I have emailed you before as well as sent Dina a message.
I asked for my missing vacation pay, since I had a vacation lined up for May but had to work at Thomaston instead. I was told I would just be paid for it...6 months later I'm still waiting.
I also asked about the PTO hours I earned.
Since I haven't been fired or quit, this is still owed to me. I still get emails from McDonald's and have had insurance through McDonald's the whole time.
I have consulted a lawyer and we decided to offer you company to make good on what's owed to me.

have contacted a lawyer and we are thinking of initiating a class action suit.
1. When the Government started PTO (Paid Time Off), you took away a week of Department Managers vacation... this is illegal and I'll make sure you get the highest fine going since you decided to steal from people during the height of the pandemic.
2.
Dina asked me to work in Thomaston during Rockland remodel, in May, even though it was my vacation week. Dina swore that I would get paid for the hours I worked plus my vacation would be paid out to me.
3. Then in beginning June I was told I opened the store, when in reality I didn't have to be in before 7. I decided to work the whole.shift.
I did break my foot a year and a half earlier, and since I only take ibuprofen.
I have repeatedly asked for my last check, and my paid time off, I NEVER reviewed any of it...
I find you to be be one of the sleaziest company's when it comes to taking care of their workers. You wonder why no one wants to work you.

Yes you may be a world wide business but if you treat your customers like crap, then you won't have any left!

I simply told the girl who handed me my tea that it was unsweet she then proceeded to laugh in my face and would not change it while running her mouth about me to another employee I asked to speak with the manager on duty and she ignored me. I sit at the window until another employee came and gave me my food and I asked for a second time to speak with the manager.
He finally came then. His name was Demetrius but stated he wasnt able to give me the cashier name. I explained to him how I was being treated by his employee. He acted like it wasnt a big deal and it was ok for her to laugh at me and not get my drink order right along with speaking about me to the other employee like I wasnt at the window and could hear them.
Our McDonalds here has some very rude employees and obviously managers as well. I get off work every night and go by this very same McDonalds in my town and spend my hard earned money and for them to be rude to me while Im there is absolutely not good customer service! I hope that something can be done about the way they handle there customers with their terrible attitudes.
Sad that yall have a multi billion dollar company with such people representing your company! Please do better!!

Preferred solution: I would like a apology for the way she treated me or atleast someone speak with her on what she done to make sure she doesn’t do other customers the same way. Considering the manager didn’t say anything to her and just rolled his eyes at me.

Extremely poor service and rude employees
I cant even give a rating. My husband went to get breakfast on October 1 2022.
He sat in drive thru for 15 minutes and the line never moved. He parked and went inside and at the moment that he went inside the cashier stated they were no longer serving breakfast. He approached the cashier and asked her why they werent going to serve him breakfast when he had been in like for 15 minutes. She was rude and gave a real nasty attitude and told her that they weee not serving breakfast.
There were customers inside waiting to order breakfast and other customers asking for their food. She Wes still rude and condescending. The manager came to the counter and was equally as rude. He stated that the kitchen was no longer going to cook breakfast.
My husband then went to leave. As he was leaving the manager was outside speaking to someone in a car. This is why we will NOT be visiting this establishment any longer. I understand that employees are hard to get but the ones you get should not be rude and hateful to your customers.
The customers are what made McDonalds the establishment that they are. This is so uncalled for and I hope this one gets shut down.

So rude and messed up
Honestly have never been so upset with service will most definitely be making official complaints on yelp, and other services will go out of my way to make this an issue! I first had gone to your restaurant at approx 10:11pm on June 12, 2022 and "Door!" Was open as stated on main sign Clearly stating that the inside was available to be open till 11 PM, After someone Before me had entered also "being a key reason why had not seen The sign written On the door." Irregardless the door was open in the first place so of course the other customer and myself both entered and were sitting there for about five minutes until finally somebody came and said we are not open to customers coming in where Other customer explained "Then why was the door left open?" As the worker responded well if you had seen the sign on the door it says that we are not open to customers which the signed by the way was written on a little piece of paper printer paper and pencil or pen you could barely even read anything also the fact that I didnt even see it because I was right behind the other customer but irregardless would not have seen that because of the giant sign outside saying otherwise.
Anyways of course we were refused service, And of course turned away and both on foot of course could not order which was not right in my opinion especially since the hours said Otherwise. Then walking back from the store I see a bunch of people standing in line with the vehicles to get an order of food as I was hungry when I wanted to go inside and I was refused of course I wanted to do the same so I went into the line myself and this was still before 11! I waited in this line for almost 20 minutes!! And when I finally got to the point where I was going to order they completely ignored me and kept telling a vehicle to pull up to the front of the line, but yet they never did this to the other people that wooded right in front of me which I had witnessed and will be on the cameras which I find is absolute outrage!

Upset with this place seriously all I wanted was a burger and a fillet of fish thats all I wanted I have never felt so disrespected and almost singled out cause I was nice about it the took advantage and was not right at all and I Demand some sort of explanation because that really was not right all I wanted was a couple of burgers and was treated so unfair and so not equal to everybody else really would like to talk to some higher-ups and figure out whats going on with this because this is not right.
I have never wrote in a review like this and I never have wanted to but when somebody really treat you so badly like that when you just want something so little its complete and utter disrespect and I demand an answer thank you and goodbye. McDonalds 8 Highland Ave, Randolph MA, 02368.

Went to McDonalds #11698 drive through, today, 9/4/2022 at 1:22 p.m. Third car in line.
20 minutes later, no one takes order of car ahead of me. He finally leaves, next car waits and no on takes her order, she leaves. I pull up, no one responds so I stop at the window. Place order, tell clerk the speakers are not working.
Nonchalant response. I ordered from app reward for crispy chicken meal for $5 plus another $1 tea. Was told teas are $1.39, OK. Was charged 6.89 for meal, questioned this.
Was told the code given didn't ring as $5. meal, then was told it added 1.39 tea to make it 6.69, when I questioned the .60 tax, the clerk became nasty. Offered a refund. at 2:46 p.m.
There was approximately 6 to 8 people in the restaurant. Not sure if all were workers.
When I told her there was a line of cars in the drive through, she informed me about when maintenance worked and a lot of other jargon. If I sit in line and then go inside to complain, and tell them there is no communication at the drivethrough, I don't appreciate that type service.

My son and I went to McDonalds in Columbia Sc at the Decker Blvd location we were trying to place an order at the drive thru intercom he proceeded to tell me my order when I didnt order yet I told him that we never placed an order and he said that I wasnt talking to you I said ok and then he said that if I like can go ahead with my order. So i did and then I proceeded to tell him that I had a code.but my son said that it didnt matter about the code so I said never mind. We pulled around to the window to pay for the food only to find out my order was canceled but thats when he said that he is a street *** and that he was from the projects called the bishops I asked to speak to a manager which he refused to get I have filled a police report and is looking to press charges

There are no plant based options for those of us that do not want to hurt animals? Or our planet.
If the franchises have complete control over what is served, we will never see plant based options!!! Burger King is not like that nor is AppleBees or TGIF. All locations have plant based burgers. McDonalds is a major influencer on our society:people will eat anything McDs creates.
People trust the corporations to feed them and theyre families. Can we please serve food that is ethical at all of our sites? You guys are excellent marketers please for the sake of our planet provide sustainable options. And please if your fries are not vegan/ vegetarian please stop sprinkling meat juices on them.
My kids love the fries bc their dad buys them. Thats all they can eat from your franchise is fries and apples. More and more people are being educated on the inhumane practices of animal slaughter and the effects of animal agriculture on our planet, with that they will eat the McPlant burger that I see advertised.
It looks freaking yummy. Please stop the abuse of animals and help our plant thrive.

On the morning of 6/2/22 I went through Happy Valley Oregon McDonalds. I ate food in car then needed to use restroom.
I went inside the establishment but sign said "restroom for paying customer only" I asked the lead woman working for key, she gave me a weird look as I told her I just went through drive through. She pushed a button to unlock door but then scolded me. She said, "I had not been through drive through and mumbled that she hated liars. I yelled back, "what did you call me", I went to my car and got receipt then showed her proof of purchase." She did not acknowledge calling me a liar until I said maybe we should listen to audio.
She then said "maybe she called me a liar." She unlocked the door again, I used restroom then asked for a person to call to complain. She gave number 503-654-****. I tried texting this # three times politely, I'm now blocked? Last, if an employee is going break policy and allow a non paying customer to use restroom even if they suspect a person is lying then they need to keep comments to themselves, she had me completely wrong, I was a paying customer, see attached receipt.
BTW my wife's procedure went good that morning. Thanks Danial Couch
