McDonalds' employees don't even ask you whether or not you want to upsize, they just do it here in the Aiken, SC McDonalds. I have had this happen quite a number of times in the last few months. Most people at the drive-thrus don't pay any attention but I...

Also if you cannot afford a milkshake just take the coke. No need for them to give you it for the same price.

They are not a food bank. Get a job so you can afford to treat yourself to a milkshake

Mcdonalds

I had a very disappointing experience at Mcdonalds. First of all I eat there often and their doors are shrinking because I could not fit through the doors anymore. I had to squeeze myself through. Then I ordered 20 big mac meals and only got 19. I was still hungry and ordered more. I told them that I wanted buy one get ten free. It is not that I am not willing to pay. Pocket somehow shrunk and my hand cannot fit in. Guess what they said no. Then when I tried to leave the restaurant I could not. They had to put butter around me just so that I could leave the restaurant. Next day I thought I would go to drive thru but just when I sat down on my seat my wheels of my bike busted. I phoned the restaurant and asked if they could deliver and they said NO. My husband will hear about this. He works at Mcdonalds home office as a janitor after being fired from Janitor at Walmart for jacking off in the ladies washroom.

McDonalds in Boise, Idaho - Ticked of customer

Durring my break a made a mad dash to your store located on between 45th street south and 19th avenue south in Fargo, ND, through the driveway to purchase a cup of coffee, upon pulling out I realized the coffee was room temperature cold. I returned to the store to inform them of the fact that they were serving cold coffee, and since I was in a hurry, I chose not to wait for a refund, but upon leaving the store I felt so infuriated by the nonchalant and casual manner the manager on duty dealt with the issue I immediately went back and demanded a refund only to be told by this guy that the registers were locked out to the amazement of the other customers. The registers were still in use! All this for $1.08? He even made sure he held on to me receipt! I didn't know whether to laugh or to cry. A couple of years ago I faced a similar problem at the same store where a lady, a manager probably, informed me she will have to make a new pot of coffee if she has to sell me some, I took the hint and never returned till this year. I thought they will be different but no. Coupled with a similar experiance seven years ago at another branch in Lakeville, Minnesota, close to the Motel 6, I have decided to stay away from Mcdonalds for a long time.

Mcdonalds

First off the ONLY reason why I continue to purchase food at any McDonald's is because my kids love their chicken nuggets. I have a lot of complaints all just bubbling to get out. first why why does mcdonald's even ask us if we want sauce with our chicken nuggets if we don't EVER get the sauce anyways!! I just don't understand why ask us over the speaker if they obviously can't remember to give it to us, they should ask us when we are being handed our order and why do we have to ask if we want ketchup? why can't they suggest it like every other fast food restaurant does. Next, what is so hard about getting our orders right? Idk if it's the two speaker drive thru that messing them up or what but at least half the time I go there I get something I did not order!!! It's so frustrating specially when you have picky eaters! Next, what upsets me the most is when my kids don't get their toy that's like the ONLY thing they look forward to when we go there and it upsets them so much when they don't get their toys!

McDonald's does not ask you if you want ketchup because it's a waste of money to just hand it out and people take a lot of freaking ketchup. It's fast food, why do people get so butt-hurt over it? If you want nice food, don't treat the employees like ***.

Why don't you buy your own sauce if they keep forgetting it?

What is so hard about saying "May I have ketchup with my order?" Are you THAT lazy? If they had to suggest everything, they would need to say "Would you like napkins?", "Would you like a straw?", "Would you like a wet wipe?" "Do you want some french cries?" "Would you like cheese on your whhaaaa-burger?" "Do you need me to hold your hand?", "Would you like someone to come out and wipe your A55?"

You sound like such a FR3AK1NG M0R0N! It's no wonder why your order gets screwed up. They can't take your order your way if you can't remember what you want.

And what does it say about your parenting if the only thing you kids have to look forward to in their lives is a cheap Happy Meal toy? GROW UP - YOU SOUND TOO YOUNG TO EVEN HAVE A HAPPY MEAL.

I went to McDonald's today, and was harrassed by an ignorant black man that worked there. He said,"Gib me a dolla." He was begging for money. I asked to speak to the manager. This big fat greasy looking black woman that looked like a baboon came out and said "Wut...

McDonalds in Longview, Texas - 4.33 for a coke

ordered at drivethru store at 408 E. Marshall, Longview, Texas at 6:06 on a Friday afternoon, May 4th. Ordered large coke, voice came back saying it will be $1.08 maam. Had to break $20. Man at window gave me a handful of change, I assumed it was the 18.92 change I was due. Got up to pickup window, the lady hands me four large drinks. I tell her no I only have a large coke. She takes that out of the four carrier and gives it to me. Later, I check my change to put it away and my receipt and find that I have paid 4.33 for someones 4 drinks. They get the orders mixed up, get them out of order according to when they are ordered. This is not first time. I will not be going to that McDonald's again.

I do not agree that a happy meal toy for my child should sing "I scream and shout so what I'm gonna do now is freak the freak out" this is from nickelodeons victorious. This is absolutely ridiculous and should not be accepted by McDonald's! Today's date is 4/27/12. I...

Sadly, Bob it costs much more than 2 bucks to be a bad parent at McDonalds. Apparently, they donate 1 cent...yes, you read that right!...ONE CENT from every Happy Meal they sell for their Ronald McDonald charity.

Talk about sad.I would dare say that it probably costs them more in admin. fees to process that penny per sale, which makes it even more sad.
