Handing out old dried up burgers cold wilting fries. Last 2 trips here were complete disaster. Wasted over 30.00 of my hard earned money and ended up throwing away both those last meals.

The quality of your food has gone straight down hill, that and the way your employees hand out old burgers and fries instead of disposing of that out of time product. Last 2 trips to McDonald's has been a complete disaster. I ended up throwing away both of my last 2 meals there. I have thrown away over 30.00 on those trips. I will now go to Burger King or Wendy's where I have never had a problem like this in my 60 years of life. You need to step your game up. Teach your employees under NO circumstances are they to hand out old dried up burgers and things.

I went to Two different McDonalds in Augusta Ga and both did the same thing. I first went to the one at Deans Bridge Rd and Barton Chapel in Augusta Ga.

I was the only person in the drive thru and store. That had no customers and i sat in the drive for at least 4 mins before i decided to pull around. No one was ready to take my order and definitely and sour attitude. I even asked to speak with the manager and her attitude was not any better.

Later that night I took a friend to the McDonalds at Dean's Bridge and Gordon Hwy. And she had the same issue that I had no one answered the drive thru. Then we drove around and ordered at the window. We could hear them in there having a ball , playing around.

So i asked to speak to the manager and there wasn't one available. But one of the employees came and address us she was very rude. She said she wasn't gong to answer the beep in the drive thru cause they need to clean up. I told her that it is policy to answer within the first five seconds.

She explained that she was over thirty and have been working for McDonalds for years and she still wasn't going to answer. She said the order would be fresh and nothing was Freshly cooked. The order came back incorrect. And when we sent it back all the items didnt come back.

Then we had to wait for it to be cooked. I truly cant say this is Fast-food.

Tell him several times at turn around or they get out and go on McDonald's because I keep adding salt to my fries the salt be in there when they shake it and they never have a separate part where they put the fries in what don't have no salt in it I have high blood pressure when you tell him no pickles no onions they don't care they just put whatever on there

I had drive through window got breakfast with coffee. Once I finished my coffee went back in. One of the service member refused me refill and asked me are you dining in? If you are not dinning in we are not allowing for you to refill coffee!! Its so wrong!! No one asks are you dining in supposed to get free refill!! She totally discriminated my right!

Poor service and food and managers

Ordered a lot of food more than half of it was made incorrectly the person taking the money at the drive-thru pocketed $5 whenever you call the phone it's busy cuz the phone is off the hook or they do not answer or you have to call four or five times before they do. The manager is extremely unprofessional and rude acts like it's my fault because she doesn't have staff properly told us to write her name on the receipt and bring it back and she'll replace the whole order today when we tried to she said no way was rude to my boyfriend who had to receipt in hand with my handwriting notes her name on it and also had a code for the buy one get one free that he was not able to use cannot find a phone number to speak to somebody live and regards to this location which is the McDonald's on Beechmont Avenue ZIP code 45255

Is your complaint regarding one of your managers located in Levittown Pennsylvania?

I was told Id get a call back regarding the outcome. Nothing yet. Also, after speaking to customer service, we realized food was missing and I had to drive back to the location and get it.

Say system shut down and they can't take orders

Conveniently say their service has shut down approximately an hour before closing. Think this is just your way to clean up and get out of there. They are usually cutting up laughing and it takes forever to get your order.

For the past 15 years ive maybe had 3 ice cream cones from that location so why dont yall take it off the menu if the machine never works but in my mind there just to dam lazy to make ice cream but either way i would really take it off the menu because either way your not goin to be served a ice cream anything and i know my complaints are really a waste of my time because ive complained before several times and nothing has changed for the Douglas ga store its got so if i wa t mcdonalds i go to jax fla where they always have ice cream and sweet tea but i was goin to try to complain one more time this will be the last time and if they dont start having ice cream the next time me and my employees visit that location be the last time we ever go back there !! Have a nice day im sure this want be read anyway

I remember 1961 when the first McDonald's appeared in our area. One of the ladies in our apartment building went there for lunch with the mission of reporting back to the rest of us about the strange new place.

Her verdict ? "That was the worst lunch I ever had." Some things never change.

Make a complaint

I believe the address is 5127 McCarran, Reno, Nevada and this particular McDonalds every time I go to it never has shakes ice cream and they will not let you eat in the lobby. They close it off, I got an order wrong where I had to wait outside for them to bring it to me and I didnt even get my food I had left because I was in such a late process. And I try to go inside and of course its a lot every time.

I did not get what I ordered and when I tried to call the store they ignored me and did not ans my call for next 14 times that tried. What a way to start your day. Right!!

I ordered 2 coffee with 4 spends and 4 creamer . But received only black coffee. I did not check before I left and only realized after I was on the highway. I tried to call and let them know. The lady answered and as I was explaining she hang up and did not answer my call for next 14 times that I tried. Then I called the corporate. I know nothing will happen to that person. But I dont think she should work in and customer service positions . Not very pleasant, not helping and satisfactory at all.
