McDonalds allows employees to make false statements to police, threaten, and use racial discrimination against customers. Will be following up with lawyer and taking this to the media nation wide.
I thought the lady was very respectful and did her best to satisfy the issue but I was very mad at the time in how the store manager was disrespectful and told me to go ahead and call corporate office so I did
So if I could give the Morgan st store in Lebanon MO a zero star for the managers customer service I would. She pretty much called me a liar when I said I ordered my food thru mcdelivery said there was no such thing.
Then she hung up on me and when I called back sat the phone down on the counter and walked off so we could hear the background noise but wouldn't talk to me.
Someone needs some more training and a demotion the being a janitor. Maybe cleaning the toilets for awhile will help her be nicer to the customer.
