's said. E don't have one! How about supervisor? asked for some s ort of employee id. Saidno. What kind of mediocracy did they hire?

I'm always amazed at the number of people that complain about businesses, basically implying that they are experts, because they are or have been in "customer service" or "managers". What was rude about her saying "wait a minute." Why would you start out saying "hello?" How long did it take for this woman to pay attention to you, and why would you drive ahead to the window before placing your order?

Fast food places are't professional places and actually they don't have a customer service person. It sounds like you went there with a bad attitude to begin with and were basically looking for trouble.

DONATO'S HAS ALSO SHRUNKEN THEIR SUBS, I HAVE PICS AND MEASUREMENTS...SO GLAD THEY STILL TASTE GOOD BUT THE PRICE KEEPS GOING UP WHILE THE FOOD BECOMES LESS AN LESS

Poor Employee attitude

I was waiting in the drive thru and they decided to make me wait while taking somebody from the other lane. I was getting mad because I was waiting before he even pulled up. After I got to the window both drive thru employees were very rude not one word was said to me all I got was nasty looks. I work in customer service and know for a fact that is not the way to treat a customer. I called but, nobody answered the phone. I would think that if you are hire people they should not be rude ti anybody.

My Name is Natosha Willcutt , My boyfriend Timothy Sellers, and I went through the drive thru. Everything was fine untill we got to the second window to recieve our food. So, we pull up to the second window and the lady basically threw our food at us and slammed the window closed. We had to honk the horn on my car just to get her to open the window again. My boyfriend said to her" Well that was kind of rude, Can we get some condiments?" She did not reply she just gave us the condiments again very rudly. So then he proceeded to try to ask another question and she slams the window in his face and goes about her business. So he honked the horn once more. He asked her if she had a manager he could speak to because she was very rude and she proceeded to argue with my boyfriend that she did not think she was rude and eventually slammed the window after rolling her eyes. so the manager came to the window and gave us the store number and told us that his managers name was Donna.The store number is 646-**** and it is located in Fort Smith Arkansas. And you don't think your boyfriend was rude, with the comment he made. He could just have asked for the condiments, but then on the other hand did you check in the bag to make sure there weren't already some in the bad.

A lot of people don't bother checking their orders before leaving the window or the inside register. Then they complain about how mistreated they were.

I was floored when I was charged $0.30 for mayo on my burger! (it showed as chicken sauce on my bill) I called head office and they said independent franchises can charge what they want. Its a condiment not anything special. Are they going to start charging for ketchup...

I am a regular member of McDonald @ lokhandwala complex n fun republic branch-its always delivery n to my horror i found out yesterday while placing my order that the bill McDonald give which is updated in their system in the call centre my name is as susan bhikari roy meaning beggar in english I spoke to rohit abdebang who is the floor manager he deleted this offensive word.My question to you people is since i am a regular n a woman how can any of your staff member write rude n personal comment for your customers,is this how you people are trained to address customers? I want this matter to be take in most seriousness n top notch management,I have the bill i also am a senior reporter in The Times of India group n I would see to it that the bill along with the whole distasteful story is published,Is this how you people value your customers,i shudder to think what would be names calling for 1 or 2 timer customers? I want the call centre employee to be sacked with immediate effect or i make a noise regarding this in the print n tv media. I am utterly disgusted with McDonald n i am just waiting KFC to open so you guys have major losses. This is my mail to the customer feedback department on my grievances

Discrimination and lack of respect

In my neighborhood the district managers are specifically redesigning buildings to only allow certain groups of people. Someone really should file a lawsuit. Since when does McDonald's belong to other private businesses like universities or racial/ethnic groups? I have seen on Facebook hundreds of similar stories of denied service. I thought this was illegal in the United States? The really bad thing about this is that on their facebook page, they are talking about Black History Month and how much they care, and also making a point to show off all of the different races and age groups of people they hire. Just so long as they keep their place, right?

We went to the McDonalds at 6005 Liberty Road, Baltimore, MD 21207. The young lady act as if we were waking her up in taken our order. The same lady collecting our money give us the wrong change, and then we collected our food. still neither ladies gave you a smile....

No Ice cream

I have been there many times. All times, no ice cream is available. This is ***! How is it possible to your that possible thing is ice cream. It's ridiculous. You want to serve testing you should make it available at all times, not when your employees are able to work. That is ***. I have work in the industry therefore, and I know if you don't mocha machine you can make ice cream cone their friend now if you want to make ice cream chocolate milk and the machine. Medullary you losing money in losing customers, your lazy employees suck butt.

Terrible gross nasty lazy bad service terrible workers disgusting food

I just went to McDonald's like 10 minutes ago and they served my grandmother the wrong size Mcflurry and my French fries were cold like COLD and when I got my Mcflurry they had the Oreos just sprinkled on the top not mixed at all and my grandmothers Mcflurry had the tools just sprinkled on the top thank you for your service McDonald's I will rarely be going there from now on hope your happy oh and my small root beer be came a medium root beer my grandmother mother and I all had terrible trips to McDonald's thank you have a nice day

Lack of effort from McDonalds again

1.00 for a coffee any size is a good deal but the lack of good service ruins this deal almost every time. The window clerk never ever listens. REGULAR Coffee CREAM AND SUGAR is pretty simple. Got a coffee NO SUGAR. and I ordered hash browns with Ketchup ( i said please). My fault, I paid, the first window slammed shut ( didn't get a receipt or a Thank You...)drove away, then looked in the bag. A COLD hash browns, unsalted, three napkins AND NO KETCHUP. I know this stuff happens all the time at McDonald's. They don't care. 2.89 wasted.

Most fast food places, you pay at the first(back) window and then drive forward to the next window to get your order. However, whether or not you place your order at the drive through or inside, always check to make sure it is right.

Nasty Tea

I love McDonald's sweet tea. There have been several times I have ordered from this McDonald's and it taste NASTY. It taste like the tea from the day before it has a sour taste. I know that it only cost $1.00, but does that mean you have to serve old tea. I would say in the past 10 times I have gotten it 6 times it has been like this. I am going to sonic from now on. Their tea is always fresh. Many of my co workers say the same thing about the tea at this location. Thank you
