Paid for an order on the mobile app and didn't get my order

I paid for an order on the mobile app and was told the store was closed and only doing DoorDash orders. So I asked for a refund and was told they couldn't do a refund and that I had to do it myself on the app. When I looked and tried to cancel the order and payment, it said I couldn't do it and to contact the place where I made the order. Which was where I was at, and they had previously told me they couldn't do a refund. So I'm out money. Also, they are way super slow, and the drive thru is always full and takes forever

False Advertising

I went to McDonald's on Febuary 20th and tried to purchase a Milkshake. The person who was working the drive thru said we don't have a working ice cream machine.

I then proceeded to tell the worker to tell the higher up to say "This is the secound McDonalds that I have been to and they both have not had a working ice cream machine". So the worker argues back saying the Milkshake is not on the Menu which it clearly was, but the story goes on. On April 21st we I decided to visit the same mcdonalds that had that rude employee. We go through the drive thru and see on the menu that the Milkshake was available.

I wait for the employee to take my order and what do I see? I see "Our Ice cream machine will not arrive till May or June". So I am puzzle on why they had the Milkshake and the Ice cream cone on the menu if they can't make it. False advertising at its finest.

Side note: How do you have a broken ice cream machine for over 2 months? Unbelievable.

Little boy, this is NOT false advertising. If the machine does not work what can they do?

They have the item on the menu because it is available in McDonald's. Your mom or dad should have explained this to you when you want with them through the drive-thru. They should also inform you that just because you did not get your way does not mean that you were treated rudely.

This is NOT false advertising. This is another thing mom or dad need to explain to you.

Yes there is a serious issue with this McDonalds. They are slow. Allow their manager to tell at Them in front of customers. Plus when you order a 4c which is a meal and they give you a small chicken sandwich. And then when you address the issue they called the cops. I didnt get a receipt to post

I just had a dead cooked fly in my fries

It's not the first time I've had issues with that McDonald's in Eldorodo springs Mo I've found hair in my food I've just gotten my money back but to find a fly cooked in my fries then the manager acted like it was no big deal

Paring my bill at the drive thru and asked for a receipt. I was told he did not know how to give me a receipt. I asked for my card and he could not find it also. I pulled to the side after picking up my order and called my bank.

No one ever followed up with me after I called McDonalds corporate about the McDonalds in south Lebanon. They are so slow and you never get the right thing. This McDonalds is awful. I will never go back. I will go to Wendys before going back there. Awful service. And even more mad that the managers didnt even bother to call me back after making a complaint and I asked for them to call me.

Ordered a double filet sandwich with NO CHEESE and med fries and a 10 pc chicken nuggets. It has cheese on it. The fries were cold as usual and the nuggets were tough and rubbery.

Why does every McDonald refuse to have ice cream or make shames

Grimace shake supposed to be good thru June. We went the third week in June and McDonalds in Gray Tn said not making anymore. Why do McDonalds not keep promotion during the time period?

The unsweetened tea container was actually sweet tea. When I mentioned it to the manager she just laughed and left it there anyhow because she said they had no regular tea. I told her I was a diabetic and can't drink sweet tea. She walked away from me.
