Yes, just went through the drive-through and the order menu device was not working so Daniella was manually taking orders. Was waiting there in front and she starts from the back to the front I Ask her that I had been waiting first and when I told her why she started taking order from people at the back that were barely getting there from the back when I had been waiting for about 10 minutes, I asked her why did you do that ? She replied I dont know. Maybe they need some training before the hire people. This was at Roosevelt and 410

Mcdelivery wrong again store on chandler in Muskogee .. supervisor said she didnt even know that you could order delivery via app I dont use door dash .. so I have know idea of their customer service procedure I asked the manger to correct the issue by just refunding my money and she said she would not do that and wanted me to come up there.. I said thats the whole point of the delivery app.. when I explained the app to her she said I was treating her like a child and hung up on me

Bad service

I went through the drive through a team member came and ask if I speak Spanish I said No. then someone else came on the mic and started playing and saying things In Spanish as if it was a joke. I said so are you gonna take my order or keep playing. They didnt take my orders and kept playing on the mic.

It was either the regional manager or the district manager called me back I think his name was iam or something like that Rodriguez Mr Rodriguez and said he was sending me out new coupons you made sure they were signed and dated and here it is going on the weekend I have not seen anything yet

Workers are very rude and disrespectful

Very rude and disrespectful. Got order wrong and didn't do anything about it. They even hung up on me I am very disappointed and won't recommend then to anyone else. Waste of time and money. Should have went else where.

Poor customer service at Williamson NY McDonalds

The lady I spoke to was personable and apologetic, but not once did she offer to make things right, a fair solution to preserve a customer relationship would have been to replace my meal or at least offer some free coupons, but I was offered nothing and to make it worse, I didnt even get my fries. I went to the Wolcott NY McDonalds and had no issues getting exactly what I ordered and they didnt try to upcharge me for a tea. Sometimes its easier to just admit that you were wrong than to try to cover a mistake with BS

Called to complain about how horrible my 78 ur old uncle was treated at McDonald’s by the general manager according to her who said her name was Tony and yelled at my uncle to leave the restaurant

He was there ordering his breakfast as he usually does and he had his service dog with him. Out of nowhere some lady claiming to be the GM started to yell at him to leave the store with his animal. His service dog is supposed to be with him at all times do to his Ill esa and he is also slightly deaf from his right ear so as he asked her what she was saying she continued to scream at him to leave. Someone must do something about this place and her if she really is the GM there.

I visited a McDonald's outlet at phoenix United in Lucknow. I was trying to make a payment but it was taking long than expected so cancelled the order, but later the payment was successful and no order was placed and the amount was 344.40 rs and the transaction time was 6:34 pm (IST). So I need the amount to be refunded.
