Winnebago McDonalds service horrible

SERVICE AT THE MCDONALD'S IN WINNEBAGO IL HAS BECOME ATROCIOUS. FINALLY LEFT WITHOUT ORDER AFTER 15 MIN WAIT FOR ONE COFFEE. STAFF IS RUDE AND ILL-TRAINED. IT'S TOO BAD. THEY HAVE A HIGH TRAFFIC LOCATION AND THE CORPORATION HAS SPENT A TON OF MONEY REMODELING THE STORE BUT THE CURRENT MANAGEMENT APPARENTLY IS INCOMPETENT OR JUST DOESN'T CARE. IF THEY DO NOT MAKE IMPROVEMENTS SOON THEY WILL LOSE ALL LOCAL BUSINESS. THERE ARE OTHER BETTER CHOICES NEARBY. TO MAKE A COMPLAINT ON THE CORPORATE WEBSITE REQUIRES GIVING THEM A LOT OF PERSONAL DATA WHICH WE DO NOT CHOOSE TO DO.

30 minute drive thru???? | McDonalds review from Miami, Florida

Today I thought it would be easy to run through the drive thru at store 9501 in Doral, FL. While we waited, and waited, for approximately 35 minutes, I realized that the boy at the window was laughing and joking with 2 girls in their car in front of me who paid with change for their entire meal. As we approached the window, I immediately requested fresh food (to which the manager rolled her eyes) and asked for some sauce as well. The boy told me to pull up and park and it will be right out. After waiting 5 more minutes, the boy comes out and gives us our food, and rushes back. With no sauce. I got out of my car and went inside (which I should have done in the first place), only to discover that no one was available at the front counter. I cannot believe the 10 years olds you people hire and will never return again. A drive thru is supposed to be the fast and convenient way of getting some food, not the opposite.

Oh god, nobody cares what u did where u worked shat u saw. If anyone needs ro know facts its YOU.

YOU werent there. They were, and presented the problem they had. Obviously you would naturally defend other fast food workers seeing as how u worked at one in your fifties? I mean...

thats why u graduate high school.

People that work fast food should have to bust their *** and move fast just as punishment for not *** doing something with their lives. At your age that is, not the teenagers.

When you refer to employees as being 10 years old, you are being rude and nasty. The majority of the teenagers that are working are responsible young people.

You have no way of knowing how busy they had been before you arrived. A bus full of people could have just left. As far as the young man laughing and talking with girls at the front of the line goes, it might not have been what it looked like. They might have been laughing because the girls were paying with change.

In order for you to have had to wait for 35 minutes, there must have been enough other cars in front of you that you couldn't actually see what was going on with the front car. As far as that goes I used to work in a fast food place and during the lunch rush hour I worked the back window where the customers paid for their order. One day a guy in his 30s, driving a nice red Jaguar, realized he had left his wallet and checkbook in his other car, and ended up digging in all the nooks, crannies, and pockets that were here and there in his car and found enough small change to pay for his meal. After he left, we all stood and laughed about that for a few minutes, and I was in my 50s.

Another time I was having a soda in a family style restaurant and a woman at a nearby table decided to leave and ended up digging in her purse to pay for her meal. She didn't have one bill of any size, it was all small change, including pennies. That more or less proved what I had been hearing that she was seeing a married man, and before the lady left the man's wife came in and saw the other lady sitting rubbing elbows with him, so the man's wife walked up to the table and calmly told the woman that she wanted to sit next to her husband. So the lately moved down another spot, and sat there a few minutes and then started digging change out of her purse to pay for the meal.

You can be as judgmental as you want, but unless you know all the facts, don't rush to judgement.

Mcdonalds Manager

Bill Davis | McDonalds review from Charlotte, North Carolina

I have not been to this Mcdonalds in a few years, now I remember why I don't go there. Takes at least 10 min. to go through the drive thru even if there is only 2 car before you. And their drive thru has a curb and planted area so you can't get out of line. The breakfast sandwich was as dry as a rock, thru it away, never again. Oh and the drive thru has a curb and planted area so you can't get out of line! I have contacted the Engineering dept for Charlotte Nc and asked that they look into any new one's under review and requite that they leave space so if the service is slow or bad you can get out of line and go somewhere else.

Sanutation is mc d | McDonalds review

3. In 2007, the employees of an Orlando-area McDonald’s were caught on camera pouring milk into the milkshake machine out of a bucket labeled “Soiled Towels Only.” That particular restaurant had already been cited for 12 different sanitary violations. Though McDonald’s proudly stands by its safety standards, and not every restaurant has such notorious incidents, the setting of a fast food restaurant staffed with low-paid employees at a high turnover rate arguably encourages bending the rules. (McDonald’s isn’t alone in this, of course – Burger King is actually ranked as the dirtiest of all the fast food chains.)

Today, mid-afternoon, I went to the local(Van Wert, Ohio south store). I ordered 1 grilled chicken-bacon wrap and 1 crispy chicken-bacon wrap. The monitor at the drive-thru was not working for me to review the order and I could not understand the operator. When I got...

Shame, shame, shame on you, if you spend the last of you money for the month on fast food, instead of gas for your car. If you aren't any smarter than that, you shouldn't be able to drive.

You have no money left for the last four weeks of the month. I have worked in fast food, and have never seen a monitor at the drive thru that was able to be seen by the customer. The only monitor that anybody should be able to see, is the one that tells the people preparing the food what to prepare and the customer would have no way of knowing if it is their food or not.

Next time you order take out, check the order before you leave the site.

I wonder how many of those "immigrants" were in this country legally? This whole invasion is an effort by these people to wipe out the white race. Obama refers to them as "undocumented Democrats."
