You said you worked in fast food and knew (not new) your customers by name. We have many we know by name, but you went to 6 different stores, so not going to know you by name.

You all say they don't care when there's a problem, but they usually always do. Person at window doesn't make your food. Person on grill makes thousands w/pickle then yours comes so he made a mistake.

They fix your whiny complaint and include a pie or extra fry and you b-itch about it. What do you want?

McDonalds in New York, New York - Need cleaning very bad

A McDonald employee was clean the table and throw everything on the table down to the floor. Then employee mop the floor with a dirty bucket and pick up the things on the floor and put it on the table. That was gross. Then my mother complaint to the manager and he pick the thinks of the table but he never wipe it. And nothing was clean and it gross to come to McDonald and eat while there trying to clean. I will never go to that McDonalds again. This McDonald is located in Monaca,pa . Customer service is the worse.

Sometimes they run out of dimes or something, or close drawer and can't open until next customer. No big deal, ran it up to you, and would never have said anything unless you were running your mouth about your change.

You can tell by what you say she said. Or they asked to pull up & you wouldn't.

Most have automatic beverage dispenser so computer poured your drink when you ordered it. First thing checked is your drink before you leave.

Fast food is to be eaten in the car, on the run, as soon as you get it. If you cooked food on your stove, put it paper and drove it to your friends house, would it be hot?

Nope, cold. So if you take it home, heat it up. Sorry about the crispy. Eat it anyway.

McDonalds in Millville, New Jersey - Messed up my food twice in tulsa on gilcrease

my name is tania staton im a single black female im 34 years of age on nov.20 2012 i went to mcdonalds on 4125 s.mmorial dr. in greenville nc to fill out an application.when i went in there the store manager name karen was talking with a white male and his mothe. She also handed him a hiring package told him to take it home and bring it back the next day.Once she was finish talking with them i ask her where they hiring she told me no and that she dont have hours to give try coming back some other time and she did not even ask me to fill out an application she left me standing there and went back to her office i feel that was wrong she told the white male to bring back his package but toldme she not hiring.She was dishonest and very unprofessional poor customer service. What you saw the manager handing the young man was a training packet. We get them shortly after we're hired.

I don't agree with the way she treated you when you asked about if they were hiring though. Everyone gets a chance to work there, white or black, male or female.

If you still feel like you got the short end of the stick, call up the owner of the restraunt and explained what happend. They might be able to do something for you.

Did it ever occur to you that the male had already been hired and that the hiring packet was the final paper work? I have never heard of a fast food place that gives a person more than just the application form.

Actually after a person is hired they receive packet of rules and regulations that they have to read and usually there is a form to fill out stating that they have read and understand it, that has to be signed. i get really tired of hearing people cry "racism."
