I was talking to one of your customer service representatives Id basically told him my reason for calling when we were disconnected. Which has created a 2nd complaint apparently I wasnt disconnected when I call back I get recording" I already in a session I cant have 2 at same time." Nothing else is said.
Ive been forced to take my time to type complaint. Im extremely disappointed with McDonald's computerized answering service
