Within 90 minutes of my complaint, I received a phone call from the local franchisee, happy to resolve the issue.

I've recently gone on a diet and am working to become a healthier person, and was pleased to see that McDonald's was offering a 'Delite' version of their egg mcmuffin with half the calories of the original. I had a promotional receipt offering a buy one egg mcmuffin get one free, and wanted to use it for this lighter version of the egg mcmuffin, as the price is identical. The cashier asked if we could substitute and the manager said 'no, it has to be an egg mcmuffin'. I ended up not buying anything, as this seemed bizarre. Did call the customer service line and was insanely annoyed. Hopefully the Franchisee owners association will actually contact me, as she said that they would.

The number one thing wrong with your complaint is that you are allegedly on a diet, but still you wanted two light egg mcmuffins. That just plain doesn't make any sense.

Then state this in the original review, and learn how to read it is the regular muffin that is for that promotion not the other delite one. So you kept a coworker hungry because you are too cheap to pay the extra dollar for two. That is rather childish and immature.

For starters your employees and your manager at the Alliance Gateway restaurant in Fort Worth Tx. Should be emiediately terminated for their ability to serve the people thier service was less than addicted. I will never eat at another McDonald's for the rest of my life and I will make sure I tell my son's and all of their friends that WATAUGA BURGER IS 100% BETTER THAN MCDONALD'S AND WINDESE IS ALSO 100TP. Went to canonsbrg, pa one at 1030 am for a breakfast sandwich. Was told breakfast is over what. Ya want for lunch. I stated u do not serve breakfast at 1030 am, she goes i said breakfast is over what u want for lunch rudely, well I said never mind went to the taco bell go breakfast that was very good btw. I contacted the McDonald's's on university in san bernardino. Ca. To ask a question and the phone was answered by a rude young, lady that before I could day a thing said, " I'm on break round and I don't know where the person is that answers the phone and I'm not about to go find her and then...click'. She Hung up. I feel this is VERY bad customer service that may need to be reviewed as I'm sure you do not want to be represented by people such as her. She was very disappointing. Thank you. I think you are leaving parts of the story out, such as how you acted like a two year old. I doubt she would answer the phone when she is on break just to tell you she is on break and she will not have someone else talk with you.

McDonalds in Keysborough, Victoria County - Poor service missing purchases

Keysborough mcdonalds 3173, by far had the worse experience this evening. First, Through the drive through with missing chips, come to realize later that they are stale and non-fresh and soggy. Including the fact they forgot the chips as part of the order to begin with! Second, The 2 large cokes that we ordered were not even coca cola, but water with the faded brown colour full of ice. Thirdly specifically, The Asian chicken noodle Salad did not contain any noodles at all. Also have tried to contact their franchise 10 times via telephone right after but with no answers, I am absolutely aphold with this service, it is not exceptable. All I wanted was a decent acceptable meal with my family.

first you might want to try spelling better and an "acceptable" meal from McDonald's? you're not serious are you?

everyone and I mean EVERYONE knows you go there for a quick *** to eat not an acceptable meal. that being said I do have to ask a couple questions by "chips missing" do you mean French fries? I know in some places they call them chips is why I ask. second you say they were missing but then "come to realize later they were stale and non-fresh soggy" so you went back I take it to report the missing "chips" ?

also you complain about the cokes not being coca cola but faded brown colour full of ice? most fountain drinks are watered down and there's always lots of ice they cost pennies on the dollar to make and they make even more money when you get another one. the mix itself may have been off due to low/empty syrup box however.

and lastly why would you complain on here about the service without contacting them first?

if their franchise owners weren't returning the calls that's when you call McDonald's coporate office. the franchise owners believe it or not do have to answer to them as they are representatives of their company. I know from experience as I worked for a fast food company, several in fact, almost all were franchise owned.

I even worked for a McDonald's that had gotten so many complaints that McDonald's corporate had to revoke their franchise licenese and take their store over until another franchisee could be found.

so while my reply might sound harsh I apologize it's just how I am. I would keep contacting them until they rectify this.
