McDonalds - I placed order left kids inside over 25 minutes I went inside ask how long do it take we been waiting over 20 mins manager laughed at me and talking to other worker ignored me and after I asked again

First time & last time Very rube after 30 minutes I finally got my money back the kids didnt eat she said she was a manager refuse to give me her name for complaint threaten the other workers. If they give me the name, she will fire them.
I only wanted her name to file a complaint.
She was very very rude and unfortunately for her to be a manager it doesnt fit her. It doesnt fit the position to be a manager it was a lot of customers she was very loud I have the recording store 6828 I asked for refund I ordered at 1:21 I finally got refund at 1:56 after second manager came she gave me her name Sandra the guy working will tell you his name was mark she told him go to back you on my clock sad he kept apologizing to me ask mark he was there and shaking his head at how she treated the customer please call me please urgent if I was treated like that imagine the other customers who dont know how to complain she needs more training
User's recommendation: Not to ever go back.
Preferred solution: Actions on management she embarrassed me she threatened me & other workers.
