I had to deal with your cashier manager Sidel which is the name on the receipt. Restaurant number 3425 time of the order 3:26 AM order 55.
My complaint is the cashier explained to me that the ice cream machine was not working so she refunded me but I asked her to add two cokes for some reason or another that extremely bothered her! She charged me for three large fries two big Macs one sweet tea one Diet Coke and one medium Coke and I only received two drinks! At this moment she was very frustrated for I dont know what reason! She denied me my third drink and I had to wait in line and hold the line for 20 minutes for her to give me my third drink which she did not ever give me!
She also made the rest of her staff believe that she gave me a third drink and they would also not give me my third drink, there is no way in *** that I would wait 20 minutes in line if I didnt think there was a reason for it! This staff member has a horrible attitude and makes your company look very bad!! The fact that she made myself and other customers wait in line for 20 minutes for $1.69 drink is besides me!
If you do not contact me about this issue I will definitely be calling back you will hear for me again! I had other customers yelling and cursing at me because I was holding up the line because she wouldnt give me my third drink!

The fact that the company of McDonalds could give 2 sh!ts about their customers makes me not want to buy from them ever again, and I encourage my peers NOT to go to McDonalds for this exact reason
I'm sure everyone likes to be greeted when you walk into a place that is supposed to make you smile and the employee starts the greeting with "what do you want?" instead of "hi, how can I help you?" I understand that working in a kitchen is stressful. I've been there and done that, HOWEVER that's no excuse to hand me food that has been wiped with some retards' *** If you continue to treat your customers this way, it will have its drawbacks. To my understanding, this message may be looked over and not read fully. Please know that I love McDonald's!
(Just not this one) they never have icecream either it seems, even under full hours of the day, and the Stanwood Washington location employees act like they're "too cool" to give a fuq about quality control. The last burger we ate tasted better coming up then it did on the way down.

I ordered a value meal here at the McDonald's in Cheyenne Wyoming next to the flying j interstate 25 the lady gave me the value meal and I went to get some ketchup and there was no ketchup available or so at my recommendation is if you come to the store and do it at a different timeleast I said you gave me a value meal but no ketchup and she goes she says to me get the *** out of my store you're banned from the store she was very rude and this is the McDonald's again Cheyenne Wyoming flying j the time is 8:00 local I don't know I didn't get her name though I said I just wanted some ketchup because I don't like your get the *** out of my store she says

SEverything applies to drive thru and ordering inside. If its not finding that they have your order wrong, the frappe machine being broken for 3 weeks, not hot french fries or good tasting fries, to stale buns, sloppily put together burgers/chicken, waiting 15 minutes for a hamburger and fries in the pickup area that they ask you to pull into and finally getting pissed and going in to get a refund, to having the lady handing my bag of food out the window and she doesnt pay attention to whether or not I have the bag securely and it drops onto the drive thru pavement and being told shes sorry and will have another order sent out, then they send someone out to get your receipt and ask for the bag I picked up off the ground back (which I said you have to be kidding me and I told him to tell the person on the inside I threw it to the birds as I wasnt giving it back), when they bring the new food out and I get home both chicken sandwiches were completed wrong and they had my receipt so I could not go back! This is the McDonalds on Back River Neck Road 21221 just while I had this happen two other vehicles had people go back inside because their orders were not correct.

Because I was waiting for almost 30 mnts and rideshare order and the workers no take the order and they was inside of the building talking standing but they don’t wanna toke any order!! Is so bad

Pat yourself on the back ; at least you checked the food before consuming. The fool posting above yours did not and had a problem.
One thing I've found effective has been to boycott McDonald's for decades. I remember clearly 1961 ; one of the ladies in our apartment complex tried out the new McDonald's, first one in town.
As we all waited in suspense, she returned announcing "that was the worst lunch I've ever had". Seems there's been little if any improvement since...
Oh yeah the boycotts have clearly helped lol
