Complaints about Manager
I chose your restaurant this day I'm a mailman and we drive on the right side of the postal vehicle so I can't go through your drive through. I stood by the cash register the supervisor yell use the key OSS I told,
Mercedes I don't know how her smart remarks was look at the picture I told her all I need is the two for six deal she replied I don't know what to tell you she continues to serve the drive through.
I don't work for you guys my money is just as good as drive through you don't have the drive through keying there order in so I didn't appreciate the treatment from you employee so I took my business elsewhere. I didn't get to order your worker just didn't care.
Tech Support will not contact me so that I can use the app

i went to the 812 Winston Rd location in Lexington, NC for my interview for the Customer Service Team Leader position. i never got to have it due to rudeness of the staff there.
I told them what i was there for and they laughed with each other at me. i noticed store is not clean there was food on the floor in the prep station area. In my very short time in there i noticed as well as customers that the staff is unfriendly. I noticed as well there is no leadership guidance at all cause the Assistant manager on duty allowed all this and did nothing.
I overheard one staff member say that another staff member had been ringing customers up wrongly all day, yet still allowed this member to ring up orders in store and in drive through. Seeing all this made me see all i needed to. It is primarily more like a frat house than an actual business. Due to seeing and experiencing the rude and unprofessional behavior of all the staff there, my family will not go to this location at all for anything.
I believed this needed to be brought to your attention. It's sad because i was looking forward to having an interview for the position I applied for.

Hello my complaint, well I ordered a cheeseburger meal and I wanted a second cheeseburger free with my rewards I got you the window the guy said the rewards wouldn't cancel he tried to charge me the full price I said well forget this second cheeseburger and he said I know I canceled the whole order I said no I still want my order at that point he said no you got to get back in line go back to the drive-thru and reorder again I said no I already been through that line this a long line you said well I already canceled the order I said well I'm going to sit here until you take my order he said so you need to get over to the back of the line I said no I'm going to sit here he'd eventually did he picked up the telephone and called the police he actually called the police on me I waited there for about 5 minutes then he started directing traffic around me and at that point you know I pulled off I love McDonald's I have a McDonald's app on my phone but I would never refer this particular McDonald's to anybody

Today (around 2 pm) I was at the McDonalds in Bessemer, AL on Eastern Valley Road. We waited for 20-25 minutes and finally they opened the second lane.
We got in the second lane and cars in the first lane continued to be served as we waited. We decided to pull forward to speak with the attendant. We explained the situation and asked him to take our order. He proceeded to tell us that he could not as it would mess up his current orders and told us to drive back around and get back in line.
We explained to him that we had already waited and he said it didnt matter.
Afterwards, I tried to contact customer service via telephone and waited for 25 minutes before hanging up as we did not have an answer. We will not go back to this McDonalds again due to this poor customer service.

The McDonald's located at 23351 SW 112 Ave the employees and the manager by the name of (Michael) is very unprofessional I ordered my food from drive-through notice my fries were not fresh and burnt. I ask can I have fresh fries they parked me I end up getting out my car to go inside to make sure I get fresh fries because they will pass you back the same bag and that's exactly what happened the bag was sitting at the counter waiting for the gentleman that was mopping the lobby to bring me out my food they told me that was my bag I looked inside and noticed it was the same fries I ask can I have fresh fries again they had some fries sitting over the grease I guess to keep it hot they gave me those fries, but they look burnt once again I ask if I can please have fresh fries the manager by the name of (Michael) was very rude and told me I can get my money back because he already gave me three Fries I told him to look at those fries they are burnt and would he feed that to his family when I ask for the store information (William) employee refuse to give information and also said he doesn't know who was in charge (Micheal) also stated to (William) that he refused to talk to me and went to the back. That's poor customer service when it comes down to workers and management it needs a whole New crew in this location This is something constantly always going on.
