I went into the Mcdonald"s on far hills and asked for 7 different kinds of sundays, she proceeds to make it, she makes two thant stops to take an order of another customer that did not know what he wanted, meanwhile my sundaes are melting and she still has 5 more to make, i look over at the Manager who was Rude as ***, she yells to the other toung lady that was making my sundays" hey tell your customer to be patient while you make the sunday mind you this is a manager?????? I am standing right there she can address me I was so mad I will porbably not go back there, Mcdonalds needs to address this asap, I was not invisiable, and Ice cream is not made to sit on the counter, she should have stopped and helped her not commett like i wa not there, very upset with service and this Far hills location OHio nbrown64@***.com

A few months ago a Manager named "Daniel" at Centerville Ohio Dayton Lebanon Pike was so rude I didn't return to it for months. I was waiting for him to get fired, which he did.

He told me they made too many mistakes on my orders, and it must be MY fault. That was it for me. Mind you, I have to drive way down the road for miles to get to another McDonalds, so I pretty much just went to Dunkin Donuts or one of the other drive-thru restaurants. I returned since it is too far to the other McDonalds, and they continued to make mistakes.

Like my coffee that I ordered black? It had cream and sugar in it. And this didn't just happen one time. These are repeated mistakes, which makes you wonder if they do it on purpose.

They definitely have attitudes. So I went back again and ordered an iced tea with extra ice and lemon. Guess what? They messed it up.

It had hardly any ice in it, which I noticed right away, so I asked for a glass of ice (I like ice in my iced tea). When I got home, I noticed it didn't have lemon in it. So I called the manager and this time this manager was nice, apologetic, and offered me a free iced tea and free MacAfee drink. Today I went to the McDonalds down the street (South Main Street) in Centerville.

Yes, the blond *** gave me a small coffee for the large one I paid for. I was in a rush, but I had to ask for my milk 3 times before she gave it to me. She was rude. So I called and her manager defended her and said the small coffee costs the same as the large...WHAT?

Like I didn't know that, but I ordered the large, not the small. Manager was rude. We went around and around, and I remembered why I didn't call to complain before...managers are rude and defend their *** rude employees. My suggestion?

Fire everyone and hire new people. Put the fear of God in them. They won't survive out in the real world where you get fired for making repeated mistakes.

Even if the mistakes are on purpose. They have to be.
