McDonalds in Doylestown, Pennsylvania - Never get order correct
Did not have any smoothies. Then, subsequently got my order wrong. She told me that I could not get the things She said that everything was going to be ok. She would not give me any discount off of my food. She was not going to make things easy. The store was extremely dirty and no one tried to help me. Man, why does this thing require one hundred words. Does not make sense. Am I ever going to get to one hundred words with this thing. I will keep writing until I get to hundred words so that I can submit
McDonalds - 1 of the worst MacDonalds I have ever been at!! Delft Centrum
Hi Mc Donalds, I came, made my order. After that 2 girls and guy came to buy, al it was (until the custmers got their food) from then was shouting foul words and playing forth and back (between the customers and your workers) with those filthy words... Sorry but I will not accept that kind of behavior in a restraurant. Even iff its just the mac... Ok your workers stayed nice buth they still ment the same. Ik know how they talk at that age... Add to that that I came to your restaurant to buy a Bigg Tasty and a Quarter pounder.... Saddest thing is, is that both of them are not sold there.... WTF.... You got a big MD in a big tourist city as Delft and you don't sell your biggest Dutch sellers... I'm a bit confused! WTF is going on here... Can you explain it to me? Greetings W.M. van den Bosch

McDonalds in Westfield, Massachusetts - The worse food ever !!!
Ordered Today around 5:20 pm 8/21/2014 Westfield Ma East Main Street 01085 the Bacon Burgers with extra burger . Got home and the roll was so hard and looked like it was a week old. They SUCK Big time. , the Burger was so sloppy put together I be ashamed to serve it . The Hamburger looked and tasted old. Threw the two burgers out in the garbage !! That is it no more food from Mac Donald's . I was the only one there and it took two people to take may order and they didn't even give me my receipt. SUCK SUCK SUCK SUCK SUCK SUCK
Sanitary Norms Review
At the McDonald's in Tylertown,MS an employee was observed exiting a bathroom stall & not washing her hands. Then she restocked the napkins in the dining area & cleaning dirty tables. She immediately went to the fry station. I will NEVER return

I wrote you a while back about a remote control that a employee took that my special need son left at one of your restaurant and later found out by the manager that it was thrown in the trash so she tried to call my tv service to get them to replaced the remote but they would not take her stayement because she was not on my account,so she called me and told me they say for me to call them and I did so they went ahead and replaced the remote,but to make a long story short she the manager lied to me and my family about sending us some coupons for some free meals in which I never received but in my opinion I think the manager is just as worst than the employee,the employee lied about the remote and the manager lied about the coupons,but thanks anyway we will never patronize that mcdonald again I mean never.Liz Henderson 986 Whitehaven park circle s. Mcdonalds - Manager Review
First, do the new employees get any training what so ever? If they do, they need more than just one day of training and they should be trained by an experienced manager. Second, do the fryers ever get cleaned and oil changed on a regular daily basis? Because the fries don't taste good at all. If the fries don't taste good, this makes me question how dirty the kitchen and whole store. In my opinion, the owners of the franchises or CEO's should reevaluate all the stores or do a undercover boss show to find out what goes on in their businesses in order to correct the problems that are damaging the business.
Mcdonalds - Manager Review
First off we don't eat here often...so I don't know pricing off hand. Ordered a happy meal and a big mac meal.upon looking the the reciept I saw I was charged for each item. I asked why and was told must be a new employee that did it. Asked what tje price difference was and got told only about 5 cents. I gt home and called a manager to ask her only to be offered a refund if I return to the store. Terrible service if they couldn't fix the error while I was still at the store....never stopping again at this place!
Cold Food Review
Our mcDonalds is 1/2 mile from our home and, no matter what time of day, the nuggets and fries are always cold and rubbery by the time we get home! We go straight home! Our mcdonalds is in white hall wv. They also often forget to put requested condiments in the bag.
McDonalds in Columbia, South Carolina - Horrific employee training by terrible shift managers
I watched as the girl took my order then picked up the broom & dustpan and started sweeping around the front counter area. After 3 minutes or so the fires were ready and she put the broom & dustpan to the side and went to the fry station were she then picked up the fry box from the inside and continued to put fries in the boxes. As I watched my mind said NO. When she handed me my order (2-McDoubles & 2 small fries)....I said "sweetie I need to see the manager". She said" what's wrong?" I then went on to tell her that she was wrong to seep then without washing her hands handle food. she never went to get the manager but another employee heard the discussion and the manager came to the counter asking what happened. I then told her and she made the comment that it's a result of bad home training. I said "not only bad home training but you're standing here while she's still scooping up fries and handling the food." Sound like everyone needs training. I got my money back and have not been back to that McDonald's location since. It' only a 5 minute walk from my residence but I will drive to 2 other locations where the customer service is at least 50% better. McDonald's is not the way it use to be say back in the 80's & 90's. The employees act like we owe them something. What happened to great customer service & good hygiene around food?
