We can't read the receipts. Are there discounts, rewards, etc.? We can't tell from the receipt. We haven't been able to read the receipts for months. We get the amounts from our online banking app. Please put new ink cartridges in the printers. Please. You will see that the uploaded proof of purchase image is a half-blank receipt, but that's all we have. What do people who need to turn in a receipt for reimbursement do?

User's recommendation: Every time you go to this McDonald's ask them to put ink in the printers. Maybe if enough people say something, they will take action.

Never gotten good treatment at this store

My husband and I stopped to get 2 coffees before we get to work and we ended up staying there for more than 20 mins. There was one person in the front doing everything he was managing the pick up orders and he couldnt even get to the customers waiting in line to place their orders in the front of the store eventually he took our order and it still came incorrect because we paid for extra caramel and we still aint receive it yet after waiting for so long.

But it was already getting late so we had to run out of there. This is not the first time we had issues with the service at this store one day we came in for lunch and the manager had a bad attitude towards us telling us that she cannot help us we need to go thru the drive thru because when we placed the order in the kiosk it came up collect on the drive thru when we was already in the store so being a manager myself I had to tell her how unprofessional she was acting. She ended up staying quiet afterwards.

But on Monday November 20th was the last straw. Im hoping you guys could get someone to manage the store correctly

There a worker out in the dark around 6am cleaning I feel him or her being unsafe being out before 7am the location is vandyke and 9 mile in Warren mi the only McDonald's on the area

Could not get the deal I wanted and they told me they are independent McDonald's and they have there own menu and deals aside from McDonald's...left very upset. This happened on 11/03/2023. This is the 3rd time getting intouch with you and I have been in touch with pissed customer.com. also.

Managers refuse to assist when there is an issue with the website. If you’re not going to train them then you should have someone there to assist them. This website for deals & rewards needs work

You have a coupon for $1 ice coffee which includes your frappes. Its the best coupon youve come out with WHEN IT WORKS. When is doesnt the employees and managers ALL say. WE dont have ANY affiliation with that company. They are SEPARATE from Mcdonads. Its on a MCDONALDS website. They accept the coupons. What do you mean youre not affiliated. Lots of companies are doing this and it is not there to assist the customer when theres a problem and employees are nasty about it and Im tired of it. I stopped coming to McDonalds for many years and this is a reason to leave again.

I thought my cc was not returned. Needed cameras reviewed per staff suggestion but felt I was being given the runaround. I called yesterday and the young man that answered, was rude. Hung up on me

Unfair termination

Manager fired me I understand what I did was wrong but other people were on the line of termination and kept doing what they were doing and were never fired Employer Shawns caught buying cocaine and talking *** about the managers and general manager and was only sent home once again I know what I did was wrong but I am a very hard worker and anyone can tell you but reach out to me to see if I can get my job back This is the McDonalds on 1245 Homestead Rd N Lehigh Acres, FL 33936 United States

I was trying to buy a toy from the mc donalds on linda vista rd and the manager sold another person a toy but when i asked to buy one she said they werent allowed to do that. I felt descriminated against. I dont know if it was because of my skin color but I didnt understand the different. They sold it to the other lady and not me and I was next in line. The cashier charged me for sauces so i could by the toy and the manager stepped in and refused to sell me them.

Every time I go through the drive through they get my order wrong!!! I ordered and they had me wait in drive up #2 ,in which was fine but about 15 minutes later I had my order brought to me and it was wrong ,the girl never bothered to take it back after say oh *** ,then another lady came and got the wrong order to bring me another bag ,I really thought they got it right this time cause she said what I ordered, then to come home and see that it was again WRONG !!! ,AND THERE IS A PRICE DIFFERENCE,they never pick up the phone at the Oldsmar location, so I called corporate office, in which they are handling it for some one to call me back from the store I tried calling let's see ,but it will never happen again cause I will probably never go back ,I get theirs mostly teens working there but the point is ,is to get the orders right and not to cuss at the customer !

My issue is the fact that McDonald's seems to have made their sweet tea much less sweet lately. And this is not necessarily just at this store but it appears they have changed the recipe and in doing so they have lost their edge.

Had an incident at one of your stores

Guy hit me my car while I was parked. I was waiting for my husband to place my mobile order.

The guy just drove off. I had my daughter with me. I went inside to see if they would run the cameras back.. and they never explained to me they couldn't until Monday.

I don't think they were full aware of the policy. So I went back outside to get my food in the drive thru. Then they wanted me to pull over because it wasn't ready yet. I said I wasn't going to park..

because at this point I'm upset and just want to get somewhere safe and call the police. McDonald's wasn't going to help me. So I knew I could. She; the drive thru attendant I formed I was holding up the line.

I said I don't care; she went and said something to someone and then she came back. I said I just want my food and I apologize but I'm frantic.

Major drive-thru safety concern

The McDonalds on Highland Avenue in Seekonk, Massachusetts is using a black square object 5 to 6 inches off the ground to close the drive-thru lane. I drove halfway over it with my minivan because its night time and I couldnt see it in the manager was extremely rude about it.
