McDonalds in Oyster Bay, New York - Rude manager- completely embarrassed me

I have eaten at many McDonalds restaurants since this is my favorite fast food place. All the McDonalds I visited have accepted competitors coupons.On Sat Sept 6 I visited McD's in Oyster Bay NY. I asked them to accept a competitors coupon when the manager named Martha, said in the loudest rudest voice possible "What-Oh no. this is McDonalds" and started to laugh at me drawing the attention of the other guests.(this was lunch time. So the restaurant was crowded) I was humiliated. If I didn't have my grand children with me I would have walked out.Another customer said to me that "she is a nasty one. "I believe there was a better way to handle this situation in a more subdued manner. I was upset at the tone taken with me not the non acceptance of the coupons.With all the competition we have today with fast food restaurants I don't know if this manager is an asset to the McDonald's reputation. to be honest I will think twice before returning to a McDonalds Restaurant.

McDonalds - Unsatisfied pissed off and now hungry

to who it may *** because it did not matter to them at this store on shaw and fresno st at ten fifteen we ordered a big mac with no onions or pickles and two apple pies and choc shakes the apples pies were as cold as the shakes were the big mac had extra onions and pickles on it it seemed and it had been sitting for a bit it was also cold i called to tell them and got told that he didnt care about this just bring it back so he could replace it that is not how to handle this at all for me to drive back to stop what i am doing for their careless mistake then i ask for the man name and he just shook his head and walk away and had no name tag on so i dont no his name please help my name is vance busick 3190 e rialto fresno california 93726 store num 7579 i think

Outdated Peanuts Review

We purchased strawberry Sunday through drive thru , in Smithers British Columbia on Sunday August 31 and when I asked for peanuts , they were outdated , and didn't know till we were already driving away it wrecked the taste and we just threw then both out , not happy they didn't even bother to check , not the first time going to stop going there

McDonalds.... seriously. I'm at a poker game, and convince my 14 other brethren to try your untasty McDouble with mac sauce... because mac sauce can change cardboard into a feast.... except you make me eat my words and now I cannot feed my poker buddies, because I call ahead, you charge me for 14 McDoubles, and you send me off with 12. So when I pass them out to my group.... who doesn't get fed???? Do you really think this will go over well??? Eff you. Goddam is it this hard to count? When I called you back (You knew the same number I called with----and you hadn't bothered to call me to say the rest of my burgers were there)... you're like... oh, yeah, we must've missed you......... I must say, if you don't fix this ROYALLY, for your impudence, I am done with you. {news flash, social media} Fix it. Savvy?

This is not rude, rude would be if she said something like "Welcome to Mcdonads' what the *** want, and ruder would be if she added the phrase, well hurry the *** up I have not got all day my lunch break starts in five minutes.

McDonalds - I work at one

y'all think we are intentionally rude , not the case . we get treated like royal *** . i been bullied by a manager and crew member and when i said something i was the that was wrong , no i wasn't trained properly , honesty we don't get trained we are thrown to the wolves . i believe customers are always right but our crew members make it to where y'all think we are all the same . and we are not !ive only worked here maybe 3 ,4 months . and i had high hopes to become a crew trainer they say its u to you well im still waiting . they let people just come in whenever when we need them at a certain time and lay around . i seen the owner so many times it isn't even funny . honestly i don't blame y'all for not coming anymore . this place makes me sick . nobody cares about the customers . i was totally blown away with the things i have seen and the way i have been treated . i personally think it's not the owners fault it's the managers fault making a hard-working man look like a joke . the new crew members should be trained for a week , tested . and reviewed randomly and , managers shouldnt just come out when there is a problem , i love people , i check on the customers , do things to make them happy and take notice in children because in all honesty that's the reason we are popular . just think if a crew member is being rude its because the lazy boss comes in with a tick and takes it out on good people . I'm sorry to all that have been through *** being a customer or worker . it sucks .

No one is a perfect employee, we can strive to be our best but sometimes it doesn't seem like that, and yes some customers are uncalled for or rude there's no reason to sass or be rude back, we're dealing with a customer service job we need to think how they feel for example going to a Wendy's restaurant, think how you want to be treated or welcome and do the same at your work and if you are getting bullied and there's no one quit because it will only get worse , and if no manager would take a step and do there job then I'd just say adios, but that's just me :)

Used to be if you wanted cheese on a quarter pounder you had to say "with cheese." If you did not say "with cheese" you would almost certainly be asked "do you want chesse with that?" No more. Now QPers automatically come with cheese.

Here's the punchline: Same price with or without cheese. What a scam.

Hamburger and cheeseburger for the same price. You are either paying for chesse you did not get or you are getting free cheese on your burger...I wonder which.

McDonalds - Cashier closed register without giving Change

I was in the drive thru this morning to get just a cup of coffee. When I paid the cashier $1.27, and waited for my change she closed the register and called for assistance when I reminded her of the change. Then, I just went to the next window to get my coffee. Still no change. Maybe she thought I was tipping her the 20 cents, I just think that if you cannot chew gum and walk, it is not a good idea to work in a drive-thru. I seem to have more troubles at this MacDonald's each month located at Normandy Blvd and Lane Ave.., Jacksonville, Fl.6546 Normandy Blvd Jacksonville, FL
