I placed my order on the app. The drive through receipt was unreadable so I asked for another receipt I could use for the survey.

I was given 2 more receipts the same way and was told they couldnt print a receipt because thy were out of ink. I ordered 2 small fries and was handed 1 large fry??? Was told its the same amount of fries. I told them I needed 2 orders for 2 kids.

The window person handed me another empty container for ME to split them. 2 small orders of fries is $3.98 and 1 large order is $2.99. Now I was overcharged a dollar. When I asked for the two ordered I ordered again I was told the two ordered were combined in the one container.

They were not going to do anything about my order. This is the worse location Ive ever been at.

There quarter pounders ars dry and taste like theyve been in a heat tray. Not fresh made either.

DON'T trust this website your reviews! They ERASED ALL the ones prior to December 15 and NOW there are ONLY those dating from the earliest of FOUR DAYS ago when there should be consumer reviews on this pissed-me-off site dating back BEFORE THIS DECADE when I STARTED posting!

Messed up my whole order

Complete order was soaked and soggy with grease and no,No one has fixed the issues..when we took order back they just put in a different bag and gave us that than with the fries they replaced them with cold ones this time instead the older gentleman that was the manager seemed upset and got a little attitude and stated the order was fresh as I asked it to be and it was definitely NOT that at all

I have emailed and called. I wasn’t responded back to on email and I wasn’t taken care of with the phone call. She hung up on me, customer service hung up on me

The woman on the line couldnt answer my question so I asked over 20 times to speak to a supervisor or manager and then insisted I be transferred she promptly told me she was ending the call. That saying something when customer service thats is supposed to help you as a customer doesnt have the customer service skills to help you. Lord have mercy. McDonalds is huge and this is how they support their customers disgusting!

Around 10:00 this morning I stopped at McDonald's in Washington Mills to get something to eat after having blood work. I walked in and an employee said to me.

WHAT DO YOU WANT? Very rudely. I looked at him and I said excuse me, how about welcome to McDonald's? How can I help you?

He just stared at me and said nothing H then proceeded to have another employee wait on me and she proceeded to say that they had a new employee call in. They were short staffed and they're running around like a chicken with her head cut off and I said that it's no excuse to treat your customers with disrespect.

It's not my fault that they're short staffed. I work in healthcare and I know what it's like to be short staffed and you still are not rude to your customers

Stolen purse

I left my purse at McDonalds and called the McDonalds could they keep the till purse till the weekend and was told they would. When I got there I was told that corporate had it called from corporate told they never do it now working on getting it back.

The food was terrible

Got home I ask for just ketchup and it everything on it and my granddaught got no tomatoes and no Mayo. I tried calling 6 or 7 times no one answered and then I was down 2 days later and said something to them no sorry or anything. Jackie Maynard

Ordered in the app, paid arrived at restaurant and waited for 15 minutes. Called into the restaurant and was told they were closed and our food was not available. At 7:30 pm on a Monday. No offer of a refund. Was told to call customer service which is not open until 7:00 am Wednesday Central time! Beyond pissed!

I was at work and my daughter brought me a quarter pounder cheese meal to work and I took two bites of it only to discover it was raw. Where I went to 3005 Livingston Ave 43209 McDonald's just to show them the picture of the sandwich I spoke to a manager who was immediately defensive along for the sandwich that was bought at 2:30 or 2:45 earlier and I didn't get off work until 6 pm.

She just kept saying that if I wanted to complain she needed the sandwich and I kept saying I didn't want to complain I just wanted them to be aware. She continued getting smart with me so I walked away and said black people and she proceeded to talk about my hair. She got personal. (Yes I'm black).

But when people want to point out how they need to pay fast food workers $15 or more an hour but they know nothing about true customer service, it practically makes me laugh. I'm very upset and disappointed at how I was tested and talked about.

But life goes on right. Yes I was wrong in saying black people but I never got personal with her.

Miserable fat cashier

The fat cashier refused to give my son his drink after he politely asked two times so I went up there and asked and she immediately rolled her eyes so I cussed her the *** out and she started crying so I asked to talk to her manager and she said she was the manager and ran away she ran to the back and literally never came back to serve any customers there were about 5 people at this point. And when we were leaving they asked why our tables were a mess and the man who asked was the actual manager so he was told of the incident and made her fat *** clean up the mess
