McDonalds - Complaint about manager, food and crew
The sandwich maker was touching her face with gloves on, I prefer my food and it took 25 minutes and it still wasn’t correct. My daughter chicken strips came 30 mins after my other 3 kids food and the chicken tenders were all the way raw, the tenders were straight raw like not even cooked at all in the center!
I then told the manager on duty and he gave me a refund, never apologized or offered my daughter anything else to eat. The on duty male manager appeared to be frustrated but was in back office eating while ice cream was stuck all over the lobby floor and our feet was sticking to the floor and every other customer complained about the floor and he did nothing. The crew in drive thru was cursing and using foul language across the restaurant saying words like “you *** and *** they gave us coffee cups for our soda and said that they are out of soda cups.
The female who was grabbing the buns she was cursing and upset when the manager asked her to change her gloves, she kept also using very disturbing foul language and upset for being asked to change her gloves when I clearly stood there and watched her rub her face and touch her hair and she wipped her mouth cause she was drinking a soda out a cup sucking on it through the lid with no straw. That McDonald’s in Homestead PA Waterfront location needs to be investigated and checked on cause they clearly need help and someone needs to just check on that place of business because it’s not looking to well in there it was very dirty too
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $30.
Preferred solution: Apology would be nice, your manager never apologized about giving my 9 year old daughter raw chicken after we waited 30 minutes. .
McDonalds Cons: Waiting time.

To: The Reviewer: It sounds like there are a lot of lies and fabricating details going onto this review. I am going to guess you're the type of customer that is looking for attention to start something with the employees and the managers!
I am an Entitled consumer. I am Entitled to be treated with Dignity and Respect when I eat at fast food "Restaurants" and to not be fed food that is past the point that it should have been thrown out, or food that will make me vomit and/or have diarrhea.
I am Entitled to be given food hot that is supposed to be hot, not something that has just been sitting around for hours. I am Entitled to have a clean table and chair to sit at to eat my meal.
I am Entitled not to have to have to endure meat locker temperatures while sitting in the fast food "Restaurant". And I am Entitled to be able to tell any stories of being food poisoned by sleazy fast food "restaurants" even if the poisoning happened decades ago.
Not everybody is buying into your review!
One you're admitting you're entitled then you're going to lose your rights as an customer!

NOW THAT'S A BIG NO-NO. YOU CAN COME DOWN WITH SALMONELLA POISONING FROM EATING CHICKEN THAT ISN'T THOROUGHLY COOKED!
And clearly plenty of people do know when the customers do lie and fabricate. That's what it really comes down to. There are plenty of people not buying into this bs review!
