Mcdonalds Manager Review

Came through the drive through at 11, and the voice comes on and says how may I help you? We order and hear nothing. Finally we see a worker so we pull through to the window where we are ignored by several employees until minutes later a manager says we are close. Never going back to swanton McDonald's. I will always choose Wendy's over McDonald's

Everytime we go to mcds on edwin miller blvd in martinsburg wv the order is wrong. The managers are *** and barely eighteen. The owner is even more incompetent than the teenage staff. Do yourself a favor and drive to spring mills.

8 out of 10 times that I visit this location, which is weekly. If I go thru drive-thru I always (never fails) have to park after I have gotten my order and usually go back inside the store to fetch something that was left out of my order!!!!!! This is very annoying! !! last co couple visits, the srore was very dirty in the dining area and the floor under the front line equipment was very...very dirt. I'm not talking about a day old dirt problem.... that mess had been there for sometime. I'm very shocked... I always held Mcdonalds with high regards. NOT ANY LONGER! !

Then when we received our orde the fries were old and cold. The manager stated, "the grease needs too be changed". No excuse. This MCDonalds Charleston Tn has the worst people working for them, including management. Eventhough they tried to rectify the problem....The fries were still horrible, still cooked in the same old grease, with an aweful after taste. Why would anyone tell a customer that. I live right down from this location. It used to be a great place years ago. What has happened? Have you gotten so big that you don't care anymore? Customer Service should be priority.

McDonalds review: Site is not working.......

After 45 minutes and several attempts to get my order placed, the site keeps shutting down. Even after several months they can not make it work. This way you only losing business....morons Every company which takes itself serious would already fix this problem....but not this bunch of imbecilic people.. I am spending my money elsewhere. I totally agree the one in Charleston Tn is by far the nastiest and unfriendly. Mcdonlads use to be about family and customer service.

Get mommy to help you with the site with your childish name calling you are obviously ten years old. Perhaps the problem is you not knowing how to use the site rather than them, as I said get one of your parents to help.

This McDonald's experience was single-handedly the worst visit, of a cumulation of visits over the course of 20 years. I ordered a cheeseburger with NO onions, due to me being allergic, a McChicken with NO lettuce, since I don't eat lettuce, and a #2 with Large fries, with NO salt, and big mac sauce on the side. Upon receiving my food and checking it, I saw that everything was completely incorrect. My McChicken appeared to have EXTRA LETTUCE, was sloppily slapped together. My cheeseburger that was supposed to have NO ONIONS, contained ONE SINGLE ONION which one Manager informed me it was only ONE ONION, and it was OK. MY fries had salt on them, and there was no Big Mac sauce in my bag. One manager inspected my food, after I alerted him it was a problem. The other manager who was cooking poked his head from around the back and yelled, "did you have a McChicken and this cheeseburger" while handing them to the apparently confused female cashier, with his blue gloves on. Upon inspecting this burger, I noticed the burger patty was lighter than normal, and appeared to be undercooked. I called for a manager again, and the other manager who was cooking walked from the back, while still wearing his blue cooking gloves, and stated that he made the burger and there was nothing wrong with it. He actually argued with me back and forth over the fact of it being acceptable! At this time, I still had YET TO RECEIVE, my McChicken, my fries with no salt, and my big mac sauce. After growing tired of dealing with the rude, lackadaisical managers, and the confused cashiers, I requested a refund. I asked the manager his name, and he refused to give me his name, stating when I called corporate they would know who was there. He even went as far to say that I was one customer and wouldn't stop his show. With over one billion served i'm sure I don't make a difference to him, but to McDonald's the corporation I speak for the one billion served in saying this type of thing can not and should never happen again. I expect friendly service, great, neat, hot food served in a timely manner, and when I have a issue, I expect it to be resolved in a professional manner. This place is horrible. I would not feed my dog at this place.when I first went thru drive the lady was so rude. I asked her did you guys have any specials or how much was the McDouble meal. She reply to me what size do you want rudely. From there I told her that I will come inside to place my order. When I walked in this place seems like it was a nightclub. The employees were very very loud and it seems as if they wasn't even worried about their customers Until Anna look up and seen that there were customers on the front line.the employees were just worried about themselves and getting their own meals. The manager was walking around with braids in his hair as if he was not even a manager and not even concerned about his customers. The store with a very nasty there were cops everywhere the ice cream machine was actually a MEss. There was ice cream cups just sitting. The store had a bad odor even the employees were complaining about this. Off duty employees were comming in getting free meals. Along with working employees. The night manger was coming in but had not clocked in. She was talking to the employees distracting them while customers were wait. She than clocked in and sat in the lobby CHARGING her phone and arguing in the phone. No one had on name tags to be identified. The bathrooms we horrible. The guy manger with the girl braid was having a conversation with an off duty employee ring him up. While he allowed customers to stand in line. He than continued his conversation while handing out food not even acknowledging the customers. They were just very loud. There was alot of work and cleaning to do. They were all just standing around. When I git my food and made it back home. The food was horrible. My 20 nuggets were dry and nasty. My burger was sloppy and just thrown together. The only good thing was my fries thats because I ask for fresh ones. Anna was the only one that seems as if the customers come first.The management team is the WORST.

Sounds like a zoo or at best, a very junior high school type atmosphere. If McDonald's employees ever get that huge raise they are whining about in the media, sounds like the employees at this location will be out of a job as no longer will the owner/managers have to hire whatever riff raff applies. They can be choosy.

The reason she was rude to you was because you were holding up the line, when you go to drive thru it tells you the prices, and you should also know exactly what you want, either wise dine in. The sad thing is customers will be taking out their anger on her for the wait because they don't know that you were not prepared when you went to the drive thru.

Also don't go around calling grown women girls when it is you who acts like a child. Not to mention you misspelled coming, a simple word taught in second grade.

You call her a girl aka a child when your spelling is at a second grade level. You should have came inside in the first place, drive thru is for people who have made up their mind and know what they want, not for you to take ages to decide what you want.

First of all I asked her a question because the menu was not lite up. Also the price was faded for what I wanted so I asked a question as I am entitled to do.Not to mention there was no one behind me.

I had to return to work so drive thru was just fine for me. Ordering for someone else I NEED A PRICE.Secondly you was not there. This is probably the employees are you mad? Like I stated other customers had issues.I call them as I see them.

Woman take pride in what they do and don't horse play.

Girl and boys do.How about you make changes at the store instead of trying to correct me. GOOD DAY NOW

My visit was disappointing First things first, the employee's once again put half of the amount of french fries in the box, and pressed the front in to make the box look full Second of all, I ordered a McChicken, normal, and instead, I got one with Buffalo Ranch on it This is one of the worst experiences I had at a fast food place in Joplin, next to the Wendy's in front of the McDonalds constantly forgetting to put cheese sauce in the bag, and I think after that visit, i'll never step a foot into that McDonalds again
