Codes not valid at McDonald's. Get msg code already used frequently. Can not redeem points. App worked until 2 weeks ago. Then just stopped working. McDonald's stores did not recognize codes.

The lady on the phone was very nice and polite... but what really happened??? I was blown off... I know she just gotta read a card but do you really think someone from the franchise owner really calls or trys to contact the complainant??? It was all a waste... I'm still waiting for the owner or anyone to contact me about my experience... this was just like trying to get lunch at McDonald's... a big waste of my time... thanx for nothing

I went to the markland mcdonalds in kokomo indiana on May 17th around 3am. It's suppose to be open 24/7. If they have to close for some reason then they put a sign on the speaker. We'll I pulled up and noticed about 6-8 people hanging out side smoking. I waited at the speaker for a long time and the workers were just hanging outside laughing. When I went to leave they said thanks for coming and was laughing at me and everyone that came. They were rude and very unprofessional

Your location is Massachusetts but the McDonald’s you’re whining about is in Indiana? Suspicious.

Get over it. 24 hour restaurants are a thing of the past ever since 2020.

Pissed customer

Yesterday used the deal for Buy 1 breakfast sandwich get second for $1. Ordered 2 sausage McMuffins.

Gave code for using rewards but was told at the window I owed 3+$$. I was then told that sausage McMuffins were already discounted and therefore could not be purchased as part of the deal. I asked them why they didnt tell me this before using rewards and was then told they only know the code but cannot see what the code was for?? I find this all very wrong and feel these employees did not know what they were talking about.

I left with no food and my account was charged for this deal and I did not get the reward. this was not used.

I had a bad experience at the drive through. I usually use a different location. I placed an app order and the girl told me I would have to come inside. I parked and got out to go in and the door was locked. Other people was walking away too. I went back to drive through and the girl was rude. I finally got my order at drive through and left.

Racist workers

Walked into 3460 GA124, Snellville, GA @ approximately 1630hrs. 2 or three workers in the front with two of their friends. All black. One of the juveniles deliberately walked into my left side. Never saying a word. I continued to the counter to place an order, turned around, and one of the male employees dispensed the sanitizing foam to where both hands were filled then dropped the foam onto the floor and said, "I dropped some." Thereby providing much implication. Racists. All of them.

Myself along with several different customers had complained about our order and the manager on duty would not resolve our issue. Instead she would tell us that we were in the wrong and other employees would try and resolve the issues. Overall bad service. What happened to the customer is right!!

The "customer is always right" is a slogan that a department store owner came up with sometime in the late 1800s. AND, the correct phrase is "The customer is always right in matters of taste".

What was meant by that was (for example), if a customer wanted a blue dress, the salesperson should not try to talk her into a yellow dress or a different style". The slogan does not apply to your big mac or chicken nuggets.

Been there 3 times in one week, messed up my order all 3 times. Each time I ordered food and a caramel frappe all 3 times the frappe was wrong, the last time they had me pull over in the parking lot to bring it out to me, they brought it out it was wrong, went back in to to get it right came out it was wrong, I went in this time they finally got it right.

Pissed off

App did not take my order and it charged my credit card. Spoke with manager who took no responsibility for the app.

Did not get any food. Customer is now late for work and still hungry. My credit card was charged and no refund was given. No food was given.

Bad reflection on your app, management, and the location in Winchester California on highway 79 go to a different location Call corporate office Call corporate office and boycott McDonald's. And now customer is upset that I can't even make a call to corporate.

Do not like your system of requiring an email and all this information pure waste of my time. You're the one getting paid to work and handle the issues, I'm the one wasting my time with this company.

Drive thru order was wrong. Which ruined my mea.They even told what i ordered which was correct but they got it wrong when the gave me the order. I told myself after i fot home i should've checked.

The thing is it wasn't busy at the time so I would've been more understanding why it could be wrong if it was.
