McDonalds review in Agoura Hills, California: Mc Donald on Las Virgenes rd in Calabasas

This Mc DOnald needs to be closed down, They have made so many mistakes on my orders and in couple of occasions I had to pull over on the side after picking up my order on drive through lane and go inside the place. After ordering your food on drive through, when you drive up to pay, they ask you again what did you order? and give you a different order. I have complaint to the manager inside the store also and he did not do anything about it, his words to me were: I'm sorry, I will give you free french fries! that was his protectiveness, he could care less about his stores employee's mistakes! the employees are also from the same ethnicity so the manager seems to back them all up. These people should not be employed. They do not deserve paychecks, they are so rude and useless! especially the guy that hands you the order at the end, he spilled to coffee on my car once and just closed his window. Really *** people! and smart as a door ***

If you go to any drive-thru on a regular basis, you will encounter a mistake or two. It is the nature of FAST food.

Anything prepared & served in 90 seconds or less may suffer in accuracy. It has nothing to do with ethnicity, that is ignorant on your part. A quick meal, a drink, that is easy to check. If you have a large order, go inside.

That helps with accuracy and makes more sense than holding up the drive-thru for those with quick drink orders, etc. People whine all day, that's why it's hard for them to appear to care after awhile

I used to be a manager at this location and to tell you the truth it does no justice to how it could be ran. It is a disgrace for a corporate store and has overt racism screaming from the rooftops. I love the company, but this location needs McDonalds internal affairs- SERIOUSLY!!!!!

McDonalds review in Norwalk, Connecticut: You should be Ashame of yourselfs

I went today to McDonald's on Westport Avenue, in Norwalk CT. I ordered 2 new Grilled Onion Cheddar Burgers that I seen in a commercial. I brought them back to my office to eat them, I took the wrapper off the burger to find 3 strands of so call Grilled onions, Dry as a piece of used leather. Very disappointed with Mc donalds. I will never eat their again. How could you even try to sell a New Burger like this, when it's not edible to the consumer. I even going to the BBB and show them the pictures that I had taken with my I-phone and what junk is being feed to the consumer.

Yep, give them a chance to make it right. The same as you would want someone to do if you messed up at your job.

These are new burgers as you said and possibly the employee didn't get the right measurement. You act like you spent $20 on steak instead of $2. Wow once I got spoiled milk at my grocery store. Maybe the seal was loose.

I went back and exchanged it. I didn't freak out. "Aaarghh.

I will never buy milk again! Alas!"

You should have saved the burgers and taken them back to McDonalds after work and asked for the manager instead of posting here. You didnt give McDonalds a chance to make things right.

The BBB won't do anything about that. A sandwich that you consider bad, isn't what they concern themselves with.

McDonalds review - Cheat and not respectful to senior customer
I was over charged for $0.50 for a cheese that I didn't order in my breakfast sandwich. I later on found out they were charging my cup of water for pills and they used cheese to bill their customer. (I was told by friend this airport McDonald's had been...

I thought this was a joke at first, but you're actually being serious? What a cheap ***.

Want to save some cheddar?

Don't eat at McDs. It will save you $6+ a day and many $Ks in medical bills.

McDonalds review in Cleveland, Ohio: Worker came from break and called me a ***

I had ordered some fries and a Worker came up to front and called me a *** while on the clock in uniform. I never said a word. It is on camera. I didn't cause any problems while ordering. Another employee told her I was talking about her. I have witnesses and I used to work in the restaurant and I trained her. I know you are not allowed to swear at work. Then the security tried to mase me. I tried to defend myself from her but the manager held her back. I never approached her or anyone.

Mcdonalds customer discrimination

On 1/3/13 around 8pm the mcdonalds in frackville, PA, refused to take a senior citizen's order for over a half hour. The cashier kept having everyone else cut in front of me ontil I was the only one left. Then she finally took my order giving me dirty looks even though I didn't complain about waiting. Another 15 minutes passed before I got my meal. They had a full staff at the time there was no reason for this. She was just a young *** with no respect. I'm a old ailing man this was horrible.

I absolutely cannot believe you would wait for half a hour, nor would anyone care about your age - a customer is a customer. Unless you stood back and acted like you weren't ready to order.

other customers would have asked if you had been waited on & put you ahead of them, they always do. No one cuts ahead without checking with the other customers standing there.

They have camera systems, go there and they will pull the video. It only felt like a long time.

Veteran Refused entrance to McDonalds

I am a Vietnam disabled verteran, on oxygen 24 hrs a day.I was shopping at a local Walmart in Cincinnati, with a McDonalds located inside Walmart. I paid for my purchases & started into McDonalds to get a coffee to go. I had my grocery cart & my oxygen tank in the cart. When I started to enter McDonalds, which had NO customers, two employes yelled at me & told me that I was not allowed in with my cart, I tried to explain that I only wanted a coffee to go & was refused. I was told that I was not allowed in with my cart. What a great way to treat your EX customer at Christmas time. There is such a thing as American Disability Act & I am going to see if they enforce their rules. McDonalds sent me a letter apologizing for the bad service. There was no service, was not allowed in.To the two employes that was working that day, hope some day when you are old that you are treated the same way.

I have to agree with funny man. And I feel bad for your disability, my mother was a smoker and on oxygen.

But ADA does not apply to shopping carts. I would guess with all of your health problems, you probably should not be driving.

Have someone drive you around, and they could get your coffee. You need a girlfriend :)

I'm not trying to be a *** but it's not an age thing it's a safety hazard. The store can be empty or full doesn't matter.

They have to enforce that rule because if OSHA is there and sees this they get the fine not you. Thanks for what you did for our country but that card is getting played out.

Rules are rules. You should know better.

I didn't understand some of that, but here in the states it is up to franchise whether it makes sense economically to be open all night to sell $1 items. At some point, the system has to shut down to tally up the sales so McD corporation, banks, credit card companies, etc can figure up what they get.

It takes about 20 minutes. All electronic. 3:00am is prob slowest time. They explained it to you so you had a choice to wait or leave.

Might as well break employees at that time than any other, right?
