I went to Macdonald's in the surbub of Paris with my family. We ordered the food and were expecting 4 hot and yummy local sandwiches, and 4 diet cokes including in the meal. The place was very crowded, we decide to take away our meal. When we opened the bag in a...

Such a *** complaint. Why, in god's earth, would they put drinks in a *** BAG?

When have you EVER seen that happen? Also, you're in Paris and you go to McDonalds?

WTF? Surely if you can afford to go to Paris in the first place, you could afford a decent meal there???

3 times? Since you don't want to go back you can't use this plan, but here it is any way.

First off, since you have internet you can use the receipts with the store number on them to contact McDonalds on the internet through customer support and tell them what happened. The second idea is to check the salad before you leave the store and even take video of it and you pointing it out to the manager or at least a picture with a time and date stamp and receipt. The only problem is I would not trust what they serve me after, who knows what they will do to your food after that, sorry to say!

This is the only way to do this. Even if start going to a different McDonalds check before you leave the store, right at the counter is best.

Very upset huh? Doesn't take much does it? I mean of all the things in the world to get upset about, a couple of 50 cent McDonald's coupons shouldn't even be in the top ten.

McDonalds in Denton, Texas - Cold Food/Incomplete Order

The Hickory Creek/Lake Dallas McDonalds is HORRIBLE! I just ordered two large fries the other night specifically hot only to wait 20 minutes to get cold soggy fries! After arguing for 10 minutes with the MANAGER she finally agreed to give me the fries back hot. So I cane in a couple days later today and ordered my fries and 6 burgers for my family. I got home and found 2! So I went back to get the rest and one of the 14 year old *** got in my face and told me she counted only 3 missing! I grabed the bag and left the store and I am never going back! These people are underaged workers who are ran by a senseless woman! Order here if you want direspect and cold $6 fries.

Contact McDonald's corporate and give them the exact location of this franchisee. They need to know.

We all know that the people working at fast food places are generally inept and not the brightest bulb in the chandelier but most also have little, if any common sense when it comes to interpersonal relations---like talking normally with a customer. Most will remain working at a low skilled job for their entire life, all the while complaining how life is "unfair." It's called making mistakes early in life and then paying for them for the rest of your life.

Yeah, worst parent award goes to this nimrod that types up complaints about fast food fries in cold grease, rather than spend a few minutes cooking. Yay, brains and talent to pass on to the kids! Maybe your fat dumb shsiits will be serving your hot fries to ya, thaar ya go

@Me

Pretty sure you can cook better, healthier food for cheaper than a *** mcdonalds dinner. It's common sense. I'll let you be the one with clogged arteries at age 31.

Stop feeding your kids McDonalds junk and start cooking fresh food for your family!

McDonalds - Pubic-like hairs in my coffee
I just found five pubic-looking hairs in a coffee cup. This location looked like an angry mob had attacked the restaurant last night about half an hour before I arrived to get a cup of coffee and wait for the next train. The first cup had some weird brown things...

McDonalds in Miami, Florida - Great service

I recently visited one of your locations it is the one I always go to and had a great experience on your restaurant will recommend it to all of my friends and family, love it love it love it don't think it is a complaint but there is a little room for improvement in some of the areas for example need to be on top of the trash, remember a clean environment it is always a good one specially wen you are with the family kids will always try to touch everything and anything on there way so with that been said keep up the good work

I went to McDonalds around lunch time, ordered, and pulled up at the 1st window to pay. I hand the cashier my credit card, and she attempts to run it through the machine. Then again. and again. She then inspects the machine. Now she is walking off. Moments later,...

I would have been pissed if I were the customers behind you. You could have been considerate and pulled into a parking spot to inspect your food. Not the entire world revolves around you, believe it or not.

McDonalds in Yorba Linda, California - We were forgotten...

We got here. The cashier, when asked how she was doing, answered with "i will be better when I get to leave." Not very friendly or appropriate response. We ordered two meals and it was 20 minutes before we received our food. But only after we said that we hadn't gotten it yet. Before that, they asked if we had been helped twice. Like they didn't even remember we had just ordered. Then we get the meal, fries are cold and burgers had pickle. It was filthy as well. Drinks splashed everywhere and not a clean table. Highly frustrating.
