Bad experience at one location

Went thru drive thru. Paid cash. Declined receipt. Was sent to the drive thru parking spot. Waited 5 minutes was brought wrong order. Employees came out to me twice asking what i ordered. I only got a double cheese burger and a 4 pc chicken nugget. After 35 minutes i went into the store and the manager acted as if i hadnt paid for the meal. It was just such unexpected experience and i was so heated i just left. Didnt wanna waste any more of my time. Management needed replaced completely.

Rudest employee ever

Picking up an order and the associate intentionally ignored me and did her best to keep her back to me so she didn't have to give me the order while she went to the fry station and just filled up some fry bags. They always print the tickets BEFORE the order is complete so as not to mess up their service metrics.

They have 2 screens showing to the public. One for orders in and the other for "now serving" They always have the " now serving" screen full and the working one is always blank. Anyway, after I finally had to say "excuse me" about 6 times in increasingly elevated tone, she finally turned just to give me the "stink eye" and say, "I'll be with you in a minute. I said I just need to pick up the order that is sitting right there.

Instead kf just taking 2 steps and handing me the rider she just went right back to bagging a different order.

After a bit of back and forth, she relented and gave me the order and when I asked for her name, she said "I don't have to give u my name". She wasn't wearing a na.e tag and if your not willing to give your name, then obviously you must feel that you're in the wrong.

Preferred solution: None.. I'll just never go to that location ever again. And I'm a McDonald's reward member and I frequent this location at least every other day.

Just adding context that I frequent this location a lot. They have great daily deals which I get to save money.

I don't have it just to wear a badge... but if I can get 2 qpc for the price of 1 then I'll download the app.

I ordered chicken nuggets and french fries the french fries refresh my chicken nuggets were extremely old soft soggy and incredibly greasy I tried contacting the store multiple times after getting home and discovering the extremely old food I had been served and the store's phone was busy so the phone was off the hook then tried contacting corporate after multiple times of trying to contact the store and apparently corporate customer service is not open on the weekends either I am currently on unemployment receiving $154 a week I cannot afford to drive back and forth and not being able to contact a supervisor of any sorts is unacceptable on top of what was served to me sadly check your food before driving away

added my credit card to link it and charged $10.27 + tax, but did not get the promised 1500 points. also that day was supposed to get double points for breakfast order but only got the single points.

Was at McDonald's Tamiami trail? North Port, Florida stood by the counter and waitef and waited and waited. Finally, 1 person walked away who was in front of us. They refuse to come to take an order because they were working on their driveway through only so my wife and I left also.
