I recently spent 6 months working at the McDonald's by Mary Washington college. I had just turned 21 and needed a job fast. Shortly after being employed I was sexually harassed by a shift manager, along with five other coworkers. After a few months I contacted the...

My local McDonald's at 552 Yonge Street in Toronto stops selling chicken nuggets after 11 PM. That is BS. They should sell those for at least one more hour before going to breakfast. I am also sick and tired of them not having any sauce for my nuggets. They seem to be...

McDonalds in Cincinnati, Ohio - TEENS LOITERING AROUND STORE !!

I am talking about the McDonald's i n Cincinnati Ohio located on Hamiton and Galbraith Ave. This McDonalds is a combination of Shell Gas Also. Over the past year or so a lot of youths have been hanging around the store at night and especially on the weekends. This is a safety hazzard and at one point something serious is going to happen there. My husband and I are elder citizens and I noticed one gentleman that drove up , but was intimidated by the crowds and quickly left. This is a problem and it needs to be addressed right away. Once my husband called 911 it was so bad. There needs to be some type of security there. Investigate this siutation before something truly bad happens.

Teens shouldn't be there unsupervised. Once again, bad parents letting their kids run the show.

I'm sure the teens aren't raising cane there, during business hours. If it is after business hours what are you doing there.

I don't know why anybody would be intimidated by the kids unless they were personally aggressive to a person. For one thing don't let them know that their presence there bothers you and don't approach them to tell they you don't like the fact that they are there. They have as much right to be there as you do. I'm sure they patronize the gas station and the McDonalds.

One time when I was in my 40s and going through some marriage problems, I woke up one night and couldn't get back to sleep, so I got up and got in our car and drove to a convenience store picked up a candy bar and a soda. As I pulled into the parking lot on a less frequented area of the parking lot as that is what we did to lessen the chance of dings in the side of our car from car doors. Anyway as I parked a car load of young guys pulled in next to the other side of my car, and asked me if I would consider selling the car and I smiled and said I didn't think my husband would like it if I sold his baby. It was a really cool sport car.

The young guys thanked me and left the parking lot.

If you don't mistreat people, behavior wise, they will usually leave you alone.

Apparently you haven't been out much lately.

Teens are violent these days. Just look up flash rob on youtube.

A large group of teens, maybe 20 to 30 will meet at a designated place. Say a gas station and rush the place. The single clerk or two are simply overwhelmed and the teens make off with thousands of dollars in unpaid merchandise.

Teens are attacking people in public simply for the sake of putting it on youtube themselves.

McDonalds in Salamanca, New York - 20 minute wait

Very slow 20 minutes for our order as no bacon was cooked, fries were not fresh just dry cold and inedible threw them out immediately. Was given Diet Soda which was not what I ordered.Sandwiches were literally thrown together.Restaraunt #5343 Salamanca NY .May just swear off McDonalds entirely. No management seemed to be in any form of control.Young kids fooling around ,chatting , laughing and no one seemed to be working. Bathrooms were disgusting some of the worst I have seen. At least 12 people stood and waited an excessive time for food orders 10 minutes or more. Not a clean table in the dining room.

One managers don't come over to the window unless there is a problem. So that would mean you didn't just say "okay".

You probably bitched about having to be moved forward and/or didn't move.

Here's something to think about...

1 in every 15 customers are actually pleasant, hence, I don't blame employees for being rude. I worked there forever ago, but if you're going to be an *** to them, typically they're going to treat you the same way.

Unless you worked at McDonalds or any other fast food place in your life, you shouldn't be allowed to complain. There are a lot of idiots that are hired, but you (the customers) keep coming back because it's McDonalds and you're all lazy.

Not all employees are rude or lazy or ***, like everyone likes to believe; you know because they work at McDonalds, so they're not going to do anything with their lives. It's interesting, customers like to complain about employees being rude, maybe instead of blaming them, you should look at yourself first. They're not going to be rude, if you're not rude. Everyone is in this "I want it now and if I don't get it now, I'm going to be a ***." If it wasn't for them, you wouldn't have a McDonalds, and then the world would be in an uproar.

Stop complaining about little things, why should they go above and beyond? You missed a sandwich, big deal, you go back get it and move on with your life. Stop acting like it's the end of the world.

Don't come back, McDonalds has a million other customers.

McDonalds in Taneytown, Maryland - Compalint

I was getting a drink and all the workers were in the back and not even paying attention to the windows. Then when other people would come they would honk and yell at us cause we are taking for ever so I am very un pleased about this mc Donalds I would love to report this quickly because on how horrible it is. If i was a worker i would be at that window 24.7 like it says. I think this is a good report because im so pissed I could yell at them. So other than that START BEING AT UR WINDOWS

No you wouldn't be at the window 24/7, because they do have other things to do. Are you sure they were even open for business when you got there.

I used to work in a fast food place that didn't open until 10:30 AM and it wasn't at all unusual for people to want something an hour or so before we opened. We would have people pull up to the menu board and if nobody inside spoke to them, they would sit there honking there horns, and if they wanted to come inside they would pound on the door. I find it hard to believe that McDonald's would be open 24/7.

You are not "un pleased" you might be "displeased." "mc Donalds" should be "McDonald's." "im" should be "I'm." There should be a space between "them." and "So." All of these errors indicate you aren't as perfect as you think you are. Complaining on this site isn't going to do any good in getting the results you want from McDonald's.
