Complaint.on manager

I come in about 4x a week for a cup of coffee or a small snack during my study time As I am studying for the bar exam. Today I was asked to leave without incident by Lydia (who is a manager) she was very aggressive in her request, and was very much in violation of my 14th ammendment and constitutionally protected right to do what she described as "loitering" For innocent purposes.

I have never at any other time been made to feel unwelcomed by the staff here and today, in a community pillar where I have spent 28 years of my life and have frequented since i was a young man was made to feel as if in my hometown that I could not count on the support of my community in pursuit of my dreams and aspirations while and when I have been at one of the most difficult times in my life and during one of the most important and necessary times to have it. I appreciate any consideration on this matter and would just ask that she be asked to be a little bit more friendly in the future and tolerant.

The store has a very pleasant atmosphere in a time when I really needed it... and I was almost crushed under the weight of her request for me to leave having done nothing to disturb anyone.

We went thru the drive thru. And ordered: 20 piece nuggets, 2 double quarter pounders, and a large fry. We were told to pull up and wait for our order to be done so we did. 20 mins later my husband went inside and they said they hadnt started our order. When we went home and opened our food, the 20 piece was a 15 piece instead. My double quarter pounder was raw in the middle. I did take pictures.

Manager would not give his name. He was very rude He told me why I could order. And cussed at me. When I asked him for his name. But also saying his name was Ronald McDonald. He needs to be fired.

Rude and nasty

I came through drive-through asked for french fries. They was not fresh, came in as a worker to change out my fries. I had my hand out instead of her handed them to me she threw them in my bag, then got to see it because I asked for a manager name, but the manager was supposed to be on break and no one has yet to call me back or really pick up the phone

Well the manager was very rude basically told me to shut up and that she would be right out with me service took more than 30 minutes and still didn't get service so end up walking out and then another time before that I was in drive-thru at night and waited an hour and a half to get my food after I done paid for it online at the South bend Indiana restaurant on 5021 W Western Ave, South Bend, IN 46619 all I have to say is I will never ever go back to that McDonald's again

Hello My name Is Mr Pillot, Clergy with Fort Worth PD, Mentor Department of Criminal Justice, Pastor and Chaplain. At 3:15 am using the drive through, I can't speak loud because I have cancerous tumors in my lungs, so I can't speak loud and was screamed at, "Speak up" and told that she did not have time for me, She was very loud and disrespectful. I Drove off will never visit MC Donald's again, this behavior is very unnecessary

Night service are.good the problem is never has ice cream and Shake. Because the equipment not work properly. I asked to the manager what is the problem..! The owner never kept attention to the problem..this was happening berry often.

AWFUL SERVICE GIVEN BY MANAGER

First off the store is in STOCKBRIDGE GA HWY 675 and 138. Wanted to simply change my ice tea to a sprite once I got to window to pay for order I was told a manger would have to cancel order.

Manager came and begin to void the order out the window was closed so I was waving at him trying to stop him thinking maybe he can just tell the drink maker and avoid canceling the orde I thought I was being helpful,meanwhile in MY CAR my kids were laughing in conversation with each other the manger opened the window looked at me and said what the *** is wrong with your peoples I looked at him and asked what was wrong with him I was applaudas he continued with the F Bombs refused to give me his name didnt have on a name tag kept asking why the *** I wanted his name and why did it matter i told him because he was rude and I was calling corporate he still refused to give me his name instead kept cussing i didnt give him my card nor received food from this place I went to the second window and asked the young ladies what his name was and everyone said the were new and didnt know his name YEAH RIGHT HARD TO BELIEVE. I felt very harassed thinking about filing harassment charges this guy SOES NOT NEED TO BE THE FACE OF MCDONALDS YALL HAVE REALLY LIST A CUSTOMER
