Mcdonalds - I felt sorry for a customer
I was at McDonald's located in Springfield ma on Boston rd I came in to place my order a hear the manager *** at a customer for coming back saying one of her three small fry's were missing from her order, it appeared that the manager was upset that the customer was saying she was missing a sm fry the manager just about called totally exploded , just short of calling her a liar insisting her order wasn't missing anything.I could see the older lady customer turning red from the attention and embarrassing situation over a sm fry.
I can't count the times I have been shorted on my order at McDonald's several times not noticing till it was to inconvenient to go back to correct.I have to say most of the people in line looked shocked .
