I feel like I am owed some type of compensation due to the fact that every time I doordash and end up picking up at the McDonald's on Gettysburg I am standing there 30 to 45 minutes before anybody ever wants to speak to me to get an order I Dash by order not by time and when I was there Saturday or it might have been Sunday I was waiting 45 minutes for a doordash order and like 10 people came in and ordered and got their order before I ever got mine is it doordash put in line with all other orders they act like drive-thru and front counter comes before doordash and mobile orders they are rude and act like they don't even want to talk to me I understand that I'm white and most black people don't even want to deal with me but it's not right and I'm mad about it I'm sick of waiting 45 minutes on an order that should have done been ready when it done took me 10 minutes to drive to the store and then another 15 minutes or so to deliver it to the person that ordered it and then if they don't tip doordash only pays $2 an order so I got to make $2 on an order that took me over an hour to complete to McDonald's not wanting to do their job and put doordash orders together and then I'm the last one to get my doordash order there could be six people waiting for orders for doordash they could have came in after me but they get their orders before me I see to always be the last one to get what I'm waiting on I am not able to work I am very sick that is why I doordash and I can barely do that but you know I've got 20 years McDonald's experience and I would end up going in to that store working circles around everybody and then send them all home and tell them they have no need to come back if they don't want to do their job then they need not to be there I would love to be able to go to a job clock in and twiddle my thumbs and do nothing for 8 to 10 hours and get paid but I don't have it like that something needs to change with this store this is uncalled for and I will let it be known and I will complain until something is done I lost a good $30 messing with this store but I'm not a rude person to cancel out orders just because workers want to be lazy and shoes who they help and who they don't I always sit and wait on orders I never cancel out an order to move on because those people that place those orders paid for them and they deserve to receive their stuff in a timely manner and this McDonald's doesn't allow anybody to have their order and a timely manner by the time the Dashers get the food and get it delivered the order is completely late and cold and I'm the one that gets the back lashes from it bad reviews on doordash and everything so the customer service at this store is costing me my time my money and it is giving me bad reviews when I do nothing but make sure everybody gets everything they want or need and make sure they're happy I have lost out on a lot of money since I started doordashion and I get sent to the Gettysburg McDonald's all my bad reviews have came from orders that I have delivered from the Gettysburg McDonald's and that's making me look bad when it's not me it's McDonald's so we need to get this fixed like I said I feel like I need to be compensated for this order well it should be for at least the last 20 orders that I picked up from Gettysburg McDonald's but this last order alone costed me $30 let alone all the other pickups that I've done I can't keep losing money because of the store while everybody else in there is getting a legit full paycheck for doing absolutely nothing right if they can't do their job I will go in and do it for them but I will expect a check for me and their check for having to go in and do their job for them if anything you guys really just need to call me 940-268-**** I'm sorry to say but if I doordash again and I end up happening to go to the Gettysburg McDonald's I cannot promise you that I will not go in there and make the biggest scene anybody has ever seen I will embarrass everybody in there they might even decide to call the cops on me but I will get my point across if this is not addressed I will take things into my own

User's recommendation: Do not go to the store take the extra time and drive the extra distance to go to a better cleaner more respectable store especially if you do not want to wait 45 minutes on some fast food you don't even wait 45 minutes on food from a restaurant that you go in sit down and Order for them to cook it like a home cooked meal McDonald's is in a home-cooked meal it shouldn't take 45 minutes to get anything from there especially when there's nobody else there so please take the time to drive the extra distance

Orderd @ the store kiosk. Got back to the house, opened it up for the family.
Everything was smashed and ugly.
Specifically ordered three burgers with no onions (allergies) it says so on the receipt. They were all covered in the diced onions. Tried calling the store 6 different times with absolutely no answer. Had to drive all the way back up there (over 10mi away)
The manager (or shift lead or whatever) already knew what the problem was before I said anything.
He went back got the burgers and brought them out to me just in the paper wrapper (no bag?) He didn't apologize or say much of anything. Just turned around and went about doing whatever it is he does.

I ritlll ordered a happy meal and a double big Mac in store through the kiosk. Once my food was ready, I grabbed my food and I had left to go home and eat lunch.
The grill slip that was stuck onto the bag says "double big Mac, no pickles." I did not receive a real receipt, but it CLEARLY says DOUBLE big Mac with no pickles. For all the food together, it came to $12.19. I did not get my double big Mac, the employees gave me a normal big mac. I had used my cash app card to make the purchase.
I only realized I had the wrong item and charged more then what I was supposed to be charged, once I got home to eat said food. I'm not happy about this, because I has clearly wanted a double big Mac, not the normal sandwhich otherwise I would have asked for it. This isn't the first time this restaurant has done this. Not only to me, but to a LOT of people that go there to eat.
I understand thar people make mistakes sometimes, but it should never be so common that it's almost a every visit, type of thing. It's ridiculous, every bit of money I have left, could help with bills and other things if needed. I have a photo of the grill slip "receipt " if yall need it. But something has to be done about this.
I don't know if it's just cause its the town we live in, but all of the mcd9nalds are that way. They're slow with drive thru, they will ignore door dash and uber eats drivers and do the window and the front counter and make the drivers wait. I've seen them ignore a driver for door dash for almost an hour, before they gave him the order he was to deliver. The customers that came in behind him were able to get their food and leave before he got his customers food.
The employees don't take their job serious and do not care if customers leave unhappy. We already had 1 mcdonalds close around here because the employees were leaving whenever they wanted. The managers would be locking the place up and leaving l, meanwhile leaving 1 worker to run everything and then the worker wouldn't be able to do everything for everyone so they wouldn't answer and do any orders. Please do something about them never getting orders right.
Please handle it, us unhappy customers would really appreciate it. Thank you

Consistent lack of customer service. Management is rude and disrespectful.
Always a lack of napkins. Knowing your eating in your vehicle with children, 20 nuggets 3 burgers and one napkin! Thats pathetic! This is the first time across the country I have ever been told I could only get 3 dipping sauces per 20 nuggets.
Which comes out to over 6.5 nuggets per square package. The manager herself said she uses 3 nuggets per package and made sure to charge me for the 1 extra that I asked for. I understand there has to be a limit however with receiving ONLY 1 napkin and 3 packages of sauce per 20 nuggets seems like she has to pay for it out of her pocket.
This is the third time I have felt like the person taking my order has been extremely rude or (just doesnt care about respect). This is only the 2nd complaint Ive ever made in my life and hate to do so however this interaction really bothered me and I wont be going back.
