As I placed my order at the speaker, it kept getting my order wrong by adding multi chicken sandwiches. Finally a real person came on the speaker and I told him my order and he said give him a second to remove the chicken sandwiches except the 1 I wanted.
Minutes passed and I mumbled to myself how long does it take to remove the extra sandwiches? A girls voice came oner the speaker telling me to be patient in a hateful voice. When I got to the pay window she leaned out and again hatefully telling me I need to learn to be patient and I told her her job was to take the $ and not jump me about what I mumbled to myself. This was on Sunday May 21 at about 1:15 PM.
I complained at the pickup window and those workers could of cared less.
Never got me the manager. The Oak Grove residents Facebook pagepeople are constantly complaining about the restaurant.

I went through your drive-thru this afternoon. I placed my order and emphasized that I was a diabetic to make sure I received a Diet Coke.
I do that because its not the first time your employees disregarded my instructions. I assume they just dont give a crap. I then drove forward and again emphasized that I requested a Diet Coke. Noting that the little dimple wasnt pushed in.
The server said yeah its a diet.
I took her word for it. I was in a rush because Im a road engineer and have no time to stop to go inside and I usually have to eat between calls.
People like me depend on the integrity of the servers to be honest and concerned for the well being of a customers special needs. Especially when you emphasize the importance.
Most of the time I go inside and prepare my own drink. But I was in a hurry and the drive thru was empty.
So I rolled the dice and decided to depend on the server to be honest and diligent. That appears to be a losing cause. I didnt even get to eat or consume the drink until later this afternoon. After a few swigs of the drink I started to feel lightheaded and began to see spots, which happens when my blood sugar gets too high.
I was forced to pull over and call my wife to pick me up.
You think Im pissed. She had to leave her work at home office to pick me up.
I have no other choice but to never trust your employees in the future.

So I ordered food from the McDonalds on 18489 Pines Blvd Fl 33029 the staff was not very nice at all they didnt give me my receipt and packed everything in one bag and when I went to make sure everything was in the bag I realized I was missing a few of my items I told her she replied o you didnt pay for it so I told her if I didnt pay for I will she refuse to give me my things and told me she would called the police on me to be removed out of the line when I asked her for her name she didnt tell me at all just sitting looking in my face refusing not to give me what I ordered or payed for she also didnt have her name tag on so I took a picture of her and clearly she was very unprofessional to be a manager all she wanted to do was argue with me.

I'm waiting for my order 45 mintues but not given any answers.
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I recently received at one of your branches. I visited the (Nikol , Ahemdabad) restaurant on 31-12-2023 and encountered several issues that left me disappointed.
The order accuracy was poor; I received the wrong items.
The food was cold upon arrival, indicating a lack of proper temperature management.
The staff exhibited a lack of courtesy and failed to address my concerns adequately.
The restroom facilities were unclean and in need of immediate attention.
The overall wait time for my order was excessively long, leading to frustration.
The drive-thru experience was inefficient, causing further delays.
The dining area lacked proper cleanliness and maintenance.
The beverage machine was out of order, limiting drink choices.
The promotional offer I intended to redeem was not honored.
The overall experience did not align with the standard I expect from McDonald's.
I hope you take this feedback seriously and address these issues promptly. I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to improvements in the future.

No one has contacted me on anything of my experience with your restaurant I had some bad experience with your restaurant
Do NOT go on the south side to the Verizon store that are so rude their was five people ahead of me and that were taken everyone else I wanted for five minutes and I was still not helped at all so I walked out of the store. I will not be back to the one on the side side of Aiken ...
And I will call the head corporate office and I will tell them how I was treated .
I think it was so wrong to take other people of head of me .I am making a promise I will not sep back into that store of that how that are going to treat their costumes.please some Needs to take a look at that store and see how that are treated your company and customer.i tried to get service No wouldn't a knowledge me but take everybody ahead of me thankfully I just Left mad . At around 4/05 AM, I made an order at the drive thru at the MacDonald by Victory Blvd, and Kester in Van Nuys.
My order was very small and simple, one oat meal, and one blue berry muffin. Unfortunately the lady that took the order, didn't give me the price for my order,
So I asked her, how much is it ?
The UN acceptable answer I got from her was,
I have to put it in,
I was waiting by the speaker I can hear that she is pretending she is calculating the price, finally after
30 40 seconds she gave me the price of $4.80.
when I got to the window,
To pay her, in a very nice way, I asked her, how come when you taking the order you don't put it immediately in the system ? And I even told her I'm a regular customer at this drive thru, everyday almost, for the last 2 3 months I am ordering the same thing almost, and almost at the same time.
She had a very hard time to answer me, she was all confused,
Surprised, with my questions, and didn't know what to answer, my question is why did she answer me the way she did ?
Something is very wrong if true that she didn't put the price in to the Sistema, the time that I made the order.
My other question is if everything was in the system why did she lied to Me, I'm sure MacDonald can find the answer to this question very soon.
I WANT TO Be VERY CLEAR,
I am NOT after suing MacDonald,
I'm not after money.
I am after one thing only THE TRUTH
I hope MacDonald will go to the bottom of all of this. If MacDonald
Have any questions I will be more than happy to answer, any you questions you may have, I have one simple request, I don't want to talk to anyone at that location, I will be more than happy, to talk or even to meet at the location, the district manager, at any day, at any time it works for the district manager.
