You have poor management, terrible customer service. The night shift manager lied about his name and also lied and said he was franchise and the man we need to complain to is named Jose, I later found out that they are corporate.
Also every tome I come thru the drive thru I literally wait 20 to 30 minutes, by the time I get to the window my food is either cold or I receive the wrong order and its only when Ted the night shift manager is working.
I'm fed up flat out. Im to the point where I want to boycott that McDonald's its just disappointing.
