I have never in my life seen people so rude And how you mess up an order idk. It is that there are so many people who are under 21 they must be trained to know most of the customers are old enough to be their parents.

Wrong order

Did drive thru and ordered a chicken nugget meal and a #2B meal no cheese with two sprites. we got the two sprites and a bag. Got home and had a mcchicken and a cheeseburger in my bag. I threw both out as we cant eat cheese. Cashier at the window was rude. Unless I get a total refund and a gift card I will never be back.

Amanager is altering times for breaks and hours worked. Also 1 break on a 12 to 14 hour shift deplorable. Making a staff member go 8 hours without a single break in there

This is the. McDonalds on Thompson with a really fast turn over like 4 just quit. Do you blame them based on what I said. Well that means the nubie is on the grill burning orders right and left. Derrick (I'm not sure of the spelling) and customer complaints or even swearing off eating at this McDonald's if it's not right then demand they fix it. You purchased a service they advertised and was given something else .

The location I went to was horrible customer service

I went to the Hartford CT location 100 Weston St the manger is rude and disrespectful to not only hee staff but to customers yelling at the staff telling them there stupid and slow is completely unprofessional behavior I didn't even take my food after a 27 min wati I lefted with no food and very disappointed and sad that the staff has to deal with such a hot headed manger who clearly doesn't know how to run a store I have never seen this and I've been coming here for yrs but ever since this manager took over I will not be returning at all

I sent an email explaining that my mobile app is not showing the use of restaurant under the deals. The only thing I can do is send in a mobile order. Disappointed customer please assist in fixing the issues.

i went to mcdonalds to get breakfast like i do every morning and an employee said breakfast is over and i couldnt get any. i told them i was confused i always get breakfast and they said they only had mcmuffins left over and they werent gonna make anything else i felt very bothered and confused i went to burger king instead

Rude and never gave me all I purchased

My experience was horrible from the beginning !!with the girl being so rude !and then my order was not all given to me and they kept going back and fourth trying to fix it. I was so frustrated and also felt bad for a girl they had started make run back n fourth inside to outside with myself and all the other cars waiting, The girl looked like she was so stressed out and no one was helping her with anything she had myself that my order was wrong and 2 other cars and 1 car was just honking cause they were so mad.

By the time we got home I still had no big Mack and French fries so I paid 39$ for my family to eat some cold food and my husband didnt even have his meal so we had to cut our burgers in half !!!

When I went back the doors we locked in mid day and no one answer the phone I will never go there again inflation is hard so for a family of 5 to spend 40$ on a meal we r glad but to have it given like trash I feel so against McDonalds right now !!! And they kept my receipts and they gave me a flat soda !!!

They obviously messed up your order due to your poor English. They cannot give you your correct order if they cannot understand you.

I am sure they were just as frustrated with you. Next time take someone there with you who can speak English so that it avoids you and the GROWN WOMAN being frustrated. I hope that they were mad at YOU for taking so long. If you want a full refund RETURN the food.

But since you ate what they gave you, you should pay for that.

You don't get free food. You should pay for what you ate.
