I bought 5 Breakfast and when requested Hotsauce she brought 2 packets. I requested for more but she said that is all I get with my order. I said I just bought 5 breakfast and this two packets are not enough. She said if you want more you have to pay for what I said I already paid 5 Breakfast! I ask for manager and she said with a sarcastic smile Im the manager. i ask for customer service number and she refused to provide the number.

Every time I ordered food for the last several times the food has been absolutely nasty and I've asked for ice cream several different times at night and their ice cream machine is conveniently always down they can't help it they said that it goes into heat mode and they have no idea why this has been going on for months actually more than that every single time I go it's down also if you want to pie they have none ever we can cook some more but it'll be 12 minutes I mean it's getting to the point where no one even wants to go there anymore someone needs a resolve this problem ASAP the customer service sucks there and if the ice cream machine is not going to work then let's do something about it such as fix it or order a new one

McDonalds - Complaint
First there were 3 cars that arrived after me in the other lane and they took their order first then my food was thrown together it was to much mayo on the burgers and my plain burger keep getting fixed incorrectly and my fries were extra soggy soaked in grease.

Super poor service. Not able to give me a receipt.

The employees didn't want to address correcting my order. Stated that they are on a timer. Didn't print a receipt for me and didn't produce one. My credit card was charged without me knowing a total or receipt. I am calling credit card company to check charges. Please contact me for full details.

Manager was rude and aggressive. They lock the doors before close and let friends hang out in the lobby and have to wait 20 minutes for food. Used foul language towards me. Tossing product around. Having more fun then working, have music on so loud they cant hear the drive through.
