I spoke with a McDonalds rep Cara and expressed the situation in detail about the situation that I experienced......Manager told me that I should have told her what I wanted in my coffee and that it could spilled over, yet she never asked......being in the tipping industry I did tip her..... she replied โHoney you keep it โ I have breakfast at McDonalds everyday I go to work.
Saw the first McDonald built in Vegas.....thereโs no excuse to treating customers with this type of attitude. I would be immediately reported to my supervisor for such actions
