I attempted to place an order at the front counter at a local restaurant and was denied service because I was wearing a hooded sweatshirt. I understand that this policy is legal but it wasn't displayed at all inside of the restaurant.

So i was oblivous to the fact and never got any food. I attacted the photos of the store showing no signs that read " No service with hoods on."

Well, you should have told them that the reason that you were wearing a hooded sweatshirt was because they keep it so ice cold in their "restaurants" that they always have you shivering like you're on the slopes of Aspen, Colorado, so this time you made sure that you put on some warm clothes to wear so you could enjoy your meal without being so cold.

Yeah i know right... They are rediculous with service.

I just dislike how the situation was handled because im a great guy and loves people equally.

I was very respectdul about it... Really wish i could sue these guys...
