I wrote you a while back about a remote control that a employee took that my special need son left at one of your restaurant and later found out by the manager that it was thrown in the trash so she tried to call my tv service to get them to replaced the remote but they would not take her stayement because she was not on my account,so she called me and told me they say for me to call them and I did so they went ahead and replaced the remote,but to make a long story short she the manager lied to me and my family about sending us some coupons for some free meals in which I never received but in my opinion I think the manager is just as worst than the employee,the employee lied about the remote and the manager lied about the coupons,but thanks anyway we will never patronize that mcdonald again I mean never.Liz Henderson 986 Whitehaven park circle s. Instead of blaming them for your son forgetting the remote why not blame him, and if he is too young or disabled to remember himself why not blame yourself? You should be lucky they replaced the remote when it was your fault it got lost in the first place.

You are not entitled to free meals. Why not get a job, get off food stamps and earn your meals instead of begging for free food you are not entitled to. Why should you get free food for your mistake? It is bad enough they gave a free remote.

They throw things left behind in the trash, don't blame them because you were careless. In other words grow up. I bet the reason your special needs son has special needs is because you were drinking and using drugs while pregnant with him.

That would also explain your terrible spelling, grammar and the fact that you feel you are entitled to a free meal for your carelessness. You are still using now.

Mcdonalds - Manager Review

First, do the new employees get any training what so ever? If they do, they need more than just one day of training and they should be trained by an experienced manager. Second, do the fryers ever get cleaned and oil changed on a regular daily basis? Because the fries don't taste good at all. If the fries don't taste good, this makes me question how dirty the kitchen and whole store. In my opinion, the owners of the franchises or CEO's should reevaluate all the stores or do a undercover boss show to find out what goes on in their businesses in order to correct the problems that are damaging the business.

Are you aware that any business that handles any kind of food is routinely inspected by a health inspector and if they don't make a certain score, they are given a deadline to correct the problem? Also nobody knows what goes on the the plants where all the different foods/products that any restaurant sells.

You can bet your bottom dollar that everything shipped to McDonalds isn't handled the way you would want it to be. Do you honestly think a reality TV show like Undercover Boss is real?

First off we don't eat here often...so I don't know pricing off hand. Ordered a happy meal and a big mac meal.upon looking the the reciept I saw I was charged for each item. I asked why and was told must be a new employee that did it. Asked what tje price difference was and got told only about 5 cents. I gt home and called a manager to ask her only to be offered a refund if I return to the store. Terrible service if they couldn't fix the error while I was still at the store....never stopping again at this place!

Cold Food Review

Our mcDonalds is 1/2 mile from our home and, no matter what time of day, the nuggets and fries are always cold and rubbery by the time we get home! We go straight home! Our mcdonalds is in white hall wv. They also often forget to put requested condiments in the bag.

McDonalds in Columbia, South Carolina - Horrific employee training by terrible shift managers

I watched as the girl took my order then picked up the broom & dustpan and started sweeping around the front counter area. After 3 minutes or so the fires were ready and she put the broom & dustpan to the side and went to the fry station were she then picked up the fry box from the inside and continued to put fries in the boxes. As I watched my mind said NO. When she handed me my order (2-McDoubles & 2 small fries)....I said "sweetie I need to see the manager". She said" what's wrong?" I then went on to tell her that she was wrong to seep then without washing her hands handle food. she never went to get the manager but another employee heard the discussion and the manager came to the counter asking what happened. I then told her and she made the comment that it's a result of bad home training. I said "not only bad home training but you're standing here while she's still scooping up fries and handling the food." Sound like everyone needs training. I got my money back and have not been back to that McDonald's location since. It' only a 5 minute walk from my residence but I will drive to 2 other locations where the customer service is at least 50% better. McDonald's is not the way it use to be say back in the 80's & 90's. The employees act like we owe them something. What happened to great customer service & good hygiene around food?

Before you go around calling someone old enough to work a "girl" aka a child, learn how to spell. It is spelled fries not fires, it is spelled sweep, not "seep".

I would think that if you were alive in the 80's and 90's you would know how to spell "sweep" and "fries".

Eight year olds know hot to spell those simple words. Before you refer to anyone as a child learn how to spell.

Did she actually touch the fries, or did she just touch the container and the scoop that she used to put the fries into the container. I'm sure the sandwiches were wrapped previously.

Good heavens!

back in the day people didn't wear gloves when they actually touched the food, and we never heard of people becoming ill or even dying from that.

McDonalds in Bethel, Ohio - Did not get what I paid for

Went to McDonalds in bethel ohio, ordered a veggie wrap no meat, when I got to work 1 hr away I went to eat my lunch it was a very thin wrap with hardly anything in it didn't have anything else to eat so I ate it. I called the McDonalds back asked for the manager she said they rang it up wrong that was why it was not stuffed she also said the owners were in that day and said they were not allowed to refund nor replace food without getting the food back. So I called corporate who took info and passed it on to a owners group, then a local area manager called me back played phone tag for awhile, then they said it was mcdonalds policy to not refund without the food, said would send me a coupon, I guess I was suppose to totally starve at work instead of partly. Meanwhile I probably wasted an hour of my time trying to get this corrected. Will never go to another McDonalds again. Obviously my time is not valuable to them only to me..

Sounds to me like someone getting a free meal, if you want your food replaced you have to bring the original food back. This is a restaurant not a halfway house of soup kitchen.

McDonalds in Springfield, Missouri - Bad food small portions and bad service

I went to mcdonalds tonight and they were very rude they didnt give me the sandwiches i paid for they only gave me meat on my sandwiches they were not what i asked for the sandwiches had been smashed and i didnt eat any of it the fries were cold and soggy and old. The drinks werent mixed right they tasted old and like it had mold in it and the iced coffee i got was old coffee. Im a coffee drinker and can tell the differance. It was the worst experiance there was no food safety and they touched my food with dirty hands. I will never go back to that mcdonalds i paid for a deluxe sandwich and they gave me meat and bread. The mcdonalds on battlefield and 65 in springfield will never get my service again they screwed me over on 3 sandwiches 3 medium fries and 3 mediam drinks and an iced coffee. I will drive an extra 15 minutes to get to a better mcdonalds. I hope the mcdonalds gets closed nobody deserves that service ans that terrible unsanitary food.

I am a loyal customer to Macdonald. today one of your staff. her name is edyline in Abu Dhabi airport branch terminal-1. she delivered a bad service to me, and lied when I asked her for garlic paste. I took two meals one for me and one for my friend she said I cant give you two garlic paste. she was very rude. suddenly another staff interfered to serve me properly. I have never expected such a behavior from my favorite restaurant. honestly, I dont want other customers to be treated the same way Edyline treated me today.

McDonalds - Horrible experience

I am writing to complain about the unacceptable treatment that I received in your restaurant today ... After a long duty in hospital i went to Jabriya branch in Kuwait to bring food for my sons at 00:45 AM .. I went directly by my car to Car service row ... Then the man came to me and i ordered 1 big tasty meal (medium) with orange juice as a drink 1 chicken deluxe sandwitch. i gave him 10 KD and waited fir change .. he came back after a while giving me change for 5 KD .. i told him i gave you ten not five ... he said ok ok .. sorry Then when i came home i didn't find the big tasty sandwitch ... i called them back and the lady in charge said i will investigate and i will call you back ... after a few minutes she called me and said tomorrow we will give you ... i told her this is for my sons ... how can i give one of them and told the other tomorrow .. it is not my fault at all miss .. then she said i will call you back ... then she called again saying carelessly i can't do anything for you ... She was nervous like it is my fault .. I never face this situation before in any fast food restaurants or with my sons who are Mcdonalds addicts ... but it is time for them to change their minds .. We felt the whole ambiance was very unprofessional with no traditional care and attention. very disappointing indeed. Thank you for taking time to read this. I hope you pass it onto your employees, so that they know what a bad impression they have made. I trust that you will seriously consider our complaint and give us a reasonable explanation.

The problem is you went to McDonalds and expected a fine dining experience. Everyone knows you have to check the food before you leave. If you waited til you got home that's on you.
