McDonalds review in Endicott, New York: Wait and food

My husband and I went to the Mcdonalds 603-605 main street endicott ny store number 4860 I had to work at 1045 we went about 945 thinking that it would be fast and good food. I was so wrong. I order a quarter pounder with cheese ketchup only. I ordered the meal my husband ordered the mushroom burger the meat was old the burgers were cold, maybe because they were up before the fries and sat there for 5 to 7 minutes. My burger had no cheese. The burger was hard and cold, I was pressed for time so I could not complain. I was not happy at all. It was very ridiculous. If you are going to be open 24 hours shouldnt the quality of food be the same every time? I go in the afternoon before work about 2pm and have no problems. Sounds to me anonymous like you have drunk some McDonald's Kool-Aid. By defiant, I meant I was going to order on my own time, not the manager's.

But when the sheriff was called, I certainly wasn't going to order at all. I've been to many McDonald's and not had any sort of treatment such as this.

I'll eat or drink when I want to, not when a McDonald's employee tells me I need to. Thanks for your inane comment.

Do not spend your hard earned money on this garbage. The Steakhouse Classic shouldn't even qualify as a hamburger. McDonalds should be ashamed of this overpriced product. Never again will I eat at McDonalds. They continue to charge more money while giving you less and less. On top of that, they will not admit to the low quality of their product and provide a refund when asked. Here's the deal: It was late and I needed something to eat before I took care of some work I had to do. I hadn't eaten dinner, so I needed something satisfying. I ordered the Steakhouse Classic through the drive through, but realized the eating area was still open. Instead of eating in my car I decided to pull around park and go eat inside. I sat down ate some fries, and realized they were pretty bland and not fresh. I switched to the burger so it would still be warm when I ate it. I looked at the burger and noticed the "burger" patties were extremely thin. I was hungry and decided to give it a chance. One bit...hmm, can't really taste the burger. Second ***, I can see bacon, but haven't gotten to it yet. Third ***, I realize that I can barely taste the actual meat. The "burger" tastes like sauce, warm vegetables and bread. Disgusting. Also, I knew it wouldn't fill me up and would probably make me feel gassy and gross. I stopped right there and decided that this trash was not worth the 7 Euro I had just paid. I immediately bagged up what was left and stood in line to ask for a refund. The manager looked at the receipt and said it had been 20 minutes since I purchased the burger. So, it's not her fault that it's cold. Which was not my complaint. My complaint was that the burger was simply not enough to eat. I told her, the patties are paper thin - it doesn't even qualify as a burger. I asked for her district manager or regional manager's number, because I would be getting my refund one way or another. She seemed unconcerned. I was pissed. I was hungry and had just lost 7 Euros that I could have used to buy real food. No, she is not holding my money for this garbage. As I walked out upset, I realized I had another option. I decided to go through the drive through and ask again. When I pulled through she still refused to provide a refund. She wanted to give me another one of these sad excuses for a burger. The other agent working the line asked me to pull forward. I said no, because I knew they would just refuse my refund again. I sat in my car holding up the line until the customer behind me complained. Sorry whoever you are. But it worked. It took 15 minutes of my time, but they finally gave me my money back so I could go by something that would actually fill me up. I can't believe how bad McDonalds has gotten. I understand that fastfood isn't expected to be a gourmet meal. But what they are selling should be classified as thievery. There couldn't have been any more than 5oz. of meat, which probably cost them less than $.25. And they expect 7Euro of my hard earned money for this garbage, then want to give me a hard time when I ask for a refund. Never again McDonalds. You have lost a customer for life because of shoddy service and a terrible product.

I'm always amazed at the number of people that complain about businesses, basically implying that they are experts, because they are or have been in "customer service" or "managers". What was rude about her saying "wait a minute." Why would you start out saying "hello?" How long did it take for this woman to pay attention to you, and why would you drive ahead to the window before placing your order?

Fast food places are't professional places and actually they don't have a customer service person. It sounds like you went there with a bad attitude to begin with and were basically looking for trouble.

DONATO'S HAS ALSO SHRUNKEN THEIR SUBS, I HAVE PICS AND MEASUREMENTS...SO GLAD THEY STILL TASTE GOOD BUT THE PRICE KEEPS GOING UP WHILE THE FOOD BECOMES LESS AN LESS

McDonalds review in Overland Park, Kansas: Poor Employee attitude

I was waiting in the drive thru and they decided to make me wait while taking somebody from the other lane. I was getting mad because I was waiting before he even pulled up. After I got to the window both drive thru employees were very rude not one word was said to me all I got was nasty looks. I work in customer service and know for a fact that is not the way to treat a customer. I called but, nobody answered the phone. I would think that if you are hire people they should not be rude ti anybody.
