User's recommendation: Every time you go to this McDonald's ask them to put ink in the printers. Maybe if enough people say something, they will take action.
Never gotten good treatment at this store
My husband and I stopped to get 2 coffees before we get to work and we ended up staying there for more than 20 mins. There was one person in the front doing everything he was managing the pick up orders and he couldnt even get to the customers waiting in line to place their orders in the front of the store eventually he took our order and it still came incorrect because we paid for extra caramel and we still aint receive it yet after waiting for so long.
But it was already getting late so we had to run out of there. This is not the first time we had issues with the service at this store one day we came in for lunch and the manager had a bad attitude towards us telling us that she cannot help us we need to go thru the drive thru because when we placed the order in the kiosk it came up collect on the drive thru when we was already in the store so being a manager myself I had to tell her how unprofessional she was acting. She ended up staying quiet afterwards.
But on Monday November 20th was the last straw. Im hoping you guys could get someone to manage the store correctly

I thought my cc was not returned. Needed cameras reviewed per staff suggestion but felt I was being given the runaround. I called yesterday and the young man that answered, was rude. Hung up on me

Every time I go through the drive through they get my order wrong!!! I ordered and they had me wait in drive up #2 ,in which was fine but about 15 minutes later I had my order brought to me and it was wrong ,the girl never bothered to take it back after say oh *** ,then another lady came and got the wrong order to bring me another bag ,I really thought they got it right this time cause she said what I ordered, then to come home and see that it was again WRONG !!! ,AND THERE IS A PRICE DIFFERENCE,they never pick up the phone at the Oldsmar location, so I called corporate office, in which they are handling it for some one to call me back from the store I tried calling let's see ,but it will never happen again cause I will probably never go back ,I get theirs mostly teens working there but the point is ,is to get the orders right and not to cuss at the customer !

Guy hit me my car while I was parked. I was waiting for my husband to place my mobile order.
The guy just drove off. I had my daughter with me. I went inside to see if they would run the cameras back.. and they never explained to me they couldn't until Monday.
I don't think they were full aware of the policy. So I went back outside to get my food in the drive thru. Then they wanted me to pull over because it wasn't ready yet. I said I wasn't going to park..
because at this point I'm upset and just want to get somewhere safe and call the police. McDonald's wasn't going to help me. So I knew I could. She; the drive thru attendant I formed I was holding up the line.
I said I don't care; she went and said something to someone and then she came back. I said I just want my food and I apologize but I'm frantic.
