Terrible service

Your downtown Cinninati store location is supposed to be a 24 store I sat in the drive threw for 15 mins and never once was asked to be helped while I watched the employees servicing other people from out of the front of the store, I nicely asked 3 times if the store was open no reply. This has happened more times than I care to remember and if thats how your company does business then yall need to fix your problems because yall make all your millions from people that want to eat

Rude server

McDonalds - Rude server
When I enter it into the establishment, I was not welcomed or said hello to. I had to wait for at least 6 to 5 minutes on my food which only was a chicken sandwich that I ordered off my app on my phone when I receive my food manager gave me attitude. And there was no apology for my wait on my food. I would really like to be a Bursts and for my waste of time coming to this establishment.

Poor Customer Service

Today (around 2 pm) I was at the McDonalds in Bessemer, AL on Eastern Valley Road. We waited for 20-25 minutes and finally they opened the second lane.

We got in the second lane and cars in the first lane continued to be served as we waited. We decided to pull forward to speak with the attendant. We explained the situation and asked him to take our order. He proceeded to tell us that he could not as it would mess up his current orders and told us to drive back around and get back in line.

We explained to him that we had already waited and he said it didnt matter.

Afterwards, I tried to contact customer service via telephone and waited for 25 minutes before hanging up as we did not have an answer. We will not go back to this McDonalds again due to this poor customer service.

The McDonald's located at 23351 SW 112 Ave the employees and the manager by the name of (Michael) is very unprofessional I ordered my food from drive-through notice my fries were not fresh and burnt. I ask can I have fresh fries they parked me I end up getting out my car to go inside to make sure I get fresh fries because they will pass you back the same bag and that's exactly what happened the bag was sitting at the counter waiting for the gentleman that was mopping the lobby to bring me out my food they told me that was my bag I looked inside and noticed it was the same fries I ask can I have fresh fries again they had some fries sitting over the grease I guess to keep it hot they gave me those fries, but they look burnt once again I ask if I can please have fresh fries the manager by the name of (Michael) was very rude and told me I can get my money back because he already gave me three Fries I told him to look at those fries they are burnt and would he feed that to his family when I ask for the store information (William) employee refuse to give information and also said he doesn't know who was in charge (Micheal) also stated to (William) that he refused to talk to me and went to the back. That's poor customer service when it comes down to workers and management it needs a whole New crew in this location This is something constantly always going on.

I asked for ketchup an strawberry jelly at the first window at the second window the ketchup was missing but the jelly was there I simply asked for the ketchup was given *** poor attitude an told to pull fwrd I said ma'am can you just pass me the ketchup so I can get my children to school an got the window slammed in my face then waited over 5 minutes at spot one an noone never brought me the ketchup so my kids were late an didn't eat breakfast.

I went to the mcdonalds at fletcher and 22nd Ave in Tampa I ordered 2 Carmel machiatos and the girl gave me iced coffee and I didn't realize it until I was half way home later on I went back to return them and get what I ordered and the people the treated me like I was trying to scam them out of a couple coffees they were very rude they asked if I had a receipt but the girl never gave me one then another worked said i seen him here earlier and they didnt apoligise for treating me the way they did .they also said we don't have Machias rite now so the wouldn't return my money they gave me 2 iced coffees that don't even cost as much and when the girl put them down she slammed them on the counter I said to them real nice customer service and the girl Saif *** you to me theni said I was going to call corporate and she replied I don't give a *** today is Dec 31 and the time was at 7:15 pull the videos and you can verify every thing I've said these people should be fired period there was children present and heard every thing she said the girl looked like a manager she was white about 5 foot 5 fat and had on a cheap wig with blond streaks and tattoos all over her arms not a very good person that you have running your store

Didn't receive half of my order

Called customer service, nothing happened, they didn't reimburse me for the food I never received that I paid for. Nothing was resolved at all. No one ever contacted me afterwards, nothing. Very pissed off about the matter. Stay away from this place, unless you like getting ripped off and cold food, what part you actually receive that is.

Rude manager

Requesting condiments to which the manager removed from my bag of food after it was giving to me by the cashier. And she rudely took them from my bag and stated I didn't pay for them, to which she had no knowledge if I did or did not. It was very unprofessional and show of desperation over a pack of syrup!!

Unreason to fire my son

So my son has worked for McDonalds for well over a year now hasnt received any raise but yet they FIRED him for eating a chicken nugget. Oh Im sorry hes being trained wrong than what the handbook states.

This is totally uncalled for when thats what hes being taught that its ok to do it except fit when the GM is around. I would like a pond call from corporate in regards to this matter. This is not ok to do to someone. This guy is power tripping on everyone but yet doesnt do his job accurately sitting in three office when its busy.

Thats allowed in the handbook?? And much worse things are going on than just eating a chicken nugget that I know you would lose your whole staff if I wanted too.
