Staffing issue I believe. One window open of the 2 in the drive thru lanes.
14 minutes to get my order and the staff did not give me my debit card back.
I realize I should've remembered but as the 1st window, normally payment window, was closed the normalcy of the drive thru was off. Staff was not polite and evidently having a bad morning.
