McDonalds - Management
tonight I was in the restaurant in falcon Colorado I overheard a young girl telling her management that she can no longer close. The manager began yelling at her told her that she was an adult to tell her mom that she was a *** and to punch her in the face. Then would not leave her alone. She was scared and crying. Why is this ok. Then I saw a women come in the store and she told that manager off good for her

I applied for McDonald's,I've worked before for 3yrs at Grant Ave McDonald's auburn,NY 13021, I left on good terms over a year ago for another job,I attempted too return but as the hiring manager Christina Aiken personally doesn't like me she's refusing too hire me and lying saying there's no positions meanwhile they're advertising that they're hiring on social media and in store,I'm just trying too get a job so I can support my son

I took my time to fill out a customer review for you Mcdonalds. Got my Promo code and went to the Worthington Ohio, Glaena Rd location. Upon ordering I was told we have a special buy one get one for 1 dollar. I stated I don't want that one I have a promo coupon for buy one get one FREE. She cut me off and told me to pull around. When I got to the window she says when they have a special on, that they do not honor any promotions. Again these are the promos that the give out for customers to review the location. on our time. . I am now going to a competitor for all my fast food needs. Very poor employee at the Worthington, Ohio location. She should have to go to a remedial customer service class.
McDonalds - Dissatisfied with sandwich
Got order right staff was friendly and service was quick but did not have a whole slice of cheese on my fish sandwich and had happened multiple times

I know they have a dress code and most follow it. I am tired of going to the McDonald’s on 415 and Howland and seeing an employee with his pants pulled down and showing his underwear. It is distasteful and should not be allowed. He can pull them down when he is done working.

McDonalds in District 3, Mississippi - I was questionedintimidated and somewhat bullied about my service dog and told i had to leave. I refused
Mccullough blvd tupelo miss. At loves truckstop. Went in for refreshment. Only sat down to have i guess the manager she refused to tell me name and position. Tell me me and dog had to leave. I have a diabetic alert service dog who wears a vest even tho law doesnt require. She cont demanding papers. Service dogs are not registered and by law she cannot ask me that she cont she can ask me pointed to door no dogs allowed service animals welcome. I was argued with bullied and met with intimadation as she brought another employee out. Mcdonalsd EDUCATE your employees. I have had two bad exp now with your restaurant but this one left me in tears to be treated as such NO one should treat another person as i was treatrd today

McDonalds in Cincinnati, Ohio - Poor customer service
I placed an order at the counter a little after 5pm and I received my food in sections and did not receive all of my food until 6:30pm. The staff were teenagers and were to busy taking selfies and horse playing than doing there job.

McDonalds in District Heights, Maryland - Excellent
I have to say out of all the areas , McDonald's (7379 B&A Blvd, Glen Burnie MD) is my favorite! Siera is so sweet and friendly. She is always smiling and making people feel welcome when they come here. I came one night 5 minutes before the dining room closed with my husband and children.She greeted us with a smile and the upmost respect. She brought our food out to us filled our drinks and came back to check on us. Because of her great attitude and hospitality my family and I only come here. !

McDonalds - Management
The management at this spot, Delavan,Wi sucks. The management dont know how to do their job. Orders are always missing something, getting the wrong order, or not cooked right. You get attitude from management and some of the workers when you take your order back. They roll their eyes, make comments to other co-workers about customer. I've witnessed this while waiting for my orders When the management changed, so did the customer service. Its one of the worst ones in this area. Its at a good location, thats why people go there.
