I filed a complaint with the mcdonalds in ElPaso AR back in the first week of Nov after an employee put a broken lid on my cup which long story short ended up cutting my tongue. The manager called me and had me come and fill out paperwork and assured me I would recieve a phone call from the company within 72 hours. Here it is the middle of December and still no call and when I contact the Mcdonalds they act like they have no idea what i am talking about.
