I live in a smaller town, so i understand there are not a lot of options for employees, but they could at least try to train them to do their job right. It is easier for me to count the number of times that they DIDN'T screw up my meal, and that would be almost never....

McDonalds review in Albany, New York: McD's in rt 9 Clifton Park NY
i ride by there almost every day. how difficult is it to get a light and sweet coffee right., the sweetness of the cheap price is quickly washed down by the bitterness of poor service. i mean is not communication. they have a screen for customer verification. yet the product is not what was requested, rather what they felt you wanted. weather you ask for it or not. and dont go back to have it corrected. is a shower of bad attitude and disgust. as if you were asking for free food or something like that. realy hate their drive tru service.

McDonalds review in Livingston, New Jersey: Can't depend on good vanilla ice coffee
I have placed mickey dees on the 10 list, worst fast foods chains when it comes to ice vanilla coffee...95% of the time there is no vanilla taste. It is very bitter and strong tasting..Now I have not ran into rude services from personnel where I go in va in madison, culpeper, gainesville, haymarket or opal va...So my hat is off to the employees, but everyone needs to be on the same page when making these coffees...I do look forward to them especially after working long hours and having to drive very far...I have to make burger king number one in this category even if i have to pay alittle more, its worth it...

McDonalds review in Cairo, Al Qahirah: Breaking a Word
Cairo-Egypt:-Around 12:40 am on the 22ND of September,i called from my place of work(pharmacy),the numbers are 0224719443,0224721027 which happens to be on a main street and already a registered address(already known to MC) in McDonald's calling center(19991),I asked for a sandwich and 2 milk shakes,the operator confirmed address,said will be delivered in 30 minutes.after about 15 minutes McDonald's called again and said that 1-I'm past my last order time which is 10pm ,2-my work area is considered hazardous by the food chain.they apologized for inconvenience that they wont send the order,under my resentment of the unaccepted attitude especially after agreeing earlier in 1st place to send order,i was referred to the customer care service(or whats equivalent).after a long talk,checking,waiting,recalling,he gave the same message acknowledging the error in the first place still however he wasn't gonna send it nevertheless!.is that the way an international food chain treats its customers?failing to live up to their word?not taking responsibility for ones own words?....

There is nothing unreasonable about asking you to leave. A halter bikini is not a shirt.
It would have been less troubling if you had changed your sarrong into a strapless dress in the first place. No shirt, no shoes, no service. You weren't at the beach. You were at a family restaurant and your halter bikini was inappropriate.
I don't care how mad my comment makes you.

McDonalds rte20 Millbury MA
I have gone there twice this week and couldnt get the breakfast i want because they are out of biscuits etc. the first time understandably due to tropical storm and power going out. but this is ridiculous. how do you run a restaurant without food. i like Mcdonalds but this location is the worst yet. Please fix it I miss my sausage/bacon and egg biscuit breakfast. its discouraging to be told they dont have it. its close to home and there is no where else i want to go to get a take out breakfast. please fix it. thanks
