VERY SLOWERVICE | McDonalds review from Garland, Texas
I went to a nearby McDonalds on a major toll road @ Shiloh in Garland, TX yesterday. It took me 12 minutes to go 4 spaces in the drive through line to order 4 breakfast sandwiches and a coffee. Then, it took another 8 minutes to get my food, including being at the window where you pick up your food for three minutes. This is the worst service I have ever had at a "Fast Food" and told the manager she should be ashamed to take a paycheck here. I also talked to an employee who said this location is always under staffed, after I asked if the employees were on strike.
Double Burgers Review
I paid for 3 double burgers and only received one. Considering the price increase this is a complete rip off. I am missing $2.50 and I am 95% dissafisfied. I hope the future employees find a solution to tn current problems.

I've been to the McDonald's on 27th ave and camelback 5 times and all 5 times I get home and have to drive back because they forgot something. It's 110 degrees in phx. Today I went back and asked for a refund they took there stuff back and gave me my money I paid 16.87 they gave me 16.21 I didn't even get offered a drink.never again will I give them my service. They wasted my time and money, if they were really sorry they would of offered something to drink at the very least!!! Worst experience every I should of stayed a burger king costumer.
Incorrect Order Review
They can never get your order correct. this morning I go in to order, felt like I was at Walmart. One cashier working and 10 people in line. When I get home with my food it's wrong. This has got to be one of the worst McDonald's I have ever been too. Thank God for the new one that just opened on Russell Pkwy.

I go to Mcdonalds every morning for coffee and a week ago went to the one in Bellvue Pa now I take my coffee cream no sugar seems simple enough we'll not at this place. First it took 15 minutes and that was with one other person in line. While several employees sat and talked the others were lost anyway I finally got my coffee delicious if you want diabetes on the spot had plenty of sugar so I sent back. The employee I guess manager stared at me I almost asked them to press one for English cause I didn't know if they understood me however they did make it again perfect except no ice so try number 3 and yes they got it right and still wanted to charge me after a small argument got it for free never go there again.
Disrimination at McDonalds
Hi. I am Al Williams. I am chair of F.U.H.C., (Free United Homeless Coalition), and chair of "POWER OF THE PEOPLE'. I also write for the Community Alliance News Paper. My fiancee, and I, (and our puppy), was eighty-sixed from McDonald's because the excuse used, was our puppy dug a small hole in a place where dogs are tied while the owner is in the lobby. The true reason is, the McDonalds located at 1718 west Olive ave. Fresno, California, 93728 is in a low income income neighborhood, and also the home of a fairly large Homeless Community, who rely on McDonslds for in expensive food, and beverage. The management at named location is selectively banning all the homeless people to fullfill the wants, and wishes of the wealthy who visit this store every morning. They only purchase senior coffee, except for three people. All of them live in other neighborhoods, but they are in most part wealthy. The Management at this store catters to them, anf their wishes with a smile. To include their racial slurs, and comments, such as ***, and Wet, when they refer to poor, or homeless people in " OUR", neighborhood.. Example. I asked for a refill of coffee, and was told by the shofy manager I had to have my receipt with me to get a refill, even when a employee who served me when I ordered my coffee told Mariea, the manager that she just served me when I purched my coffee. Mariea said every one had to have a receipt to get a refill. I started back to my table to get my receipt, when three of the wealthy people directly behind me in line recieved refillcs without receipts. They had no receipts at all. I kind of loudly, (I wanted witnesses to this event), asked Maria why didn't they need a receipt after she herself gave them refills without a receipt. I had s receipt at the table. They had none. A case of hate and discrimination, clearly. On 19, July, 2014, there will be a protest at the named store above, to advise Custermers that this store discriminates against poor people, and homeless people. We will go forward with this protest if the ban on all the homeless, and poor people isn't lifted by 19, July, 2014. We will also be calling for a press conference on the the day of the protest if the ban is not lifted on all the homeless people by above date. Order a meal at McDonald's and you won't get the price on the overhead menu because they will automatically upsize your drink to a medium size with an additional upcharge. As this happens every time, breakfast, lunch or dinner, I must ask for my order to be corrected....
i've been to a lot of mcdonalds (i travel quite a lot) and most recently, off of exit 43 the manchester mcdonalds is by far the nicest one i have ever been to. not only is it clean and sanitary but the crew members and managers are very polite. if it is slow in there they will make friendly conversation with you while the food is being prepared and they will double check your orders to make sure that they are correct! the service is also fast before you are even done finished ordering your milkshake or smoothie is already in front of you and the drivethru is surprisely fast and friendly. if they park you your food is out in less than 5 minutes. overall very good/fast service and friendly staff. 10/10 check it out

Nasty Restaurant Review
The customer service was fine but the restaurant was nasty. Flies were flying around the food and the drive thru smelled like rotten meat. When I drove up it made me *** I almost asked for my money back because of the smell alone but the flies is what actually did it for me and the employees handling money and food at the same time and wiping their hands on their clothes.
