Severe training, is needed on customer relations, communication, teamwork and co-ordination is needed, (not to mention manners and behavior.) Employees need to know how to change receipt printers, without damaging them. Costumers, have had to show employees how, to simply unlock the cord, without tearing it up, before able to change the printer. When people (employees) enter the restaurant, manners, are like unto that of street trash. Waiting for an order, to be completed, before food gets uneatable, is not service at any stretch of ones imagination and having to rush meals, in order to prevent eating cold food, is on par to slopping a pig.
Of those few, who are worth performing work and being considered, for being of any worth, (little is coordinated enough) for them to know their duties and be noticed for their intended good.
