Verified ReviewerHanding out old dried up burgers cold wilting fries. Last 2 trips here were complete disaster. Wasted over 30.00 of my hard earned money and ended up throwing away both those last meals.

I went to Two different McDonalds in Augusta Ga and both did the same thing. I first went to the one at Deans Bridge Rd and Barton Chapel in Augusta Ga.
I was the only person in the drive thru and store. That had no customers and i sat in the drive for at least 4 mins before i decided to pull around. No one was ready to take my order and definitely and sour attitude. I even asked to speak with the manager and her attitude was not any better.
Later that night I took a friend to the McDonalds at Dean's Bridge and Gordon Hwy. And she had the same issue that I had no one answered the drive thru. Then we drove around and ordered at the window. We could hear them in there having a ball , playing around.
So i asked to speak to the manager and there wasn't one available. But one of the employees came and address us she was very rude. She said she wasn't gong to answer the beep in the drive thru cause they need to clean up. I told her that it is policy to answer within the first five seconds.
She explained that she was over thirty and have been working for McDonalds for years and she still wasn't going to answer. She said the order would be fresh and nothing was Freshly cooked. The order came back incorrect. And when we sent it back all the items didnt come back.
Then we had to wait for it to be cooked. I truly cant say this is Fast-food.

Ordered a lot of food more than half of it was made incorrectly the person taking the money at the drive-thru pocketed $5 whenever you call the phone it's busy cuz the phone is off the hook or they do not answer or you have to call four or five times before they do. The manager is extremely unprofessional and rude acts like it's my fault because she doesn't have staff properly told us to write her name on the receipt and bring it back and she'll replace the whole order today when we tried to she said no way was rude to my boyfriend who had to receipt in hand with my handwriting notes her name on it and also had a code for the buy one get one free that he was not able to use cannot find a phone number to speak to somebody live and regards to this location which is the McDonald's on Beechmont Avenue ZIP code 45255

For the past 15 years ive maybe had 3 ice cream cones from that location so why dont yall take it off the menu if the machine never works but in my mind there just to dam lazy to make ice cream but either way i would really take it off the menu because either way your not goin to be served a ice cream anything and i know my complaints are really a waste of my time because ive complained before several times and nothing has changed for the Douglas ga store its got so if i wa t mcdonalds i go to jax fla where they always have ice cream and sweet tea but i was goin to try to complain one more time this will be the last time and if they dont start having ice cream the next time me and my employees visit that location be the last time we ever go back there !! Have a nice day im sure this want be read anyway

I did not get what I ordered and when I tried to call the store they ignored me and did not ans my call for next 14 times that tried. What a way to start your day. Right!!

I remember 1961 when the first McDonald's appeared in our area. One of the ladies in our apartment building went there for lunch with the mission of reporting back to the rest of us about the strange new place.
Her verdict ? "That was the worst lunch I ever had." Some things never change.
