I just left McDonalds in Clarksdale Ms. and the Service I received from the female that was taking the money was very rude. I placed my order and drove to the window instead of her saying good morning, she just stuck her hand out for me to give her my money. I stated...

When you pull up to the cashier window, the cashier is now taking te order from the next car at the speaker. Giving them the attention you expected while you were there.

People expect a hug ad kiss but there just isn;t time for that.

Check the screen for accuracy, find out the total, get your payment ready, thank the cashier and tell her to have a nice day. That would be nice.

McDonalds - Georgia Ave - North Augusta, SC

I am the only senior citizen required to pay for coffee refills. I can not, after 5 weeks, get a response from the Owners, Mc'Donalds Corp or anyone else. When I asked to see the Manager, her response was, "9866 doesn't want me." Which I consider confrontational. When I immediately responded, "oh, yes I do," her immediate response, no hesitation or anything, was, "you'll have to leave the building." Phone calls, once a week to Mc"Donalds Corp has resulted, after 5 weeks, in no response from anyone. These Owners are so blinded by profit that they will not respond to any consumer.

This is ***, do you know FOR A FACT that you're the "only" senior citizen required to pay for refills?

I can say with fair certainty that you don't know every senior citizen that buys coffee at McDonald's, so how can you say you're the ONLY one being charged? lol

You are NOT entitled to anything at a place of business. If you consume it, you should PAY for it.

Welcome to Reality, gramma.

Somebody really needs to call the people thats over childersburgs mcdonalds.

The managers at mcdonalds are aweful they now have a new general manager name judy and she is the worst of all of the other managers that they been had their at mcdonalds. she is loud and ghettto and its not a good look at all. she doesn't care about how she talks to her employees. she really doesn't care how they act either. now there are some employees that do complete their job and doesn't say a word, but the others. all of them needs to be fired. the Man that owns mcdonalds really need to come down to childersburg and watch his store of how it is being ran right into the ground. He needs to come to childersburg and talk to his staff about what's going on there, im pretty sure the females that i spoke to could agree with anyone that mcdonalds is going down....

Mcdonalds in childersburg is not a good place to have have as a first job!!!

I come to mcdonalds in childersburg all the time because the one in sylacauga is too far for me to drive everyday, so i only stop at childersburg. well the manager there his name is Greg. he is a tall white male, if you meet him he is not a nice person at all. at first he acts like he is nice but after a while of coming there and watching him with his employees he is mean and very inconsiderate. he fusses with them and he uses alot of profanity, and it is not a very good look. somebody really needs to tell someone and do something about him and his attitude because he shouldn't be a manager at that restaurant.

Does McDonalds ever serve food that is completely cooked and served hot?

25020 (8926) - McOpCo Restaurant" Subject: re/ poor service ? March 30, 2011 Attention: Sherry ZecchiniRestaurant Manager Thank you for emailing me concerning my issue, but "poor service" is a very broad term, and does not accurately describe that I recieved "cold food" in my order, an order which cost me more than $5.00, never mind the personal inconvenience. $5.00 does not appear to be much money, but if you were to multiply that amount by say, 500,000 disatisfied customers per day worldwide, with no refund.......no that is BIG money made off the backs of little people. When will McDonald's learn that they cannot continue to ask their customers to pay for food, which is not properly cooked or presented hot? Or, expect the customer to return to more of the same, when a text book apology is offered back to the customer. The food was disgusting and I did not eat it, for reasons I have already noted. So, where is my money..........? I am sorry, but I am not willing to get sick from a food borne illnes that is caused by a McDonalds' food handler who does not know about or understand HACCP. As the employer, it is McDonalds' responsibility to eenusre that their staff are trained in and fully understand Safe Food Handling. Additionally, this is not the first time that this "COLD FOOD issue" has happened to me in the Hamilton area, and it seems to be more than common place amongst the McDonald's Restaurant group. Why would I return when my money was wasted, and by continuing to be a customer at your company's stores, I am just ignoring the obvious! Consumers are not as ***, or as ill informed, as McDonald's would try to treat us. We work hard for our money, the economy is poor, and we expect to get our moneys' worth wherever we shop for goods or services. And, I appreciate that you have addressed my concern with your staff, did you emphasized how "cold food" might affect their futures, if someone becomes sick with a food borne illness because of poor food cooking or food holding practices and that customer decides to sue McDonalds? Sincerely, Carl Williams

First of all, the price of Mcdanalds varies by location. If you didn't like the price, you should not have bought it.

They didn't twist you arm and make you pay. Give me your address and I will send you a twix bar to chew it over and a box of kleenex to wipe your tears away. Grow up, and get a life. I just paid 80 bucks for a cell phone, I didnt like it but it was the cheapest cell phone I could find that I needed.

I didn't blast that company. if you were really strapped for cash, you should have cancelled the order (you didnt because you know you would have been embarrased) and went somewhere else.

Too bad so sad. You have an issue, heres a tissue.

Like the poster said above, most, if not all Mcdonalds are franchised & do not have to take part in any national promotions.

Some of the stores participate and some do not. They get around this by saying "participation may vary" on their commercials. With regards to your Wendy's comment....at the Wendy's here they don't participate so I don't participate LOL.

Mcdonalds bad sevice

I have treid calling the 1-800 for mcds compaints and it hangs up on you after several times and i tried emailing them but it comes back as email not received. What is up with that. Below is the letter i sent them which what happened. To whom it may concern: I love mcd's and ever had a problem with their service til now. I went in mcds at 10pm last nite and waited in line with a family of 7 and a single man in front of me. I waited and waited until 10:30 til someone took my order. In between, that man in front of me was so upset because there were 4 employees standing around. Just so he could get his 5 drinks. She rudely informed him that they have a skeleton crew at nite and there was nothing they could do about it. By then, I was getting upset too becuase after i placed my order I again waited til 11pm to get my 2 happy meals and a #13 meal. Oh, yeah, after i left mcds they forgot my 2 girls toys. They cryed all the way home, not a pretty sight!! Is this how Mcds treats there customers nowadays!! Seriously,I am so upset. I am calling that 1-800 number tomorrow becasue even the manager there was rude to us. I am upset at the service, the way the customers were treated, and how long we all waited. It was like everyone there was to concerned on getting the drive thru window orders done. They didn't even care about us with our orders inside the store!! I hope you can help me result this issue becuase i am not happy with mcds and will have to substitute a alteritive for now. All i wanted was to feed my kidos at their favorite place and myself with fast and kind service. WHAT HAPPENED GUYZ!!?

McDonalds review in Dawsonville, Georgia: Price gouging on food

On march 16 2011 went to mcdonalds restaurant in chatsworth, ga. and ordered 2 double chesseburgers for a dollar each with tartar sauce on them instead of mustard and catchup and they were going to charge me $3.19. when I asked them why they said they charged extra for the order to be changed. But added if I would have left the mustard and catchup on there wouldn't have been a extra charge. I would have charged me $1.02 for the tartar sauce. If that's not food gouging I don't what is. The3re should a law against that.

For years I've looked forward to March, when I can get a Shamrock Shake. This year, they kept the prices for the "size" of the shake the same, but cut the actual size in half, put it in a "McCafe" cup, and put whipped cream and a cherry on top. The large shake I...

Well, I'm not entirely sure why you're likening it to trying to be "international", since they've been making these shakes for at least 30 years. I am not pleased that they're no longer just a shake, and have been put in the Starbucks-like category.

They also don't seem to be the same thing they used to be. I don't remember them being such a fake tasting mint. But I never really started drinking them until about 5 years ago. They aren't like toothpaste, but they're sort of a chemical tasting mint.

It's the kind of flavor you'd imagine would appeal to children.

Not sure why that's so, since they can make authentic flavored chemicals for just about anything, and mint certainly shouldn't be hard to do. I wouldn't expect to pay $4 for a chocolate shake, so I was surprised when I was asked to pay that much for a mint one.
